The fact that her magic and jab seemed to do anything at all was a bit of a relief to her... though that joy had been quickly replaced by pure on panic seeing the Shade rev up one of Iris' attacks. Crap. Without any necessity in revisiting the kind of damage those rainbows could do--muddied up version or not--Metis had bolted back from the range.

Not that she paused much the moment the attack faded--and thankfully missed everyone, by the looks of things. Spotting a somewhat familiar figure lashing out at the Monochrome Princess, Metis moved in alongside Victoria to send in a blow of her own following the Senshi of Victory's.

Her fist certainly made contact, something she was inwardly smug about for a moment before flicking a smile towards her teammate. "Two for the price of one?"

It seemed he wasn't the only one who had decided to go check see if Hara was okay, the long-haired Page from earlier there too. "I..." He began, frowning slightly at her question, also not willing to go down the smashing the watermelon route for fear of hurting the blue-haired Page trapped inside.

The answer of what to do was answered by the real Princess Iris, the rainbow light from her attack hitting the watermelon enough to crack one of the sides open.

"Here help me get her out" Athene told the Page as he reached to try and pull at the crack enough to make it wider, although he didn't wait for the Page before starting instead focusing on the task at hand, even as he heard Princess Iris yell out for them to hit the monochrome Princess with all they had, but it felt like he had only been trying to dig at the thing a moment not even two when the watermelon suddenly disappeared.

"Are you okay?" The question was directed towards Hara, Athene hesitating for a moment or two as he glanced over at the Page waiting for her and tried to check if the other was ok. He was no doctor though and knew nothing about first aid.

He waited for an answer before telling both Pages, "I'm going to see if I can help the others finish this, we can't let that thing run around the city." Adding simply and honestly "But it looks like your scarf tangling's got stronger Hara Berezaiti" before he turned and made his way over to where the Monochrome Princess stood. His leg was still sore so Athene didn't attempt to try kicking the Princess, instead he balled up a fist before swinging it at the fake-Princess' stomach as hard as he could and then did his best to try to move clear in case she decided to retaliate.

Lenka felt suddenly energized. If the real princess said that the fake was weakening, well.

Well, that changed the whole game, didn’t it? She gave a little grin. “We can do this guys! If the princess says that the fake is getting weaker…we can go this!” She didn’t know what to do, exactly, but it seemed like a good idea to just try something again. She didn’t have much magic left, but she thought she could do at least one more attack. Even if her last few had...gone astray. It was worth another shot, right?

With a grin, Lenka summoned yet another rind. “Lenka Boomarind!” She chucked it has hard as she could, right at the shade’s face. They would win. There was no doubt.

Right now, she wasn’t even feeling the pain in her arm, not right now, anyway.

A sudden slash and there was light, and hands prying open the rind of the magical watermelon, freeing her from the most humiliating prison she could think of, and she clawed free, damp and embarrassed into the fight again, eyes burning with the urge to cry, until Athene's words about her weapon getting stronger sunk in. Her weapon wasn't even in her hands, not right now, but the idea that it might have gotten just a little stronger gave her hope, even if it was in someone else's hands.

Some of Iris's attacks reminded her of a scarf, and it gave her hope for her own ability to learn to be as strong.

"R-really?" She felt guilty, embarrassed, and also just a little tiny bit proud.

"S-someone help me get my weapon back!" She pleaded, balling her fists and joining the others in the fray.

She could be stronger. She WOULD be stronger. No mater how much time it took.

It was good to see that their combined efforts was having some kind of effect, at least, and the moment the real Princess Iris gave the order, Tsui pushed herself back to her feet and charged for the shade princess. She heard Hara's plea and was happy to see that she was okay, despite her awkward prison, though a little perplexed that she seemed more concerned with her weapon than her life.

But Tsui could try. She charged at the fake Iris, going for a punch of her own and hoping to get close enough to grab the scarf.

How could Sailor Psyche ignore such a wonderful request from her Captain? She couldn't! She gave a thumbs up and grinned to Princess Iris, the girl with magenta hair and the man with the curly red hair. She liked this positive attention, and the assurance that attacking this wannabe was a very wonderful thing. Since she was already close, she drew her leg back and went for another kick in the face. Why the face? Vengeance. She couldn't get her revenge on Sailor Tsui yet but she could sure take it out on the Shade.

And she did.

Simply kicking her once wouldn't do. If she was going to lay there and let them attack her then she was going to kick her in the face as many times as her foot would allow her to.

Damage: 14538 out of 10000 HP

It was almost sad to watch as the Shade remained in place, helpless, getting beat about like a rag-doll. It was brought down to its knees thanks to the red haired squire, and from that point multitudes of kicks and punches were smothering it. It even had more fruit thrown at it, briefly coloring its skin in juice.

As the beat down proceeded, the body seemed to start growing more unstable, its body seeming to flicker almost like a bad television. It still didn't move, taking each hit in silence.

"....it's finished..." the Princess murmured behind her shield as she watched. She had seen the symptoms before with the other shades she fought.

Rather suddenly amidst the multitude of kicks that Psyche ruthlessly dished out, the imposter, the shade seemed to disappear with one final flicker.

The instant the Monochrome Princess had vanished, the Princess of Rainbows staggered forward, hand pressed against Pasiphae's barrier to keep herself upon her feet. It had been sudden, but it felt as if someone had taken all the energy she had used in the fight from her body, leaving her feeling wobbly in the knees.

(CONGRATULATIONS!! You have defeated the opponent... from this point forward no more dice rolls will be necessary. From this point forward it will just be a RP wrap up, so feel free to hang around if you'd like, or you can leave if you'd prefer. Thank you very much for playing with me <3 )

Victoria watched as the shade flickered, and then turned to Iris to notice her stagger. "Are you okay?" He asked Iris frowning as she stumbled forward after the shade left. He couldn't help her while she was inside Pasiphae's barrier but he stood near it in case Iris needed a shoulder to lean on when it fell.

He looked around to the others that had helped them beat down the fake princess. "Good Job guys, we did it!" He said giving a thumbs up.

One thing to keep in mind: Don't piss of Psyche. Metis had both brows raised in silent alarm to see the ferocity the other senshi had struck the Shade with. Considering they were the final strikes apparently necessary to vanquish the creature, this got special attention from the brunette. Yep. She'd be remembering this for future reference. Tucking the info into the back of her mind for now, she nodded to herself in a little reassurance to see Victoria move over to help Iris--well, whenever that shield went down. For now, she didn't see the need to hover near her Captain. Not that she intended to go far but... Glancing around briefly, she was caught a little off guard once more by just how... many people where here. And only a few were actually familiar to her. Shaking her head, she focused on a matter she instead found far more important.

Scanning the energy waves around her, she trailed a few sparse yellow waves through the predominantly green and copper, barely letting out a breath as she located the source she'd been looking for. "*********, are you alright?" Metis knelt down beside the guardian, trying to determine through her limited means if the manx was further injured by this battle. Of course, her first instinct was to reach out with a careful hand, rather than rely on the less than descriptive vision of hers.

"W...we won?" She wasn't sure if she should beleive it quite, drawing up short and staring at the place where the Shade had vanished, as though she expected it to tune itself back in with a new, stronger energy the moment they turned their backs. "Oh thank gawd..." She sighed, stooping to pick up her scarf from where it had fallen.

Everyone was so strong. She didn't think she had been able to contribute much, except perhaps a chuckle or two as she got sealed inside a melon, but it still felt good to have contributed at all. It proved she was able to do something, which was an improvement over what she had been doing.

It seemed that at last the upper-hand was in their court, the monochrome princess starting to flicker as the next flurry of attacks started to make their mark.

It was a grey-haired senshi that landed the final blow, the shade princess fading out as the kick (one of many that the super senshi had dished out) connected with a final flicker.

For his part Athene looked over where the thing had fallen, it taking few moments to sink in that the thing was actually gone. He was feeling a little battered and his leg was still sore from where he'd been hit by the colourless rainbow attack but between them all they'd done it.

He stopped briefly to try and check over the two Pages, both Hara and the unfamiliar white-haired Cosmos one (Eden), before trying to look for Tsui.

After that however Athene planned to slip away home to the empty apartment and hope that the burn cream that Saffy kept in her first aid kit would work as well for magical burns as they did for the more normal ones.

And just like that, it was over.

Well, not really just like that. There was a lot of attacking that Irene hadn't participated in, because of a lack of appropriate projectiles. And because she'd tripped over what she could only imagine were her own high heels and fallen. Twice. In her defense, it was total chaos. Not quite as bad as the fight at the meeting, but this time it was all centered on one target. Which finally flickered out, right when Irene found a soda can to throw.

With a sigh of relief, she dropped the can. Then, frowning at herself, she picked it up again and stuffed it into her purse. Just because she was tired didn't mean she would leave litter on the ground like some barbarian. As she looked around, it occurred to her that perhaps the other fighters could use some assistance. Iris certainly looked like she needed a hand, though Victoria seemed to have that covered. And Metis was seeing to *********. As usual, she was doing too little, too late.

Irene frowned at that thought and took a few wobbly steps towards her captain. "I have some painkillers, if anyone is in need," she said loudly. While she was looking at Iris, she meant her comment to reach everyone. Or at least everyone who needed them. And even if nobody did, at least she had made the offer. Hopefully that would help, and assist her in getting to speak with some of these unfamiliar senshi and knights more, before they began to disperse.

It was certainly a sight to behold to see the Shade Princess Iris crumble away into dust, and when it came to celebrating, Eternal Sailor Tsui had no qualms in letting her excitement be seen. Like a football player that just made the game winning touchdown, Tsui threw her arms into the air and gave a triumphant shout for all to hear. "Alright! Victory for the White Moon Court! Let that be a lesson to you!"

Though Tsui looked excited and energetic, even the spunky senshi of Tigers felt the weight of exhaustion trying to drag her down, and after a fight like that, it was surprise. She was certain that no one would have blamed her for succumbing to the desire to flop onto the ground and take a breather, but her pride wouldn't allow her to humor the thought for more than a few seconds. Her legs wobbled slightly, but never did she lose her balance and topple over. She looked around at the other senshi and knights, unable to hide her proud grin and rather pleased with the outcome of the fight. There were a few hair-raising moments and close calls, but it felt like, for once, the White Moon Court and the Knights had worked as a single, solid team… there were no bickering, no hesitation from anyone, legitimate team work.

It gave Tsui hope, and if that wasn't enough to give her another burst of energy, then nothing would. She spotted Athene and wasted no time in joining his side, giving him a harmless slap on the back as she had a want to do with her friend, though she made sure to lighten it up just a bit. After all, they did just fight a princess… "You did great, Athene… you sure you're not a natural born fighter?"

Before the barrier broke, the Princess' dress faded, her form returning to that of the eternal senshi she was before powering up. They probably already attracted plenty of attention from Chaos, but that wasn't important at this very moment. With a half wave of the hand, she attempted to reassure Victoria "....I'll live... more than I can say fer that... thing..."

Once the barrier finally let down, she made her way to where the shade had last been seen. She seemed to look the spot over before commenting "...not even a trace..."

She glanced up at Irene when she mentioned the painkillers, but shook her head to answer for herself.

With all the action seeming to die down, the manx found it safe enough to limp back to the gathering. Metis' concerns didn't go unnoticed. "...I am no worse for wear... though... I suppose that can't be said of everyone here..."

Being a spectator, she had managed to witness several of the injuries that had occurred. Some of which would need real medical treatment.

Now that the action was dying down, Iris wasn't in the mood to get ambushed by any who devoted themselves to chaos. It was important for them to get moving. In a loud voice, she called attention to herself again.

"Okay folks... it's probably best we don't hang out too long... I want t'thank ya fer yer help... Cat... can ya hurry up already?"

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" she reassured with a chuckle before seeming to count something off in a whisper.

"...seven... eight.... nine..."

Once the Mauvian was at Eternal Iris' side, she rather suddenly sprang up for a small back flip. Her landing was a bit clumsier than usual, since she could only land on 3 of her 4 legs, but at least she didn't fall on her face.

There was a soft sound of something hitting the floor before Iris leaned down and picked these somethings up. Delicately she held one of said somethings up between her gloved fingers for all around to see.

User Image

They were copper coins, with a star shape cut out of the center.

"...I am givin' each of ya one of these..." She eyed the members of her team as if to silently let them know that they were the exception to that rule. "...These are IOUs. You can turn them back to me for a favor. HOWEVER... I reserve the right to deny a favor if it ain't somethin' I can help ya with."

With that, she rolled the coin back into her hand and jingled the whole 9 coins in her hand, as if to invite those present to come forward.

(OOC Note: Please enjoy the little graphic and feel free to include them in your journals. If your character is ICly part of Iris' team, you did not ICly receive a coin, but you can still display the graphic in your journal if you would like. These are non-magical coins... with the worth of maybe a penny. I apologize for double quotes, I edited something in here xd )
