Yukiji swished her tail and nodded. "Hmmm~" right after coming back from the mission she'd gone and saw about a dorm room, then fetched her luggage, then unpacked her luggage and got settled in her room before meeting back up with Jak. There wasn't much left for her to do in that department. "I suppose get ready for my next mission..." Yukiji laughed, already she was going on another mission and she hadn't even attended classes yet.
Ella Claire smiled at the boy when he accepted her sorry. She quickly bowed. "Sorry again. Hope to see you later!" She bubbled as she left. *Exit*

Night Walker Snow
Jak Zorosaki
Jak thougth for a moment. "I guess you're right." He said. He clenched a muscle in his jaw. He looked as if he was thinking about something important.

Yukiji peered at Jak's face and stuck her thumbs in her pockets. "What's that face for?" She asked, refering to his thoughtful expression. Almost looks mad... She thought.
((Ooc: Sorry~ that took way to long to reply. O.e Getting to a computer has been somewhat difficult lately...)
Roscoe whipped his head from side to side, glancing at the students that were already there. They all had someone to talk to. He gulped, trying to contain his rising anxiety. How as the school year going to be? Would be able to make friends? What about his pets at home? Well, he didn't have to worry about his pets; he knew his parents were going to take good care of them, but still. He was going to miss them. Roscoe tightly gripped his bags, taking another step. Wait... how was he even supposed to navigate through the Academy? It was fricking huge! Oh yeah... I have a map! He thought to himself, feeling relieved. Without placing his luggage down, he attempted to reach into his pockets to produce said map. But his hands were full, and so he failed. And then his luggage fell out of his hands and onto the ground, its contents spilling out. Roscoe facepalmed as he looked at his belongings all over the ground. With a sigh, he began to pick them up and put his things back into his bags.

Yukiji looked expectantly at Jak for a moment before she heared a small crash of luggage against the ground, followed by a sigh. The fox ears on top of hear head swiveled towards the noise and she turned to see Roscoe picking up his belongings. Judging from the luggage she assumed he must be new to the academy as well. "Ruh-roh... Need some help?" Yukiji asked not waiting for an answer before she pulled her hands out of her pockets and walked over to the boy. Dropping down to one knee she began helping the boy pick up.
Roscoe looked up when he heard a voice call out. His eyes landed on a girl before... With ears?"It's a dog..."He muttered his first thought out loud. But as he thought about it some more, he remembered reading about beings that had animal parts... Although, he never actually met one himself. He always wanted to though, and here one is, literally right in front of him. He continued to stare at her when she knelt down and began to help him pick up his things. "Oh thanks.."He said. Roscoe threw the last item back into his bag and then stood up. He wasn't sure if the girl wanted some kind of treat; like his own dog would for being a good boy. Roscoe reached out and patted the girl on the head, like he would to his dog back at home. "Thanks again,"He said with a sweet smile.
He's...Patting My head... Yukiji thought in point blank dismay, raising an eyebrow at Roscoe she regarded him with an inquiring expression. I've seen a lot of reactions from people when I lend a hand in some way but...What in the,,,? Unsure of what other options there were for this situation Yukiji raised a hand and nonchalantly patted the boy on the head too, careful not to poke him with her claws. Maybe this is some sort of greeting where he came from, seems like their are a lot of different ways people greet one another..."You're very welcome." She said returning the smile and swishing her tail behind her, completely and totally oblivious to his staring. Noticing the map in one of his hands she tilted her head and gave a look of grim sympathy. "First day?"
Roscoe looked at the girl as he thought of how strange it was that she was returning the pat. Usually, his dog(s) would simply wag their tail and stick their tongue out happily while he went to fetch them a treat. But he didn't have any treats on him so that option wasn't available. He crossed his arms over his chest as he thought for a bit. He tried to remember the book he read; what it said about humans with animal parts. He noticed that this girl before him can speak, and not bark like any other dog. So he supposed that was good, although he had no problem communicating with her even if all she did was bark. Upon hearing some other noise, one that sounded like swishing, Roscoe took a step backward and peered in the direction of it. It was a tail, happily wagging back and forth. "So, you are a dog,"He stated, more as an affirmation to himself than to her. He looked at her and smiled innocently.
"A fox." She corrected with detached amusement. Had she not made the same mistake when she'd first discovered she wasn't human--changing for the first time, Yukiji might have been offended by the remark, but noticing his innocent expression she decided he probably meant no harm. Probably. She'd seen plenty of sleazy brats back home who could easily pull a face like that while one of their buddies snuck up from behind to lift your wallet, she decided to put her opinion of Roscoe on hold for the time being. "A kitsune if you've heard of them." She continued absentmindedly. "Though I'd be surprised if you had." Having accomplished her purpose of coming over to help, it became painfully evident Yukiji didn't know what to do now, though it seemed this revelation didn't bother her in the least. Her mind had already drifted miles away. Maybe I should drop by a few of my classes before I leave to pick up any work I need to do... Maybe go training with Jak later... Hmmmm...
Roscoe blinked at the dark haired girl. Sooooo, not a dog. Hmm... He was completely off. Of course! He should've recognized the fox-like features of the ears and tail. The anxiety of arriving at this academy really has taken a toll on him. He rubbed the back of his head, giving the girl an apologetic smile. "I've read about them,"He replied, dropping his arm to let it hang by his side. "I just... Couldn't remember exactly everything about them.... Heh.. Sorry. I never seen one before." He glanced in the direction of the academy. He knew that there were going to be many creatures and species that he had never seen or even heard about attending the academy as well. Maybe he was going to meet many more humans with animal-like features. It kind of really amazed him. He turned back to the girl. "Do you have a name?"He inquired. "Mine is Roscoe Jaegar."
Yukiji's eyes widened somewhat and she smiled, pleased that he at least knew of kitsune even if he couldn't remember everything. It didn't bother her that much, but it was nice to know her race wasn't completely forgotten from time to time, even though she still felt more human to be perfectly honest. "I see-- well, I'm Yukiji Sakubara, nice to meet you Roscoe." Catching a whiff of his scent she noticed that mixed in with the usual smells of people and clothing and the outdoors was an unusually strong mixture of animal scents permeating off the boy. She pondered how it was possible for a human to have more animal scents than human scents. Her train of thought was derailed when Yukiji noticed a large tabby cat sauntering out from the nearby bushes, approaching Roscoe, purring so deeply and so much that Yukiji could've sworn he was vibrating.
Automatically edging away--seeming to have forgotten she was in the midst of a conversation--she tried to look as non threatening as possible. What're you doing here little guy she thought to herself I haven't seen a single animal since arriving here and now you just pop out of no where huh? Great... I'm just going to go over here now--- don't hurt me. Ever since awakening to her true form cats and dogs didn't really like her much. She'd learned that the hard way on numerous occasions, dogs chased her or growled and walked away while cats either yowled and attacked her or just darted away. It's a shame she thought crouching down with her chin on her knees observing the cat they're just so darn cute.
((Ooc: Yeesh... Sorry if my posts have been a little rushed lately. Been busy with working on a project with some of my friends.))
Roscoe nodded tersely when he girl gave out her name. "So... are you a student here?"He questioned, referring to the large academy before them. He blinked, a faint sound of purring entering his ears and as Yukiji edged away."Did I... say something wrong?"He asked, glancing back and forth between her and the approaching cat. He turned his attention to the tabby cat as he walked up to Roscoe, rubbing his head against his leg. Roscoe softly chuckled, crouching down to scratch the cat under the chin, which caused him to continue to purr louder. Roscoe looked at the tabby cat.Do you have an owner? He asked the cat, using his animal communication telepathy to speak to him. The cat shook its head, licking its paw as it answered, No. Roscoe frowned. How can someone cruelly leave a cute little cat like him in the streets all alone? It was inhumane. Well, you remind me of my cat back at home,Roscoe continued to speak to him trough his mind as he effortlessly picked the tabby cat up. The cat happily mewed in response. Roscoe turned his attention back to Yukiji, noticing she was crouched down with her chin on her knees, looking rather sad. With the cat in his arms, Roscoe walked over to Yukiji, simultaneously scratching the car's head gently. "What's up?" He asked her nonchalantly as he continued to gently scratch the cat's head. The cat looked at Yukiji and hissed softly.
"Ah... Yeah, just started here yesterday. Got my dorm all figured out a couple of hours ago." Yukiji tore her eyes off the cat and returned her attention to Roscoe. "No you didn't say anything wrong, sorry--" she stood up slowly, so not to not startle the tabby and dusted herself off taking another step or two back. "It's just... Err...Well they don't like me much and... I didn't want to make him mad. Is he yours?" She inquired assuming that a cat wouldn't just climb right into a strangers arms. Hearing the cat hiss, her ears laid back and she gave a small wry smile. "See."
Roscoe glanced down at the tabby cat as he hissed at Yukiji. He didn't pay any mind to that and continued to gently scratch the cat's head, which calmed it down. "Cats and foxes are both territorial predators, and are known to quarrel," Roscoe stated casually. "This one won't harm you though," He said, giving her a sweet smile. At her question, he shook his head."Nope," He answered as if it was no big deal. "He just told me that he doesn't even have an owner," He replied with a slight frown. The tabby cat glanced up at Roscoe, mewing softly, then continued to lick its paw, ignoring Yukiji for the time being.
