Walking in and dodging the blade again, Gwyn tripped and fell right into the stockade. Starting to get annoyed, she freed her self and started looking for Bloodraine again.

Trying to find the gravel she had seen before, Gwyn meandered into the rocks again.
Repeating the process she had just done, she "gave" the waiting gargoyle the purple key and went back down to try another recipe.

In the door just next to his, a clamoring sound can be heard. Did she tripped on something? He wanted to help, but the door is somehow locked shut.

Charging into the room again, she swore that, as soon as she got the key form Bloodraine, she was shoving him into some of his traps. So distracted was she by this line of thought, that she managed t fall into a spike pit, making her more sure of her decision.

Coming back upstairs, Gwyn remembered a game her mother had taught her. Entering the room, she called out "MARCO!" When the gargoyle responded, she had a clue of which way to go.

Following the trail of fresh gravel, Gwyn finally found the iron maiden. Helping Bloodraine escape from it, she noted that the gargoyle was blushing in a mildly disturbing way. "Thanks! S-sometimes she gets really affectionate, especially when I start to polish her...you know...hinges." Then it giggled and then groped around the inside of the torture device, eventually pulling out a black key that was only slightly moist.
Receiving the key, Gwyn shoved him back inside and made her way back out to try a different door.

Having found, freed, and re-trapped Bloodraine, Gwyn decided to go through the black door with gentle light shining at its base. Not knowing Rei had just gone through this door, Gwyn was not surprised when she did not see him in there.
Opening the door, she was greeted with a somewhat dismal view of purple sky and lilac clouds. Looking around, she saw a huge window took up nearly an entire wall, but it seemed a bit wasted on the island's total lack of landscape. On a nearby stool a slumped, sighing gargoyle sat looking out the window. "Not much to see today, I'm afraid." He said before looking away from the window and over to her, perking up slightly when he saw her, "Oh...oh you're new here, aren't you? You've...you've been places right? Seen things?" Seeing her nod, it leaned forward eagerly and continued, "Say do you think you could share some of them with me? You won't be sorry, I promise! Just come over to the window and touch it!"
Wondering why the gargoyle wanted her to touch the window, she walked over and placed her palm on the cool glass. Instantly, it shimmered and snapped into a new size and shape, and showed a familiar sight. It was her lake, the one she had grown up in and the one she had left. Fondly she sighed at the sight and, then, was surprised to hear a happy sigh follow her sigh. Turning to look beside her, she saw the gargoyle looking happily out the window. "That's marvelous, I never get to see anything like that. I think I'll keep this one for a little while, thank you!"
Carefully it placed a black key into the palm of her hand, as thanks, before it turned back to the window.

There was a soft crying behind, curious, he entered inside. Inside was a glass, and the soft crying was still echoing from the room. Looking around, he was uncertain... where was it coming from?... As he stepped inside, the mirror began to fog and the crying became louder. A little boy stepped from the fog mirror and continued to sob at him.
"It's your fault daddy's gone..."
Uru narrowed his brows and unsheathed his sword. The boy simply cried louder.
"It is your fault mommy hates us!"
Bending his knees, Uru held his scythe outward with a growl.

Returning to the main room, and hoping that Rei was done in that room, Gwyn headed for the blue door, from which she could hear a voice much like her own talking. Entering the room, she expected one of two things, her mother or another mirror. Seeing the latter, Gwyn moved to break it, only to have it crack and shatter before she could touch it. Confused, she watched as the fog around it took on a more humanoid shape. Standing before her was the being she had been not very long ago, a shadow, a memory, without memories or a true name. Wordlessly, it attacked her and Gwyn, startled, barely managed to counter at all.
