Background
His first memories were that of waking up to complete darkness. Codenamed "Z", Z doesn't remember his real name, his family, or even how old he truly is. When he was barely able to walk, Z was taken to be part of a very special and elite program to train hunter ninjas to be the perfect spy. However, Z showed more of an affinity to Genjutsu and therefore was used as a support for the hunter nins to incapacitate enemies and retrieve information. Thus, Z became an interrogator for the hunter nins and probably the most effective due to the potency of his ability to enter a person's mind through Genjutsu.
Finally surfacing for the first time out of the shadows, Z has been given the rank of Chuunin and is now tasked with ensuring that the new genin of the village are raised to be strong. His other objective is to weed out any weakness, either by training them or exterminating them.

You should probably swap out that protect the village gates mission for something else. One, the village has never really been attacked yet, which leaves you acting as a gate guard, which leads to two, most of the guards are there on punishment detail for wrongs committed in the past. And most are there permanently.
And finally on to Inventory. Having found the various things that give you money, I have ascertained that you should be starting with a total of 2,58,00. This is your autorank funds, plus starting bonus, plus the bonus pay for MP that I completely forgot existed.
As with Luo, items in containers only need to be listed under the container. The space above containers is reserved for items attached to your body or in your pockets.
Money is considered an inventory item now, so you'll need to mark it's location in your inventory. I reccommend the use of a Money Pouch item.
Kunai holsters can only hold one kunai at a time. You'll need to move your others to another container.
As you can see, you have very little left to work with, so you'll need to fiddle with it a tiny bit if you want some spending cash later before you get to missions.

I know of a lot of good genjutsus to make with Suiton and Katon
Switched out the mission to a "Slaver's demise"
Deleted the items and put them in the containers.
I believe I still have some space in the Hip pouch. I placed my money there. If that's wrong please let me know.
Deleted the kunai holsters and the kunais, won't be using them for now.

Since you mentioned it, I should note that genjutsu no longer require elements at all. That said, using genjutsu in tandem with actual jutsu is still an amazing strategy.
Slaver's Demise sounds so much cooler than Slaver's End. You should go with that one.
You've used six of nine slots in your hip pouch, so yeah, you still have some space.
You misspelled Holster a couple times, and labeled your pouch as a holster as well. Should fix that, just because.
You do indeed have correct math now. Well done. XD

The armor is going to need to be made as a tech and paid for if you want it. Personally I'd recommend making a full set of vaguely defined armor as universal and then make yours a slightly customized version of that, as we already allow with most stuff on the tech list.
As previously mentioned, you can't have a built in NPC teacher as you've described in your background and Family NPCs.
Normally I don't worry overly much about the insignia so long as people have one, but, it really should be somewhere or something that can be easily produced on request, if not visible at all time. Under your strapped on shoulder pad doesn't really qualify for either of those things. Especially when your inventory implies you have a knife in the shoulder pad as well, which would lead guards to assume you're drawing a weapon, lol.
On that note, "Left Shoulder" doesn't really tell me much about where the knife is. If I didn't assume it was attached to the armor somehow I would assume you just stabbed yourself whenever you store the thing. May want to define that a bit better.
Just so you know, you can put your money pouch in a pocket or something. Everyone is allowed two slots of pocket space on their clothing. Actually having your pouch outside of another container (Or pocket) is just begging someone to take it from you. And never forget the universal rule, "If you don't get caught taking it, it's yours.".

Just keep in mind that Gadot still can't really act as anything beyond a background character. He can't really fight or teach or learn anything of consequence.
I feel I should not that while the Tai spec bonus says +.5, that modifier type is no longer in use and just hasn't been updated yet. I believe the plan at some point (I can't find the post right now.) was to call it a full +1 instead. That places your actual strength at +2, so following the current system, if you gain any other boosts somehow you will only gain increment boosts.
And isn't it strange that Timmy of all people is one of the first to get their cash right on the first try?
[Edit: As with other recent academy profiles, if you get your first post in before the next class starts, you can have the time skip bonus of either two E rank Bukijutsu Basics, or one D rank of the same, and you may learn the Meditation technique, but should spend at least a portion of one of your first posts practicing it.]
