"What's going on?" a voice would sound throughout the mist. And, the boyfriend arrived. Finally. "Your leader - there - got some issues." He could not help but to speak what came to mind. He had not liked Kirigakure since he had started to visit; he was just here for the girl. With silent steps the shinobi positioned himself next to his woman. "What's with this shinobi world? With their rules and conditions? Why can't you ever let anyone take a break?" He spoke with a grin upon his face. The boy seemed to be a tad bit joyous in the presence of three Kiri-nin. "So, how's this really going to play out, Gentlemen ~ ? " With such a musically inclined pitch added to his voice it was hard to say if he was being serious with anything at the current moment.

Similarly, they can create lightning from their body, which can quickly shock and paralyze nearby enemies who couldn't see it coming.
• Nature Provides Due to the nature of their powers, an elemental will regenerate 5% of their chakra (boosts not included) every post, up until they have 50% of their maximum chakra (boosts included).
• Elemental Body You can lace your body entirely with your element at almost any time. The rank is a default C (powered to B), but you can expend chakra to increase the rank of the defense. You will look entirely like a physical silhouette of your element; an ice sculpture, a sort of living lava lamp, etc, depending on your element. While in this state. you can use your own body as a source for your techniques, and will reduce the strength of techniques used against you by 1 rank. This lasts for up to 10 posts, but can be deactivated with but a Thought.
Thunderstruck • Lightning and Magnetism manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning and magnetism might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning and magnetism manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
Cecil sighed as she said decided to stay, it would be a loss to kill any ninja part of the Mist. Especially when they were down in ninja already. "That is a good decision, as for you Cloud ninja. We have an alliance with your village but taking one of our ninja with you is not allowed. That could jeopardize the entire alliance. You are allowed to visit and you should be glad of that, what in the world possessed you to think you could just take a ninja out of the village?" Hopefully this guy didn't act stupid and try to fight, it wouldn't break the alliance, but it would strain it if this guy died.
Kaijuu's eyes remained as cold and dull as before not even bothering to look upon the newcomer instead remaining focused upon Isabelle. Though what is was that Kaijuu was thinking no one would know as it was masked by a stoic gaze. He did not remove his hand unsure of whether or not to trust Isabelle and deciding to wait to do anything until ordered. "How... disappointing." Kaijuu thought his opinion of Isabelle being solidified. She wanted to leave and instantly decided to go back on her decision not only betraying her village but also the man she was supposed to leave with. Kaijuu's face did not give away his thoughts but he could not help but look down on Isabelle now. She was a deserter and even worse a deserter that had conceded to being one. He stood motionless and unwavering awaiting an order now that the apparent conflict had ended.
"Take? Ha..," he turned to momentarily look over to Isabelle. Then, he immediately returned his attention back to the Mizukage. He smiled greatly. "Is that what you would like me to do?" He knew the truth about things. And, well, it made him laugh, indeed. "You must be a fool, huh?" His smile faded. "This is what I dread about this world the most..." He simply began to take two steps back. Disappearing into the mist itself. He would hope the men would brace themselves. An Assassin, such as himself, did not like to play much games at all; regardless of who he was speaking to. He would fight, for he cared not about treaties nor alliances. He cared for free will. Which, in his day and age, people liked to call: going rogue. However, if successful, this would be a win - in his eyes - for Kumogakure. The young man was no amateur. He knew to wait for the strike before going for the kill.

"Kaijuu and Honchurue, this man doesn't want to cooperate. Consider this a test of your skills. He cannot go around doing what he wants. The Raikage will understand when I tell him of what has happened. I will only step in if your lives are in danger. However I believe I won't have too, prove me right." Cecil stepped back and would allow these two to deal with the Cloud Ninja. Isabelle at least decided not to leave which was good. It was unfortunate the man would throw his life away because a Kage wouldn't just let a ninja go rouge. If Kage just let their ninja leave when they wanted and do what they wanted, the world would be in chaos.

[ITTT]This was the very moment that Belle realized; she had ******** up. All of this commotion was because of her selfishness, self-centered qualities, and reckless thinking. She knew better, she knew Reg would fight wholeheartedly. It was in his nature. Gathering herself before tears blurred her vision, Isabelle's voice came out as an frightened outcry. This was goer ting out of hand."No Regula! Don't do this! It's NOT worth it. Just stand down...got me", her agonizing tone blasted forth. She knew the reality of the situation. Even if her beloved beau managed to fend these opposing shinobi, the Mizukage would step in. As much as her mind tried to go around the truth, it stood. The Mizukage would kill him, or them both. There was only one real option. She had chosen it."Please!" And here came the tears. These weren't the theatricAl tears she usually mustered to escalate the scene either. Cold tears. Thank god she wore the mascara that didn't run. Ugh, such a Lifesaver.

"Stay Frosty..."
Kaijuu nodded releasing his arm from Cecil's shoulder. He took a step back from Cecil almost in the same fashion as Regula did. Isabelle's pleas were not even audible to Kaijuu. An order had been given and Kaijuus focus was suddenly locked in prepared to begin. Suddenly mist began to form at Kaijuu's back, not one that was naturally around but a much thicker mist. Kaijuu dipped his head to Regula as he stepped back into the mist allowing it to envelop him.This mist was heavy and would make it impossible for people to see. Well impossible except for Kaijuu. Kaijuu always had some level of perception using the moisture in the air, but with hidden mist jutsu Kaijuu's senses became compounded giving him the ability to pinpoint everyones location within in the mist.
"Let's see what you got" Kaijuu thought waiting for Regula to make a move. Kaijuu knew nothing about his opponent and decided it better not to rush in like a fool and instead attempt to learn something about his opponent. "If he has some sort of doujutsu he will still be able to see me, though I suppose it matters not I did not do this to conceal my own location" Kaijuu thought knowing this technique was to make up for his average speed. Kaijuu was not a very fast shinobi, though it did not matter if he could sense his opponent at all times he would be able to react regardless of difference in speed. Kaijuu stood with his left hand on the hilt of his blade awaiting a move.
The man - in Regula's eyes - had things all wrong. Regula was the one doing as he liked? Ha. And, yet, it was the Mizukage who decided to send his hounds after one who was out their village and intended no harm; until now. "The Raikage will understand your men attacked a leaving visitor." Regula had even asked, just moments ago, if the Kage of the village really did want him to take the girl. What the man did not understand was that it was his own kunoichi who acted upon her free will, not the Kaguya. "Move. Isabelle." His eyes and words were cold as can be. The young man gently moved the woman to the side. "Have your ninja back," he spoke out to the Kage. "In turn, for the lives of two others you - yourself - have decided to utilize. For...since when had I said I was uncooperative? You - my sorry friend - are the cause of your own war." With that, he raised a hand to his chest. In it was a single kunai. Attached to it: an explosive tag. His perception was enhanced even without the use of his Doujutsu. Both traits acquired by his parents each attributed to his superior sense of sight. As of now, he was relying more upon his Kaguya upbringing than the activation of his currently dormant Doujutsu. Even so, he knew where the men were and even noticed something odd. A heavier mist began to roll in. The source of it was more than clear. As the teen peered at his opponents he had taken note of the one who immediately replied to the Kage's orders, and he was the first one enveloped in the new mist. This was the sign to react. He threw the kunai in the direction of the boy so ready to fight. It would explode just before the sword-wielding boy; giving him the time to speak one more final time. "Leave, Isabelle. This is no longer your concern. I have duties to fulfill." By that. He meant he now had to save his own a**. Whether or not the Kage jumped in himself he cared not.
Honchurue heard his orders and silently went into hiding. Thinking on what jutsu to use he had an idea. Shoving his hands into his side pouches he quickly retracted them and then placed his hands on the ground. In the ground scurried five clay centipedes who were following the Cloud nin and would soon try to grab onto his legs and crawl up his body and wait. While that happened Honchurue took more clay and then began pouring it onto the ground and in a few seconds a clay clone had appeared ready to do the bidding of the Assassin. The clone would know its orders and run out into the mist before the centipedes surfaced aand make it look like a foolish attempt to go at him from the front. If the clone was attacked it would begin absorbing the shinobi and would wait for the signal and due to Honchurue's speed it would be hard for him to avoid the clone or bugs.

Cecil would watch the fight closely, he wanted to make sure he saw everything. Just in case he had to step in, he needed to know the enemy's skills. He would channel his chakra, for a while to use his Lightning sage ability. This of course would be to step in just in case. Isabelle was crying but it couldn't be helped. "You a visitor come into my village and try to make off with a ninja, then provoking me into a fight. You are considered an enemy now, there will be no mercy. Isabelle if you can't convince him to stand down and leave right now, then he will die."

As the mist enveloped Kaijuu his eyes closed. He could see now better than before the mist having past him and rolling out beginning to engulf all those in the immediate area. Kaijuu could hear the words of his opponent but he cared not for what the man said and would not waste time or focus on a reply. It was uncharacteristic of Kaijuu to be so quiet but his Kage had offered him something special and Kaijuu couldn't help but wish for it. This was seen as a test to Kaijuu and he wanted to surpass his kages expectations.
As his opponent threw a kunai the moment it entered the mist Kaijuu's left hand closed and moisture from the mist snapped into action collecting instantly and enveloping the kunai in a sphere of water halting it within a few feet of entering the mist. The explosive tag detonated and the blast momentarily caused an opening in the mist which was soon filled. By this time the mist had enveloped all combatants including Isabelle and kage making it impossible for anyone without a doujutsu to see the others.
Kaijuu smirked at this realization now being able to sense everyone around him perfectly. He rubbed his fingers together knowing he could not strike yet but awaiting to see if this fly would enter his trap.
