"Mirai, step away from him." Atticus ordered, not caring if he was injured or bleeding, right now, he wanted to know if they boy standing before them was indeed Texas, or if he was someone else all together. There were too many questions left to be answered.
Texas fixed his hat slowly, looking at Mirai and then at Shira before looking back at Atticus. "What?" He asked, rubbing his forehead again. "What did you see? You know I'm not the sleeper now, right?"
I wish you could see The bridge that leads from you to me But every time you try to cross You always manage to get lost
Without a second glance you left me stranded I climbed I slipped I fell but at least I tried If you turn your back, I'll burn that bridge
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Mirai continued staring at Texas "I...I don't know... there were quite a few things we saw... something definitely did happen to you in the Machinist Order... before we could see what memories were behind the wall, something hit us and pulled us out." she said. She glanced to the side then, obviously in thought about it and also not listening to Atticus at the moment due to how much she was thinking about this issue. Shira was silent for a moment "When we were trying to break the wall, we saw some things... and heard some things that may hint to you being the sleeper." she glanced at Atticus then back at Texas "It is unconfirmed though still..." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Hearing Texas, Atticus would sigh, "Right now, I can't tell whether or not you are being yourself or pretending to be Texas." Atticus told him upfront, his untrusting eyes locking onto the boy's. After hearing both Shira and Mirai's words about what they saw or heard within Texas' mind, Atticus had already made up his mind. "Well, that leaves us no choice. Texas, you will be returning with us to Death City and placed under surveillance." Atticus told him.
Texas narrowed his eyes as he heard Mirai and Shira. "You can't be serious," he replied. When Atticus told them he was taking Texas back to Death City for surveillance Texas quickly turned to face him. "No, I don't think so. I'm not about to go under house arrest for you. Besides," he looked back at Mirai and Shira. "You said it's not confirmed right? You don't know who it is."
And I just want to show them.

"Texas, one of the people we heard was yelling something along the lines of 'You will follow my orders.' your memories during the Machinist Order were blocked out as well meaning something happened there that is being hidden." Shira explained "I am sorry but that along with the current evidence we have further leans towards you being the sleeper agent." she said. "You are a flame weapon from Machinist Order... And if what Mirai said before is true, you have a scar too right? The file said the sleeper agent was branded. The blocked out memories is one of the other things that wraps up you being it other than the actual memories themselves." she told Texas. She looked at Mirai "Mirai... you need to back away from him. And Texas... I am sorry but we may need to keep you under surveillance. It is the best option for now." she said. She really didn't want to do this, but she had Mirai and the rest of Death City to worry about as well. Mirai looked over at both Atticus and Shira. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Atticus gave Texas a somewhat reassuring smile, which was odd for him, "Oh don't worry, you won't be under house arrest. You will be locked away in a specially made room, but it will only be until we can find a way to help you." Atticus told the boy, though, it was clear that whatever Atticus had in mind, it was not because he wanted to save Texas, it was almost like he wanted to get rid of him for good. That smile of his then became distorted and almost demonic. "So, please come with us, Texas." he added. As of now, Atticus been completely ignoring the fact that Mirai would object to this, he did not seem to mind separating them.
Texas stepped backwards from all three of them. "No, I don't think so," Texas replied, looking from Mirai to Shira to Atticus. "How about you go back to Hell where you came from instead?" He told Atticus as he turned to look at him, clearly seeing him as the biggest threat. "I don't have to take orders from any of you."

Shira glanced up at Atticus "Uh... yeah... we aren't going to do that." she told him "I think we will have to wrap things up soon because I think the madness is getting to your head a bit." she said. Mirai quickly looked back at Texas, cringing as he stepped back. She was silent for a moment before glancing at Atticus, giving him a sharp glare. She walked up to Texas then. She stopped right in front of him. "Texas... Do you think you are it?" she asked "Be honest. Don't lash out at me or get defensive. Think about it. Think about what happened before you came to Death City. Do you think there is a chance you are it?" she repeated "If you think you are... then I will help you and we can get through this together. And if you are positive. One hundred percent positive that you are not it. Then I will believe you." She said with a dead serious expression as she looked at him "I won't let them take you away either way." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Still smiling, Atticus began walking closer towards Texas, stretching his arms and hands as if preparing to fight. As he heard Texas' reply, Atticus stopped, "Somehow, I knew that it would always come down to this." he told him, "Always so defiant. You are not the type to surrender so easily, even if it is for the good of the city." With that said, Atticus started back walking, just as Mirai started to speak to Texas. Sighing, Atticus expected this, even after everything she's seen, she still believes he is not the Sleeper Agent. "Mirai, enough is enough. Step aside and let us take him back. I won't ask again." Atticus had finally had enough and Mirai would be able to sense his seriousness. She could tell that Atticus would actually try and attack her, should she still interfere. This was no longer the overprotective olde brother, he had become something else.
Texas looked back at Mirai, staring her in the eyes for a long moment. "It's not me," he told her. "I'm not the sleeper. I'm 100% positive." He looked over at Atticus as Atticus threw down the gauntlet. "But he's not gonna give this up....we need to stop him. For good." His eyes flashed angrily as he stared down Atticus. He didn't seem in the least bit intimidated or afraid. "I've been getting pretty sick of you anyway." A small smile crossed Texas's face as he stood facing Atticus. "There's nothing more to talk about." He looked back at Mirai. "He's obviously a problem. We can't let him get away with threatening us."
And I just want to show them.

Mirai nodded at Texas when he said he wasn't it. She looked at Atticus then and moved in front of Texas "I've got this..." she said quietly "I have some pent up sibling aggression to get rid of anyway." she said. She took note of how violent Texas got suddenly. "God... both of you..." she muttered. She stared at Atticus for a moment "Texas was there for me and you weren't. He is my partner and I trust him no matter what. So he says he isn't the agent and I trust in his decision. So with that, it's time for you to leave." she said as her eyes glowed and a telekinetic blast went zoomed towards Atticus then. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Atticus' serious expression faded away as he heard Texas and watched as the boy faced him, stating that they needed to stop him and even going as far as daring to think that he stood a chance against Atticus. Looking down at him, Atticus seemed somewhat calm, as if he had wanted his all along. "Neither you or Mirai has what it takes to stop me, but it seems that you both need to learn that the hard way." The moment he said that, Mirai would step in front of Texas and actually decide to take Atticus on by herself, sending a blast of telekinetic energy right at him. Seeing this, Atticus would not move and let the blast hit him, knocking him back onto the ground with a very powerful force. Laying there, Atticus let out a big laugh, "So this is your choice?" he asked, as he stared up at the sky, "Fine. Then I shall beat some sense into you." he stated before jumping up off the ground and dashing towards Mirai. Atticus did not have his hand transformed as it saw no reason to take her seriously, that was just how much he looked down on her, at this point. Appearing in front of Mirai, Atticus lunged forwards, aiming to hit her right in the face with his mechanical arm. As he stated before, he would show no mercy to her, he would fight to win and if need be, to kill.

Mirai moved to the side when Atticus sent his fist at her. At the same time, multiple orbs of light appeared around her and launched at Atticus to knock him back, if they hit each would feel like a very strong punch. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
As Mirai avoided his fist, by simply moving out of the way, Atticus did not stop his forward momentum. Instead, he continued to step forwards and at the same time, Mirai had created her orbs of light and sent them at him. Seeing this, Atticus would jump to the left, dodging one of the orbs, he then lunged forwards, evading yet another one. Atticus went on to dodge and maneuver his way out of the path of the orbs, but still, some managed to hit him. One hit him in the chest, at the same time others struck him in the face and limbs, but Atticus struggled them off, they were weak. Turning back to face Mirai, Atticus seemed angry, "What is this? This type of battle is pathetic, are you not being serious?" he asked her as he went in and unleashed a deadly barrage of punches at her, "No wonder, that boy is so attached to you, both of you are weaklings and weaklings tend to stick to one another." Atticus commented, even to Shira, it would be clear that something was off about Atticus.
