E'lov and Magith // Damage Post Damage: 3- 2 = 1 Agility: +2 HP: 36/37
As Magith moved back into position, a lone thread fell through the ranks, catching E'lov on his shoulder. He brushed it off, only then realizing that it was thread. It had barely gotten his leathers, and so there wasn't any need to go between.
They'd just have to be more careful.

Mirath Agility: 0 HP: 56/59
As a new wave of Thread swept in and a change of shifts was called, Lia checked her flamethrower. There was still plenty of fuel in it, and Mirath was neither tired nor particularly injured, so there was no reason for them to drop out. The pair stayed in the air, continuing to keep watch for stray threads.
Soon enough another strand slipped through the upper ranks. A quick swoop into position, a burst of searing flame, and then they were back in formation with only flakes of ash being carried off by the wind.

Luka and Lophorinth // Burn Post
Seriously Loph. Do we need to land? You're doing a terrible job all of a sudden.
Loph managed to look sheepish even as his eyes flashed green for a moment. Rotatonth was looking at me.
Seriously... well I doubt that Impressed her much. And don't you have a date with Poecileth now?
Whaaaaaat? She's not here to see is she?

Mirath Agility: 0 HP: 56/59
As Mirath watched the wings above, she noted that some of the dragons, particularly the smaller colors, were beginning to falter. The Fall was wearing on them all, and she hoped it would be over soon.
And perhaps tried dragons didn't flame quite as thoroughly as fresh ones, because a relatively large cluster of half-charred Thread slipped through the ranks into Mirath's sight. She tilted her wings to give her rider a clear shot at it, and the remainder of the clump was quickly reduced to ash.

Damage [Z'radi and Rotatonth HP: 21/35 Ag: +2 Zephyr wing]
said Rota, assessing.
[/color] she said, sendng an image of a truly scary clump of thread right in her dodge path. She angled herself for minimum damage and dragged the Thread between, popping back into real space, an unpleasant score at her wingtip. Z'radi rolled her suddenly itchingly painful shoulder blades.
said Rota, preparing her next flame.

Acriculeth - Zenith Wing Agility: -2 HP Life 2!: 20/58
Not being able to feel half of his hide was not, Acriculeth decided, an entirely good thing. After that last score he hadn't noticed for a moment thanks to the slatherings of numbweed the bronze and his rider were on high alert for the slightest moment in the air around them.
While their increased caution allowed them to slip between to avoid a large knot of Thread they weren't ready to burn it did mean they were focusing less on said burning and as the bronze came back out he only burned down a few little strands.

Jareth HP: - 28/47
Jareth was getting tired, his wings ached and his flame wasn't quite as strong as it had been at the start of the first wave but he was determined to last the Fall out. G'nar winced as the odd threadscore twinged but the one along his arm throbbed terribly. His grip on the saddle seeming almost too tight.
He flagged just a little as he dove to flame a clump of wayward thread that had been missed by the dragon slightly above him. They were all getting tired by now but if Queth was still fighting then thread be damned if Jareth was going to quit now.
He was lucky enough to catch a double tangle as he dove, another twisting upwards on some updraft. He roared as he flamed Thread from the skies, tired he may be but he was fighting the dreaded thing and fighting it well indeed.

He was too wing sore to avoid another tangle missed by another tiring dragon, He squealed as thread twisted around his wingsail. He flicked between before thread could do too much damage but he'd burned a good hole in his wing sail, he could fly but it hurt, would hurt more once threadfall and the adrenaline was done with.

Jareth HP: - 23/47
His wing stung as he hovered for a moment to try and see where he could get the next tangle of thread, it took him a few moments before he spotted one he could get without breaking formation. He noted grumpily that several hadn't returned to their proper positions but knew they would get reprimanded eventually, a few of those probably changing shift with other, fresher dragons but one he noted seemed to want to show off for Queth and his rider, darting in and out of formation to snatch tangles, well .. more fool that pair when they got hurt or grounded.
He rolled his eyes, well as much as a dragon could, and focused his attention on a clump of thread that was just high enough to hit his rider, G'nar, if he didn't flame it quickly. He missed and ducked between to avoid being hit, emerging just a second later with the thread behind them to be flamed by another dragon.

Acriculeth - Zenith Wing Agility: -2 HP Life 2!: 20/58
Their renewed luck did not last long however. Running out of stone Acriculeth spent the last of his flame and turned his head to accept more stone. As he did so he failed to notice the tangle of Thread now heading straight for them.
A'nos saw it and swore internally, sending his dragon an urgent command to move!
