It was only after Takeshi was seated that he had the thought,~I wonder if this is a ploy..is he acting weak so I will underestimate him, or is he just..like this..?~Takeshi shrugged, a gesture he did for his own benefit since this stranger wasn't privy to the young salamander's thoughts, or at least, he hoped not. This made Takeshi grow a little more guarded as he gazed at Asa, now in a judging way, trying to size this man up.
Then the young man was speaking, and Takeshi was bestowed with his name, Asa, it sounded like a fun thing to say and so Takeshi said the man's name a few times, letting the syllables roll of his tongue smoothly, no longer sizing the man up or trying to figure him out. Takeshi was as changing as fire, his mind was never in the same frame for too very long, unless he was angry or in the mood to have a little fun, usually by messing with people, especially men, while in his female form, a trick that provided Takeshi endless amounts of laughs when he changed and teased his friends. Takeshi's mind was drawn back towards Asa when the man continued on, commenting upon the haze of steam that lingered in the warm room."Well sir, I can't say I've ever been a bodyguard before, but I could probably give it my best shot."If Takeshi had to play nice and be a body guard for a little while and wait on a chance to escape back home, then so be it, and when Takeshi was honest with himself, any place was better than this place right then.
Takeshi wasn't wild so to say, he had his moments, but he was mostly just mischievous and he tended to enjoy tricks and jokes and things like that. "Well, I'm alright, Asa, a little bored, but otherwise okay. Or better than you, should I say, you don't look all that good, if you don't mind me saying."Takeshi didn't care if Asa did mind, he was going to say it if he wanted to.
Sylvester's first impression of her proposal painted her as quite foolish. She was after a traveling companion and offering this opportunity on a silver platter to a criminal? She must not have known what she was doing. What kind of gentleman would he be if he let her do this? As if weighing his options to her offer, he removed the rest of the bottles on his hands and lined them up in a neat row on the table top. This was something he'd never quite been able to wrap his head around; the hardship of the Master role. The Slave's place was clearly defined, his worries easily predictable and fate set out for him like the outfit of the day, but the Master had to consider all of that. Who in their right mind would want that kind of power and the responsibility that went with it? Was it not enough that these people couldn't run their own lives they had to use the lives of others like playthings to be traded?! Prehaps it took a master to understand...so long as he was a slave understanding would forever be out of his reach.
Sylvester laced his fingers together and rested his elbows behind the line of bottles, his chin shelved on his thumbs, suddenly very serious, "You seem like a very kind hearted woman Miss. Karlita," He'd heard her name, this time was on purpose as a sort of joke between the pair of them. "However it does you much discredit to not show the slightest interest in just where this slave flesh your promising freedom to came from. Everyone in this place would claim to have a unique story on how they got here but really they all fall down into a handful of categories: those that were kidnapped from their families, off the streets, whatever. Then there are the people that came here willingly either to save a loved one or cut straight to the punch and destroy their master's from the inside out. Next would be the ones born in this life, These would drop you like a ton of bricks at the first sign of trouble no matter what they'd promised you." Such was exactly what happened with his Warlock tyrant that had raised him from a pup in the ShadowFell. When the revolt hit and he felt his master's blood slash on his nose, he bolted and never looked back. He didn't even regret it. What a shame it would be to have that happen to Karika..."Last but not least there are the people like me: Criminals enslaved for their actions. Now that it's out in the open, I'm curious. Does the information bother you? Are you ready to retract your offer at the very idea of leashing a crook to your arm while vulnerable on the road?"
He'd stared her down while she thought it over, brilliant gold eyes trained on her as if he'd been faking the drunk this whole time. He broke it first with a little smile, shifting to lean his head in his palm and going back to stacking his bottles, "You can relax, it's not like I'm a murderer or something messy like that. Less than 2 hours ago, I was just a high class thief targeting a limited edition bottle of Clive-Christian No. 1 Imperial Majesty perfume owned by the First Lady. If I had succeeded in taking it, fenced it for it's worth, I would have gotten a cool 225K American out of it." The liquor finally showing in a thin pink band across his nose as he with drew from the conversation, still monologueing to himself more than her as he recalled the reason he'd dared to brave a federal building for a trinket. "That much money would have supplied Mama Rosie's soup kitchen for months if I hadn't failed. You offered me something so I'll offer you a counter, buy my body for travel companion if you want but I can't promise that I won't rob you blind on the first night to make up this failure to the people that counted on me to provide for them. Pay my debt in full to Mama Rosie and I will let you buy my loyalty." It was a terrible trump card, making her pay for him twice. No one was that stupid were they? Or was it stupid that he hadn't lied to her once?
The very last thing that Karika wanted was a plaything, someone whose life to use as a toy and discard at her will. She took note of the change in his demeanor and watched him carefully. Of course she knew he was a criminal, she had read his file quite carefully. That was her weakness, her soft spot. She believed in giving everyone a second chance, whether they deserved it or not, and set herself up for failure or put herself in danger simply because she refused to believe that someone was irredeemable. Her fingers laced together on her knee as he spoke and her eyebrow raised a bit as he told her about slaves, about how they came here and what happened to them. It was interesting, to hear it from someone like him, someone who seemed not to care about others and in fact seemed to care a great deal.
His honesty about how he might treat her made her eyes widen a bit. Not because she thought he would be dishonest, but because he said he might rob her and leave her, even if they had made a deal. And then that expression softened as he spoke of the reason for his actions, for trying to steal something. Waiting until he was finished, Karika gave him a wry smile. "Of course I know your background, Sylvester," she told him calmly. "They have a file on you, including the reason you are in this place. I know you are a thief and what sort of person you are, at least what this piece of paper claims you are. The reason I would offer you this chance is not because I am foolish, but because I believe that everyone should have a second chance at life, regardless of their actions." It was simply how she was and only those who committed the most heinous crimes were thought to be beyond redemption by her.
Sighing a bit, the female closed her eyes for a minute, as if thinking. "I will pay what you owe to Mama Rosie and double it. Consider it paying off your interest for being late," Karika said after a moment, opening her eyes and smiling at him. "I run quite a few charities and donate to plenty of things. Whatever cause you would like me to put money into, I'm more than willing. If you would like to make that a condition of our arraignment, I would be happy to add that." Whether that shocked him or not, that she was so willing and easily able to pay such large sums without a second thought, she didn't know and honestly didn't much care, either. If he had been trying to get the money for himself, perhaps she would have left him there. But he wasn't and that said a great deal about his character.
Karika got to her feet, smoothing out her dress absently. "Now, if that's all acceptable to you, do we have a deal? Or do you prefer to stay here and wait for someone else to come?" It was an honest question from her, rather than a challenge or mocking him, and she raised an eyebrow slightly. "And my name is Karika, if you do come with me, I would appreciate it if you could call me by my proper name or some nickname of sort. I dislike being called anything else," she added absently, fixing the collar of her jacket as she watched him. If he thought her stupid, that was his opinion to have and hold. It didn't much affect her in the end, if he promised to go with her and stay for a while.
Double...she can't be serious...and yet, Sylvester questioned his believes in this moment. Her kind of generosity was unheard of in all his time here in the natural world but more than that it was the sheer whim to just toss the very essence that made his realm turn was staggering. It made his thieves mind spin! If she could just burn it like that just how deep were her pockets?! Just how much was she worth?! "You drive a hard bargain. I can't refuse."
He lifted his black turtle neck to his nose and smelled his cloths before standing. "If we're to leave together I'd prefer to shower first, sober up for you. It won't take long. I should be finished by the time you're done with the fund transfers down stairs." Trying to turn ended badly as the liquor took hold on his equilibrium. A simple pivot to the writing desk caused his head to swim and he staggered just to stay upright. He had to put his hands out and catch the desk that seemed to be running away from him for a second but really it was just his confused feet moving sideways when they were supposed to move forward. Sitting down, draped as he was, one could tell he was tall but now that he was up and in motion, however unbalanced, the chair did his long legs no justice. Watching him walk on them was reminiscent of someone trying to walk on stilts of rubber, that long pretty hair Karika kept pointing out swaying and bouncing on his spin in a pony tail as he wobbled to hunch over a scrap sheet of paper. It spilled over his shoulder, the color shining bright against the black of his sweater, as he jotted down a number he'd memorized.
"Here," He held the paper out to her but didn't dare move again lest his knees buckle. "Mama Rosie didn't know the donation was coming so you don't have to give her double unless you want to give her a heart attack." His word would be as good as hers, if she kept this promise and hadn't lied to him he doubted he'd have the heart to steal from her no matter how much she had to give. "Alright now, out you go. I'll see you in a bit." That probably wouldn't work, but he had to at least try and save his pride here. To be drunk in front of a lady was shameful but to be drunk and nude around a lady was down right dangerous.
A small smile of amusement appeared on her lips when he said she could go downstairs to transfer funds. She supposed he didn't know that she had to leave with him, he wasn't allowed to leave without her after all. But she simply nodded, watching curiously as he managed to get to his feet and seemed as if she was waiting for him to fall over. It was debatable if she'd help if he did. He was much taller than she'd thought, not that it was such a bad thing. She didn't care much for physical appearance. Taking the paper from him, Karika glanced down at the number and nodded. It would be easy enough to do this once they left, all she had to do was call her accountant. When he tried to shoo her out, she chuckled a bit and simply waited for him to go into the bathroom. Karika had no problem waiting for him and examined the room for a few minutes while she heard the shower turn on. Besides, he might fall over and drown, she thought with a snort of amusement. There was no one that would say she didn't have a wicked sense of humor at times, no matter how charitable she was.
Waiting until she knew he was in the shower, Karika tucked the piece of paper in her pocket and strode over to the bathroom door. She opened it without knocking and slipped into the room, though she wasn't really trying to sneak, she was just quiet. Smirking a bit, she pulled the curtain aside enough to get a good look at him, her eyebrow raising. "You said something earlier about sampling the goods, and since I can't do that here, I thought I should at least check to make sure I wasn't buying anyone defective," Karika told him with the sly little smirk still on her lips as he stared at her, perhaps still sobering up and shocked that a 'lady' had come to peek at him in the shower. Well, peek wasn't quite the right word, considering she was blatantly looking him over without any sort of shame apparent on her face. Not even a blush. She'd had plenty of lovers that nothing could shock her and she gave him a last lingering look before letting the curtain fall shut. "I'll be waiting in the room," she called with a laugh trailing after her as she left the bathroom, shutting the door.
Karika chuckled to herself. And he thought he could shoo her out, that was the funny part to her. Sitting back down in the chair to wait, crossing one leg over her other knee, she pulled out her phone and called up her accountant. May as well take care of it now, after all, it wasn't as if she couldn't her cell phone in this place. She gave him a few simple directions that he was used to hearing, and the man didn't even react when she told him the amount. After a few more directions for him, she smiled to herself and tucked it back into her pocket. She disliked purses, always unsure if they were going to slide off her shoulder or not. "I think you'll be pleased to hear I took care of your donation, and then some," she called to him. "Once you're out I'll tell you the amount." And what else she had done, instructing the man to find the other charities in that same area and donate a generous amount to them as well. She always enjoyed finding new places to spend her money at, after all, so really Sylvester had just done her a favor in the end.
The next few moments were a bit hectic and full of emotion. It was strange and slightly difficult for Gideon to follow. At one moment, the master was paying him healthy compliments about his name. This made him smile a bit. Of course it was a beautiful name. Apollo had given it to him. Everything Apollo had given him was beautiful. He did enjoy these compliments. They paid him the attention he craved! But then someone interrupted. They rushed the process and being rushed always made the bird uncomfortable. As if he didn't even have the option to answer (which technically he didn't) he was chosen. The statement of a hope that he would join was just that. A statement, not an offer, apparently. During all of this, the bird merely relaxed in his sun spot, watching the interactions between the interloper and the prospective master. It was interesting, the way they spoke and exchanged looks.
There was a loyalty there that made him jealous. This was never a good emotion for the bird to feel. He wanted to be devoted to someone like that. It had been years since he had. An entire rebirth and pilgrimage to Heliopolis. A life time since he'd given his heart, soul and flame to. Jealousy sparked an anger in him, responding sharply even as Aries gave a mild thanks to the compliment. He was so amiable and then... And then such a playful comment was taken the wrong way!
The bird stiffened where he sat, his face falling into a defensive stare that threatened to attack. But Gideon knew that should he attack, he would lose heat. If he used too much with no source to replenish, he would get cold and eventually, he would get sick. He had much to lose by attacking this master. "I wasn't mocking you, master," he returned heatedly, interrupting the speech. But Aries didn't stop! He went on to insult Gideon's maturity! Mature? Gideon had lived through thousands of years! Entire eras! He could be mature if he pleased! He opened his mouth again, aiming for words but all that came out was a shrill, flagging screech. Insecurity? The bird got off his window spot and walked after the master as he turned and walked away. Nobody spoke to him like that! It wasn't deserved! Another shrill sound left the bird as the door closed, leaving him to think. What the hell would he have done when he actually reached the man? He wouldn't have attacked him, would he? Maybe pushed or shoved...
A soft, lamenting chirp left the creature as he stared at the closed door, ears ringing from the stern talk. Silence again. It was times like these he wanted to morph into a bird. Nervously, his fingers went through his hair. Insecurity tightened his chest and pulled his proud posture into a slight slouch as he paced the empty room. The bird craved the contact of another person. The company of another! So long he had been deprived of those things that the shock of having even a brief show of emotion had him crawling into the stripped bed and laying face down on the sheets.
Of course it was then that someone entered his room. Ugh! "Go away." The stern words went ignored or unheard. A command to get up, put on shoes, clean up the room, it all went unheeded by the bird. It was repeated, more loudly to the sullen creature. 'You've been bought,' the voice chimed happily. 'Be excited. Get up, clean up your mess and put on these shoes. Make yourself presentable!' No. N-O. Like a sulky toddler, Gideon did not at all want to. The admonishing he'd received had killed his sass for the moment and surprisingly, he found himself standing from the bed to pull on the offered shoes. "Cleaning" Consisted of simply moving his next by the window back to the bed. After that, he was led back to the mean man from before. Out of the room. By people. People he didn't know and didn't care for. Upon being halted, a large duffel of clothes was pushed into his hands and a leash was clipped loosely to his velvet collar and passed to the master.
Tepid topaz eyes fixed Aries with a sulky, disgruntled stare. "Try not over reacting next time. I actually find superhero boxers sexy, stupid." He shot at him.

LEILANI CELESTE ABENEZRA
xxxxSilence filled the air as Leilani wandered aimlessly around the small, nicely furnished, cell. The little unicorn perched herself in the slightly opened, yet barred, window. The suns rays shined through, gracing her soft skin with its warmth. 'Ah, how it would feel to be soaring through the skies with you, creator.' she thought, her head falling slightly. 'I have let you down.' A soundless sigh escaped her lips as she looked once more towards the heavens. She missed him. Her creator, that is. He was murdered, and now she felt more alone than she has at any point in her life. Her childish nature had finally gotten her caught, and now she sat in a cell.
xxxxLeilani stepped down from her perch and gracefully pranced to her bed. Sitting down, she frowned. 'This bed is so hard..how does anyone sleep here?' she wondered, lying back on the pillow. It too was hard. A small crystalline tear began tracing her cheek. Once again, her emotions were getting the best of her and quite frankly, she did not even know why she was crying this time. Maybe is was the fact that she was alone, or maybe it was simply her childish ways. Nonetheless, she wiped the tear from her delicate cheek, and closed her eyes. She thought for a moment, then cleared her throat. 'Maybe singing will help me pass the time.' Clearing her throat one last time Leilani sat up, crossed her legs, and closed her eyes. She being humming, then singing quietly to herself. The song was dedicated to her long lost creator. Her love, her soul mate, her everything that was taken from her.
xxxxOnce the song was finished, Leilani's spirits were lifted slightly. She began smiling while her eyes were closed. It was amazing how simply singing a song, and imagining your creators voice could cheer someone up in a heartbeat. Leilani's eyes reopened, and looked around the room. Still nothing. She stood to her feet and walked to the large window in the front of the cell and peered out of the other captives sitting in cells. They all looked just about as lonely and scared as she was, some looked even more, and some looked less than her. Nonetheless we were all captives here in the same hell, together, yet so far apart. Each lonely in our very own types of ways. Each with a story of their own to tell.

Talking | #00BFFF Thinking | #9370DB Other Characters | #4169E1 LOCATION ;;(Her cell.) WITH ;;(No one.) MOOD ;;(Depressed.)
Flynn Veles was not at all happy with the circumstances he found himself in. All he knew was that he had fallen asleep and woken up in a different location with a freaking collar around his neck. And now here he was, being sold as a slave. A slave, of all things! It had to be a joke.... It was at least a ridiculous thought. There was no way he would ever live this down if his cousins ever found out the truth...
The thought of the smirks they would have as they told him that they had known he couldn't handle living alone got the young dragon's blood boiling, and he went to the door of the room he had been left in and started banging on it. "Let me OUT!" he bellowed through the door, the soundproofing of the room and the strength of the door no doubt being put to the test. He continued to hammer on the door, repeating loudly over and over again, "LetmeOUT!LetmeOUT!LetmeOUT!LetmeOUT!LetmeOUT!"
After fruitlessly beating on the door for several minutes, Flynn took a step back, smoke drifting from his nostrils. "That's it! I'm burning this place down!" he thought to himself as he took a deep breath, intending to let out scorching jet of fire. When he went to release said jet of fire, though, he found he couldn't. Instead, he ended up choking, which turned to coughing. Being stubborn, he tried a second time, and a third time, until it dawned on him what was going on. "Damn them!" he thought while in the middle of his latest coughing fit, "They took my fire from me!"
He had been annoyed before, but now he was royally pissed. Once he recovered from his coughing fit, the red-haired dragon angrily stormed across the room, tossing a chair out of his way; it hit the wall and shattered into pieces. He paced for a few moments before he started to take out his anger on the hapless bed, tearing into the bedding and the mattress. He even started to enjoy himself as he tore through the comforter, followed by the pillows, and finally making his way to the mattress itself. Feathers and fluff went all over the place as he flung them about. It was almost therapeutic, to tell the truth.
When he was done, Flynn stood among the wreckage of what had been his room, breathing a little bit heavily but feeling quite satisfied as he looked at his handiwork. He heard a click from the door and he looked at it expectantly, smirking a bit as he waited for it to open. He was not to be disappointed, for the door opened a second later and a guard walked in, stopping and gawking at the mess that had been made of the room."What the hell... Why did you do all this?!"the man asked in disbelief as he looked around at the wreckage. "I got bored," the young dragon replied nonchalantly, looking at the nails of his right hand as though he didn't care what this "puny human" thought of him... Which he didn't. Because he was a dragon.
Really, Camarin had no idea what sort of person she was looking for. So when she arrived in the lobby and took the papers from the nice lady at the desk, told to fill them out, she had to sit for a while and think. What sort of person did she want? Well, someone adventurous, but really other than that...maybe strong? Looking at the list of charms and collars and trying to mentally match something up, the female realized she didn't really know what she was doing here. So she picked a few that sounded promising, though vague, and filled out the paperwork to the best of her ability, biting her lip. Camarin was concentrating so hard that she lost track of her spell to keep her true form concealed as her horn peeped through her bangs again.
Of course, being in a place like this, no one gave her much of a second glance. They had seen much odder things.
She returned the paperwork back with a smile and then looked over curiously as a young man walked over to her. He explained he would take her to the floor she wanted and Camarin looked down at the papers she had been handed just then. A confused look spread over her face and the woman sitting leaned over the desk a bit to help her, pointing out how things matched up to her own paper and the like. That made a bit more sense and she perked up when she saw a dragon. "Oooo, a dragon?" she exclaimed prettily, her eyes widening. She smiled and showed the bellboy that paper. "I can see him, right?" she asked. He nodded and gestured for her to follow him, taking her across the lobby to the waiting elevators.
A short guard met her there, taking the paper for a moment to see where he was going, before nodding. "This way, miss," he told her. The leggy girl nodded and followed happily, excited to see the dragon. Of course, as they grew closer, it was obvious there was something...off. The guard frowned, taking out a specially-made tazer they carried to subdue violent ones. The dragon was new, after all, and he had no idea what he was doing. Making sure the guest was safely behind him, the man slowly unlocked the door and opened it, peering inside. That lasted for about half-a-second before his eyes widened and he stepped inside. "What the hell...why did you do all this?!" he asked in disbelief, looking around at the torn-to-bits room that had been so nice before. Hearing the answer, he stammered and was about radio for backup to bring the dragon down the basement rooms when the girl behind him giggled a bit, peeking in around him.
"Oh wow, you were really angry, weren't you?" she asked, her gaze returning to the dragon. Prancing over to him without a care in the world before the guard could stop her, Camarin reached up and pulled a bit of comforter fluff from his hair, a grin on her face. "That poor bed never did anything to you. I can take him, right?" she asked eagerly, her tone turning from chiding to anticipation in a heartbeat. The guard gaped at her, unable to understand what he was hearing. "You...you want him?!" he asked in shock.
There was something asked along the lines of "what's wrong with me?!" that they both ignored, Camarin nodding her head in satisfaction. "It's...it's Flinty, right?" she asked, looking up over her shoulder at the dragon curiously. "I'm Camarin, nice to meet you." She stuck a hand out to him, smiling cheerfully, not at all deterred by the destruction or the fact that neither of them quite looked human, considering the horn on her forehead like a demented unicorn cosplayer.
~ The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself. ~
"I don't know how long it'll be, Dare. I might come back empty-handed; but it's worth a shot.""Just don't bring back a fish. Remember the last time you brought a goldfish home?""Yeah yeah. I don't think it'll be that kind of pet.""Just. Just be nice, okay?""Fine."Moving the phone away from his ear, Altin pushed the button turned off the phone before placing it in his jacket pocket. Letting out a heavy and nervous sigh, he finally got out of the Corolla before closing the door and locking it behind him. He took his time to get to the lobby of the Hotel--at this moment, he really did not know why he needed to be here; but he was.
The hotel made the ignored child within the young man want to hide behind his mother's skirts. Alas, that will never happen. Patting the fingertips of one hand on the lips while the other was tucked away in his jacket. It took a bit longer than what other folks would probably get through it; but he was able to complete the application and the documentations that were necessary for the front desk to locate a specific potential."Ah. Room 214. I think she will do well enough for ya."Knitting his eyebrows a little bit in confusion; but followed the guard to the proper wing. Taking a glance around at the rooms, the guard and Altin passed room 214, but did not stop."Uhm. We passed by the room.""No. It's right here."Standing in front of the door stating "241", the young man furrowed his eyebrows; but he could not say much by the time the door opened.
Peeking his head in a little, Altin noticed the young, frail looking woman close to the bed."Hello?"Glancing to the guard briefly, who just simply stood close to the door, but did not say much, the young man moved closer into the room. Looking about curiously, if his attitude and nervous look upon his face did not scream out that he was new to all of this; then he would not know what else would work. Finally looking back to the young woman--only to realize that he was well over a foot taller than her--he gave a small scratch on the side of his neck before placing a false confident smile on his face."I don't know if I heard the guy at the front desk wrong or the guard may have dyslexia. Either way, I do not know if I am supposed to be your match or however they do their system."He did not want to cheat anyone out. Plus, if it was supposed to be the person over in 214--rather than here in 241--she could be a better match in comparison to this one here who may not be a match at all.
Aries listened to the angelic voice speak her name. "Ah, Rin. Such a lovely name, and it fits so well." he said, kneeling down to eye level with the beautiful young woman. "Rin, what are you?" he simply asked. No no, not demanded, but simply asked. If she did not feel comfortable answering the question he would definitely not for her. That is no way to treat a lady. Aries picked up the chart beside the door containing all of the information he wanted and needed to know. "H'm..your charms fit perfectly with what I need, as do you colors and collar material." he spoke with his voice low, and eyes on the chart. "Aries, sir." Watts chimed in. "Your meeting is in two hours, and you still need to prepare for such events.""Ah, I almost forgot, thank you, Watts." Aries said, standing back to his feet.
"Rin, darling, would you like to accompany me to my home, and be my new guest?" he simply asked. He was not going to force her to leave without getting her consent first. Although he was in charge and had seniority over her he did not want to force anything on her that she did not want herself. If she were to say yes, Aries would be rather happy. He would not look at her like a slave, or a pet, or a toy. She would be a quest, simply someone staying in his home, until further notice. "If you wish to stay here, I will leave you be. I do not want you to feel forced to leave." he then added, a small and sweet smile gracing his lips, his eyes soft. A small soundless sigh escaped Watts mouths before he turned to Aries. "I will pull the car to the front, young sir." he said, starting to walk away.
"Thank you, Watts." Aries replied before turning back to the young woman sitting in the cell in front of him. She seemed nervous, but Aries could not fully tell. Aries stretched and yawned slightly, he was still rather tired and had wished to still be sleeping, but nonetheless, he wanted the lovely lady. He wanted her bad. Aries paced outside the cell slightly, before stopping once more. "If you accompany me, I will promise you this. You will be treated as a lady, not a pet. You will have your own room, unless you would prefer mine. You would be able to roam the grounds to a certain extent, and you would have what ever you needed to make life easier on you." he said happily.

we aren't all the same.... some of us truly don't care... some of us would love to see.. the true death.
....and some of us don't need ...to be read like a book ..to know the truths .we hide inside
Aries heard the comment the bird made as he walked away, but simply ignored it out of slight anger, and continued towards the car. Once outside, Aries waited impatiently for Gideon to be brought to him. He was angry, and not even that really. More upset that things turned so quickly from joyful to simply hateful. He hated being picked on about his attire, and he let it be know that he didn't take kindly to it. Sighing a soundless sigh, he placed both hands in his pockets, and paced in front of the car. Watts was sitting inside, already waiting to take off. After all, Aries did have a ball to attend tonight, and Gideon was his guest of honor. 'Joy, this should turn out splendid.' he thought to himself. 'What have I gotten myself into?' he wondered, watching as the bird and guards stepped through the hotel door.
Running a hand through his hair, Aries opened the car door and looked inside at Watts. "He is here. We can leave." he sternly said. "Yes, sir." Watts replied. "Next time, don't overestimate my maturity. I do not like being picked on about my attire." Aries replied to the bird, taking his duffel bag and throwing it in the trunk of the car. "I am terribly sorry for blowing up but that's what happens to me when I get teased. I overreact to it, and things turn badly." he then added, closing the trunk and walking back around to the car door. "Please." he said motioning for the bird to get in the car. After Gideon was in, Aries entered and closed the door behind him. "Watts, we are ready." he said. Watts nodded and began to take off.
The drive home was a silent one, not much exchanging of looks either. Aries simply looked out the window the entire time, trying to think of what to wear to the ball. 'H'm...what is Gideon going to wear as well?' he thought to himself. "Watts, do we have the appropriate attire for Gideon to wear to tonight's events?" he asked, hoping they did. "I think we do, Master Aries, I will look once we arrive." Watts said, smiling slightly. He thought that Aries made the wrong decision, but never would he tell him. Watts has a loyalty to Aries, much like a dog with its owner. They pulled into the drive way of the home, and Aries smiled. "Home sweet home." he said, looking at the grand estate.

LEILANI CELESTE ABENEZRA
xxxxLeilani had turned and started walking gracefully back to the window, thinking of multiple things all at one time. Her thoughts were interrupted by a man, who stood nearly a foot taller than her and one of the guards. The tall man startled the childish unicorn, resulting in her squatting down beside her bed, wrapping her arms around her legs and whimpering slightly. After hiding her face for a moment, Leilani slowly looked up from her knees to see that the man was simply standing outside of her cell staring at her. 'Oh! He is not here to hurt me..I think..' she thought to herself, standing to her feet, and walking slowly to the glass. "Hello." her angelic and childish voice practically sang.
xxxxHearing the man beginning to speak again, Leilani slightly tilted her head. "My...match?" she asked curiously, wondering what he meant by being her match. "I am not sure what you mean, s..sir.." she said, clasping her hands together in front of her, as if she were an innocent child. "I am sorry." She then said, twiddling her thumbs nervously. She backed slowly away from the glass, and sat in the middle of the cell on her knees. Her small dress flowing out around her. At times like these the only thing she could think to do in order to calm her nervous was to sing. The song she chose was one the her creator sang to her the day she was created.
xxxxIt was a lullaby that he sang to only her. She sang it quietly, low enough to where she could hear and no one else. She did not like people hearing her sing unless she truly trusted them. "My precious one, my darling one.." she sang, her voice angelic, flowing with her own music in her head. Once the song was finished she sighed. 'I miss you, love.' she thought to herself, before looking up at the man standing outside of her cell. "I know that you are going to ask. So I am going to go ahead and tell you. My name is Leilani. Leilani Celeste Abenezra. The creation of Auzues Abenezra." she said, holding her head held high.
xxxxTaking a deep breath she stood to her feet and moved swiftly to the window. Glaring out at the beautiful skies she closed her eyes and a smile began gracing her lips. 'This is for you, dearest.' she thought to herself, hoping she made him proud, and knowing he was looking down on her smiling. She prayed and small and short prayer then turned away from the window, waiting for the man to say something...anything!
