Kail smiled some more when he heard Marlo laugh warmly. The man's laugh reminded him of pleasant times in their childhood, things he had missed terribly while Marlo was gone. "I can face him again for the trial." Kail assured the man. He was impressed that Marlo had assembled the entire club and the one from the university to find him. The medic bandaged him as a temporary solution knowing that he would need to go to a hospital but also knowing there was still too much to do before he could and his situation was not life threatening. Kail grimaced through the whole process but did not utter another indication of pain. He was glad because more feeling had started to come back to his arms. "Sounds simple to you, you don't have to do it." Kail argued not even fighting the call for sleep.

Marlo carried Kail back to the school as he slept. He was meet by the other office holders at the gate and he quietly told them to make a report then go home. He said a few laters and woke Kail up once they got into the school in front of the Deans Office.
"I thank you for having faith in me, now, don't shout. Kail has been through an ordeal and let him talk." He assured Kails parents.

Kail slept for as long as Marlo allowed him. He awoke groggily with a whine when Marlo woke him but he woke more seeing his parents. He moved to sit up a bit in Marlo's arms to face his parents. His Saap looked ready to steal him from Marlo's arms but held himself back. "I wanted to say that i'm sorry for making everyone worry. I didn't think any of this would happen." Kail said softly tears coming back now. "I did stupid things and I regret it."

The Dean looked at Kail with non judging eyes. -It is not your fault to begin with. You were simply talked into breaking the rules. Now then, Mark and Haru, I still want to go ahead and sign the Curfew Law, that way Kail can move into the Dorms where he should be.- He looked at Marlo, -and what are the acting codes?-
"Curfew Law C:1 through 50. and Curfew Law D:1 through 10."
-Now then Kail, please read over these codes, if you agree with them and are willing to accept this punishment, please sign this.- He handed a two or three sheets of paper to Kail then a paper labeled Curfew Law. -Once you sign, then we have come to terms and we can put this incident about you living off campus behind us.- He turned to his parents. -Once he has signed, please sign it as well, I want to put your mind at ease, Mark and Haru. He has had it rough while living with Nick, save the stern lecture for something else.-
The Dean spoke words of advice.

Kail felt a bit of relief hearing the Dean state that he was not truly at fault but when the man asked his parents to sign a Curfew Law he realized he was still in trouble. Hearing Marlo give the rules he was to follow he hung his head. Still in trouble despite everything. Taking the offered papers he nodded, reading and signing the paper which he then handed to his parents. He had expected harsh words from his parents too but when the Dean asked for leniency on his behalf Kail didn't know what to do. "I'm to move back into my dorm room tonight?" he questioned. It wasn't like it would be hard. Most of his stuff was still in the dorm room. Pitch had never wanted his stuff in the apartment just him. He had a few changes of clothes at Pitch's house but that was it.

-We often advise students to do so the first night to be in good standing with the Dorm Monitor.-
"Well, if you don't mind, Kail can stay with me at the Owners Manor tonight, the papers he just read state that as long he is in the company of a senior member or office holder of the club."
-Yes, it does say that. I see why not.- The Dean nodded. -Just make sure to tell the Dorm Monitor first.-
"Yes sir." Marlo bowed his head in thanks.

Kail nodded when the Dean said that they liked students to move back into the dorms the same night to promote good relations with the dorm monitor. Lifting his head when Marlo said he could stay with him at the owner's manor for the night. He didn't know really why Marlo would invite him to invade his space tonight when he would probably be up most of the night due to his back. "Thank you." Kail thanked softly.

"Its nothing Kail." He shrugged.
-Alright, glad to see that this matter is settled. Now its getting late and you are probably hungry. I thank you Haru and Mark for coming down. Have a good evening.- The Dean saw all four of them out.
"Well, guess its time for a trip to the hospital." He smiled. "I thank you again Kail's parents for having faith in me." He inclined his head at them. "I'll see you hopefully at a later date."
Marlo carried Kail to the hospital, the doctor changed the bandages and prescribed a pain killer. On the way back to the school, Marlo swung into the market place to buy fresh foods. "I am going to make you a nice dinner that will help you heal faster then a breakfast in the morning."

Kail looked to his parents when they left the Dean's office. He hugged his Saap who was careful of his back and his father merely nodded to him. Kail bit his lip to keep from pleading to go home. He allowed Marlo to carry him to the hospital where he sat through the doctors visit. He was glad that nothing was deep enough to need stitches but it still hurt and he was glad to get some pain medication. "You don't have to do all this you know, I can sleep in my dorm room. Almost all of my stuff is still there." Kail said meekly.

"Kail, the doctors orders were for you rest and since you haven't eaten anything all day. I am cooking. We will swing by the dorm to get you your night cloths and a change in the morning and to let the Dorm Monitor that your with me tonight." He corrected. "Besides, don't you want talk like old times till we fell asleep?"

Kail felt quite scolded when Marlo reminded him what the doctors orders were and that he hadn't eaten anything all day. He nodded meekly when the man continued to say that they would stop by the dorm room and grab a change of clothes as the informed the dorm monitor of what was happening. "I do, I just... I don't want to be a problem anymore today."

"As long as I can remember, you have always been a problem growing up but you know, I got used to it so its not a problem at all. Count your ducks for today, you have luck and me to thank." Marlo laughed.
"Okay, here we are, pick out a few cloths and I'll be back." Marlo set Kail down by his dresser and hurried from the room, he was back in ten minutes with a signed paper. "All set."

Kail's eyes widened a bit when Marlo said he had been a problem always while he was growing up. He opened his mouth to apologize when the man continued on to say he had gotten used to it and to count his ducks for the day. "Thank you...again." Kail thanked. When he was set down in his dorm room he moved to get some clothes. His room seemed unfamiliar to him now seeing as he had been spending the last month or so at Pitch's place. He packed his clothing he would need and sat on his bed waiting for Marlo to come back. He wondered how things would change now. "i'm ready." he stated when Marlo came back in.

"Your welcome Kail."
"Alright, lets go." He picked Kail up and left the dorm, it was a nice walk to the Owners Manor, off set so it could see the entire school, including the old buildings. Situated up on a hill with trees. He unlocked and opened the door and stepped inside. It was a time warp to the past, very traditional but with modern upgrades.
"Okay, do you want to watch some TV while I make dinner or do you want to change, watch TV while I make dinner?"

Kail clung to Marlo as the man picked him up once more. He kept his small bag of clothes close to his chest so they would not fall. As Marlo walked to the owners manor Kail observed his surroundings. He had not been out here before and it seemed quite nice and secluded-ish. "I'll go change and figure something out." Kail stated when Marlo asked what he wanted to do.
