As Akira makes his way first about 3 units from the scene, he can see a young woman on her back, completely petrified. Coming towards her is a knife wielding degenerate making his way slowly but surely towards her.
Come on pretty lady, *sucks in drool* why'd you stop screaming... hehe... it's half the fun *sucks in drool*!
The woman sees your group approaching and turns to you in panic.
Please! Help me! L.... look at what he's done to my sister!
She points to a corner of the alley where you vaguely see a bloodied woman with clothes in tatters... unconscious at best judging by the vast quantity of blood pooling from the area...
Bwaahahaha! You're calling to these runts for help! Let me take care of them for a second *sucks in drool*, you stay right where you are.
He turns to your group.
I don't usually go for kids, but with a cute girl like that in your group *sucks in drool* I might just make an exception... hehehehe...
Akira continued forward on towards the woman and he heard footsteps come behind him. He sort of shrugged as he heard his team mates come behind him as he didn't quite expect them to follow. Granted, they were a team but his conscious and his overwhelming desire to help kicked in. Hiru-sensei would have to punish him later if need be and he would take full responsibility for the team's failure.
As the armed male stepped closer he braced himself for a fight and took a defensive stance. He said nothing at all but he stared at the man intently as he approached. Initiation check: 1d20 (3) + DEX (3) = 6
Fujiko grimmaced at the creepy guy with the knife addressing her as cute. "Yeah, that's okay...gross people like you only get the good stuff..." She said as she drew her Ninja-To "...In your dreams." She said as she finished her statement with a condescending smirk at the transient thug. If Fujiko had her way, she was going to kick his a** and leave him bleeding in a ditch just like the first woman he attacked.
Kenshi arrived at the scene alongside of Fujiko, hearing her remarks a small smile creased his lips. He drew his katana, looking at the man in front of him. His eyes narrowed as he saw the other woman and he calmly spoke " We'll ensure that you never harm another woman again..." he said with a very cold tone. Kenshi was obviously very angered by the mans actions, and would not aloow him to do anything to his teammate Fujiko. She might not need his help, her witty remarks and drawn ninja-to suggested she was very capable, something Kenshi very much appreciated.
(2+0= 2 Haha, I guess that was my turn to have the bad roll)

Hoshigaki Hiru rolled 1 20-sided dice:
9Total: 9 (1-20)
Attack of 13 against Kenshi's dodge of 5 is a hit, unless he attempts a block or someone attempts an intervention (can break post order only for the defensive maneuver)
Batsu, from a distance, heard the cry of a female who was begging for her life and and come to try and help. The nimble shinobi hopped onto a building from house to house as quickly and as quietly as he could. When he got to where the scream originated he took a good look at the scene. There were to older females, civilians to be exact. One looked to be fine and one was off in the alleyway bleeding. He tooker a closer look at the wounded one and saw no imminent danger.
In addition to that he saw a man who was unappealing to the eye coming towards a group of, what he assumed to be, genin. He himself crouched down on the roof and watched to see what the new squad would do.
Fujiko then took advantage of the fact that the drooling transient was going after the Uchiha boy first and she dashed to his left flank, trying to place a well aimed strike for his side, and hopefully some vital organs in the lower torso. She had studied the human body in depth during her training and the idea of dealing damage to the target's renal system was to cause as much pain to cripple and maim them. Sure, it would be preferable to aim for the heart or neck, but in a situation like this were not much is known about your target besides their mental state, it's better to go for crippling injuries to incapacitate and then kill.
The criminal falls to the ground, holding his side in leagues of pain. He crawls away from Fujiko terrified and adopts a panicked and clearly insincere sweet tone.
Okay little girl, no need *ack* to make things escalate. I give up! Please just take me to the guards, I won't make a fuss I promise!
Seeing that things seem to be safe, the terrified woman gets up and rushes to your group before swinging a swift kick to the criminal's wounded flank.
You think you're getting off that easy dirtbag?? You killed my sister! She tried to help you when you got out of jail for your last violent crimes and that's how you repayed her generosity! You don't deserve the privilege of going to jail!
She turns to your group and points at the criminal.
Just finish him off, you'll be making the whole neighberhood a favour! I won't tell anyone!

Kenshi had drawn his katana to defend himself, but it seems Akira went for a much more offensive approach. Calmly he sheathed his katana and looked to the woman speaking before he turned to Fujiko " I wouldn't consider us to be executioners, but given his current state, it might just be considered mercy. I'll stand behind whatever you decide since you landed the blow." He said, stepping back. Kenshi left his hand on his katana in case something else might happen, but he felt pretty confident they had done their duty.
(So is Akira just gone?)

Akira watched as Fujiko clocked the guy with her weapon. The man fell to the ground and just like that the fight was over. The man crawled around begging for mercy and he just looked at the pitiful display. However, in his mind, he wasn't worth anymore trouble. The surviving female was safe and he was bleeding pretty badly. If he was left alone he'd eventually die from blood loss and if not that he'd be captured by law enforcement and locked up... again, apparently.
Akira looked over at Fujiko and then back towards the road the team had traveled down. "We have a mission to complete. Let's get back on the road."
Fujiko looked to Akira and shook her head. "Listen up, Hero..If you were in such a rush to complete the mission, we wouldn't have come here in the first place...Let's try to be a little decisive here.." She said with some bitter winter in her breath. She hated the fact they had even been detoured in the first place and then the arrogance of the Hyuuga to even imply they were taking too much time? Man, forget that guy.. Fujiko turned her attention back on the mortally wounded transient before spinning her blade and plunging it for his heart, before she leaned in close to teach him a lesson in his dieing moments with some words of wisdom that she was certain would accompany him to the spirit realm. "Those who take lives must be willing to risk the fact that they will lose their own..." With that, she spun her blade with the finality of the act before sheathing it on her back, not looking to Akira as her gaze bypassed him and went straight to the secondary victim and to Kenshi. "...I think we can just leave him...in this hell hole of the slums, people die and end up in gutters all the time." There was the cold and uncaring tone of an assassin to her voice, it would be clear now that Fujiko was not a nice girl and was a duty-bound assassin in training. Taking the chance that the insane homeless guy would end up back on the street to kill again was not something she was willing to settle for. The protection of the Hidden Leaf's citizens from the hands of the wolves that were allowed to prowl it's underground and down-trodden jurisdictions was her only concern in this matter.

Suddenly, the criminal's tone, as well as his demeanor, change drastically. He stands up very straight as though nothing had happened, dusts himself off, and turns abruptly to your group, flashing a large smile just as he inexplicably seems to weave a hand seal.
In the cloud of smoke, the sensei's silhouette appears as he visibly releases a henge jutsu. With great enthusiasm, all 6'2'' of the shark man wraps the three genin in a big hug, lifting them off the ground.
YOU PASS!
Letting them down, he ruffles the young genin's hair successively as he further explains the goal of this little exercise.
First and foremost, I have to say I don't give a rotten tomato how fast you are, I've met incredible shinobi you could have run laps around. What I wanted to make sure, was that you all knew what it meant to be a shinobi.
He turns to the street that was behind and invites the younglings to look at their surroundings.
Look around you, everywhere in this place, on every corner, you will find someone who is ready to kill for money, without second thought. These people are nothing but scum. THat is not what you are. You, are shinobi. The reason you strive to better yourselves should be first and foremost to protect and save lives. Not to say that you will never be justified to take a life; but it should always, ALWAYS, be as a last resort.
Turning back to the group, Hiru addresses them directly, his voice filled with praise.
Going back on today's test, first, you made the right call putting the life of an endangered woman before your personal needs. I can certify that many shinobis in your situation would have stuck to the mission to avoid the risk of not making genin. Second, once you neutralized the opponent, disturningly efficiently I must say, you had the option, and the motivation, to kill a man. Yet, your task having been done, you made the right choice to entrust him local authority.
He bows before the three shinobis respectfully.
It will be a pleasure to act as your squad sensei on your path to becoming full fledged shinobi.
Seeing the woman approach the group, he turns to her to address her directly.
Oh and thank you for your help Kametate, didn't know you were that good an actor! Have to admit the kick in the ribs was a bit unnecessary however...
In a similar cloud of smoke, the silhouette of a bipedal cerulean turtle appears.
Hehe yeah sorry about that, got carried away a bit in the action! Have to say my role was more interesting than Kamesaru's.
Turning to the kids, he addresses them briefly before leaving.
Congratulations on confirming your prmotion to genin kids, you have a lot to learn from this man. Just do as he says and you'll become great shinobis.
With a smile, he disappears in a cloud of smoke, unsummoning back to the Cool Springs.
In the distance, a similar cloud of smoke dissipates where the "dead" woman was lying, revealing a hulking 10' tall, tan, enthusiastic, bipedal turtle who waves at the group from afar.
Been nice meeting you guys! Looking forward to teaming up with the lot of you in the future!
In a cloud of smoke he disappears as well.
Hiru removes his goggles to finally address you without playing a character.
So, as an official graduation present, I'm giving you each this little present! Which I may or may not have just picked up off bounty hunters after my head on the way here...
Hiru reaches in his back pouch and hands you all a sack of 30,000 ryo.
Now, do any of you have questions for me before we leave?

Kenshi watched Fujiko's actions and then saw as the man changed into Hiru and several summons. He frowned rather quickly at having been scooped up off the ground and having his hair ruffled. Looking at Fujiko he spoke " I would say the credit of the success of this mission goes to you. You did very well and will be an excellent partner." He said as a small smile crossed his lips. Looking to Akira he nodded, he had made the right choice in pursuing the sound, but Fujiko had really done all the heavy lifting. Kenshi then looked to their teacher, and back to his turtles. Calmly he then spoke " Summonigs? To play the whole scene by your side? Why such theatrics?" He questioned, starring at his sensei. He figured it would have been much easier for him to simply wait for them to come upon a real scene such as this. The slums were notorious for said occurs few, and probably would have been just as easy for him to watch and intercede to help if they needed it.

Hiru smiles as the question somewhat makes him a bit insecure about his first group evaluation as a sensei.
He sure is a serious one isn't he...
Well Kenshi-kun, the goal of the exercise was to place the three of you in a position where it was impossible to both complete the mission and rescue the innocent. It had to be planned precisely; otherwise there was a chance you could have gotten through this final evaluation while missing it's point entirely.
That and the tortoises complain I only summon them when there's danger all around, they liked the change of pace...
Akira stayed silent even after Fujiko made her spiel. The male completely disagreed with the girl, which ended up working in his favor anyways. Him being "right" didn't bother him at all but he was completely leery of Fujiko now and figured that it would be best to deal with her from a distance per se... at least until the proper time came.
Akira groaned and stepped away from Hiru just enough for him to reach up and fix his hair. His white eyes glanced at Hiru as he fixed himself up. "So, what do we do now Hiru-sensei?"
