Should we have a brainstorming thread, or allow it in this OOC thread?
Yes, create a brainstorming thread. Also allow 'future spoilers' of arcs.

Fuuuu, I already voted before seeing your warning post. Can you give an example of a past event that would fall under spoiling?

I think it was around the time-travel arc, I ended up revealing a lot of info ahead of time about a subplot. I'd have to go digging to verify that one. I don't remember if it was in OOC or over private messages or Skype.
Most examples were from long before you came in. OOC was a de facto brainstorming thread, and we used to vote on arc ideas and some would explain theirs in detail, or reveal aspects that were supposed to be hard-to-find.
But the tldr definition of spoiling: don't tell your (or anyone else's) plan for an upcoming arc.

I got you. In that case, I'm kind of in the middle? I don't mind for some arcs, but other ones I'd like surprises. Like when we talk about your plans, you still omit some things.

Some people really ******** hate spoilers, idk. I just wanted to get a consensus before making stuff a rule.
It looks like the polls are unanimously okay with spoilers, and mostly in favor of a separate thread for brainstorming. I'll wait for other people (if there are any) to vote.
Spoilers will be contained in either bracketed white text [ like this ] or tags, whichever's more appropriate.

I'd say spoiler tags. Urgh, trying to wait for screenies to start in GSW, but I'm terribly sleepy.....

It's an aesthetic choice, really. Sometimes the spoiler content is so little compared to the rest of your post, you don't really need to separate it from the main paragraph.

Ah, that's a really good point, too.

I kinda agree with Nari, though, that Spoiler tags are the simplest way to really keep a private plot point secret from people who don't wanna be in on the whole thing.
anywho, it seems that I'm the odd vote out. xd but I don't actually mind there being a separate thread for it. I just prefer it to be in the OOC thread.
As I was making breakfast before sunrise, I realized... Running the rewards office for the hotel and being a CEO is a lot... XD
I guess I could imply that she splits her time. And if someone (like Max, haven't decided if I want to keep him) ran most of it while she's away, I guess it's alright.
Thoughts?

Do we have any plans after boring night shift? Deciding if Layla goes to bed or goes to talk and wait for something to happen.

Sabe is fetching documents (in other words, a mission brief) in a few days. Thanks for reminding me to post something in the brainstorming thread.
Lucy could hear the waitstaff as they left the hotel's restaurant for the night. once the grand double doors came to a close, she let out a sigh of relief knowing that she was alone finally. She cherished these moments when she could be alone in her kitchen without the constant annoyance of the staff and patrons asking for this, that, and the other. She glanced at the clock "Hmm... it's getting late, I better head up to the roof and get to work" she said to herself as he walked toward the walk-in freezer. Using her key, she opened the door and turned on the light. Near the door, she picked up a large, black, case and a pair of binoculars. She spoke up inside the freezer "It's a damn shame you where not more helpful to me, I told you that if I had the answers I needed by dinner service, you would live to see another drug deal" she said as a combat knife was retrieved from her boot. Lucy stared at the bloated, hanging, frozen corpse of a local drug dealer she had already forgotten the name of and cut him off of the meat hook he was strung up on. She let out a sigh and spoke "Unfortunately, I have no use for anything freezer-burnt" She said as she walked out of the freezer with her equipment.
that's really disturbing, eerie, and horrifying, in an awesome way! eekbiggrin totally Gothic Horror right there.
