Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Going deeper into the City of crows seemed too easy for Nyru, him and the rest of the small army his parents seemed to command on behalf of the Therians were moving deeper and deeper. As they passed taller and wider buildings the glowing purple lights and flames grew bright and the towers became ever-more mighty. The Black Palace was in the midst of Isabelle's sight when she found herself cut-off by a mysterious blade suddenly by her neck. The Therians were still rampaging through the outskirts of the city, dealing with the fodder known as the corrupt guards that had fallen under Darris' sway. Anita was still on rooftops commanding some elite Casters whilst Aubus commanded his Caster's from the ground. "Scream or you die, pretty lady" came a rough voice. Holding her head back and neck exposed she tried to catch a glance of the to-be murderer in question. He wore dull black and grey leather with some pieces of plate armour. More importantly was a dark tattoo-like mark stretched across his unused hand. She shook her head and said "I won't be screaming" "Oh, i'm sure you-" that was all he could say before she kicked him high in the chest as he dropped his blade and tumbled back. She whipped out one of her bracelets as a serpent followed her sway, but he turned to charred flakes as vanished. She tossed herself side-to-side to find him, and there he was several feet behind her down another alley holding up his hand. She felt the air around her heat up suddenly and the floor beneath her feet felt wobbly before she found herself swept from her feet, tossed, thrown across the air like an invisible fist the size of a car crashed into her body.
Nyru caught side of his sister flying past, and he shouted her name in shock before looking to where she came from. He saw the man's raised hand, and it bared the same mark, except on his palm, as Nyru and Claudia had. He felt a sudden overwhelming anger shroud his mind as he readied an attack, yet the next flash he saw stopped him. Anita had jumped from rooftops and with her decent came a giant medieval spear that penetrated his head and went through to the stone floor. She jumped off the dead man, impaled, with a sigh and said "Not my daughter, scum".
They were finally at the second wave of Darris' attack... suddenly it was like Darris had expected them. Aubus was staring onwards as entrances to the palace opening up and from dark shadowy crevices came similarly dressed men to the one Anita just took care off. They all had that tattoo on them, glowing in different parts of their bodies. Isabelle, Nyru and Anita came back to Aubus as quickly as possible, Nyru standing by Adi. He knew what these men must be capable off... and one of them regrettably seemed to ahve blue flames hovering around his head, a clear symbol of necromancy. Darris must have been teaching his men in the arts too, but where he learned them he didn't know...
Only the light may save them now, many of the Therians were flooding back now, holding their giant weapons, panting like giant dogs, ears pricked up and focusing on the group of elites Darris was sending at them. Their armour had horrid, dark runes burned into them with dark lines like dripping liquid that had dried off coming from them. blood, Anita mused. Aubus simultaneously thought Vampiric curses. Nyru couldn't stop thinking where Claudia must be, but the roars of the Therians were stopping him from thinking clearly! A few of them began to charge, and even the Casters began to gear-up and charge their weapons with the different powers they possessed. They were trained to kill demons and other monstrosities that leaked into Magic Earth, so would they hold up to Darris' men? No, instead Darris' group held up their palms and some of them left Therians and Casters alike thrown from their feet or left in confusion as the men vanished from their spots. The necromancer at the top of a huge staircase to the palace was chanting magic as the flaming around him, circling his head got bigger and circled in a large formation as the souls of the dead hovered over the empty bodies... slowly coming back to life. Nyru wasn't sure what to do, he held his blade to hi side as if to have a plan, but with Darris' men jumping around like fleas and the dead ready to rise, he didn't kno where to start. He then made a decision, he held up his palm and exposed his tattoo in front of everyone around him, it glowed and he 'vanished' into the fray but was suddenly flung backwards near the feet of Adi once more. Anita and Aubus, having noticed the tattoo were in surprise as they found themselves suddenly fighting off the enemy... and not finding it easy, either. These men were prepared, theyknew what was coming, someone must have told Darris they were coming...
But who.
"Their magic isn't like ours!" Nyru cried, "You can't predict them!" he continued, losing hope. However... there was one that had the key to defeated them swiftly.
Inside the palace, Darris was sat back like a proud lion on his throne. Declasia sure knew how to keep a royal palace regal in best shape for the next king. Hearing the clank of armour as his Royal Guard, taken from the queen, moved to allow Claudia and vincent into the room. Darris smiled ear to ear with the mention of his name, the bloody girl before him was certainly in shock, wasn't he. He chuckled, and then replied to Vincent "remind me... dog, what exactly want?" he admired his gloved hands for a moment. "You know i'm an awfully busy man. Defending a city and divulging the Queen's secrets..." he said, looking up above him, where the beautiful lady hung. Above the throne, up high, was Queen Declasia, seemingly un-hurt and in a frozen moment of time hovering in the air. Her arms were held to the sides like invisible wire hung her up like a puppet, and Darris was the puppeteer. Looking back, Darris saw that Vincent was human again and couldn't help but mention "Oh, now you look far easier to talk to" with a sly chuckle once more. Then the girl began to protest, so he gestured with a careless arm and said "hold her" to the Royal Guard... once allies of Claudia herself, now working for Darris. But was it out of greed.... lust for power... or was it out of fear of their lives?
Above the darkness and the shame Above the torture and the pain Above the ridicule and hate Above the binding of our fate When it started All we wanted was a chance to live our lives Now in darkness Taking everything we want and we will rise

Even for Adi as they moved deeper and deeper into the darkening and nightmarish city, things seemed to easy. It hadn't felt that way to her before, but under Darris' rule, it had that feeling, more so with his new choice in guards. Looking all about with a high level of awareness, the gypsy could just feel it in the air that something more was coming...though she had no real understanding on how she knew that.
The soft sort of swell of movement in her head and soul was a simple enough answer that Zuriel knew it. After all more experienced and familiarity with this sort of thing, though it kept her alive longer which made Adi feel more comfortable with things. That comfort didn't last long however, as Nyru's scream from next to her, screaming Isabelle's name. The dark haired gypsy was spinning about in the saddle to find her friend and the enemy. What she found was Anita stepping away from a rather gruesome and successful 'kill'. Things even further changed as more solider like the one slain took to the field, in the dark and cursed armor, it made Adi quiver and Zuriel boil with outrage and the urge to do something.
The necromancer did not escape the light wielding gypsy's notice either. What really surprised her however, was Nyru...the mark he now outwardly pore and wielded was the same as the others...but also the mark that Adi now wore on her shoulder. Prince of Crows was behind this...and if she saw him again, she would not hold back from at the very least slapping him harshly for this.
Nyru flung back nearest her, she rush forward and lay a hand on his shoulder, face stern and grime, while her honey eyes grew a brighter gold as she stared up at the creature atop the stairs.
"This is where I come in my friend...this is where 'we' shine," she breathed out with a happy peaceful air, yet at the same time it was steely.
Raising to her booted feet, Adi took strong and sure strides forward, further into the building fray of powers. The golden in her eyes grew as Adi further mingled and became truly one with the creature within her; one with Zuriel who was more then happy to be a part of returning this land to a balance. Eyes beginning to glow that golden dusty light color, from her fingertips the same light seeming partly substance beginning to swell and flow through the air like rivers towards different soldiers and guards. Curling into the smallest of cracks and seams of their armor to burrow into their very body to burn and shine. Leaving the enemy screaming for a short time before they outwardly exploded in shimmering golden flecks that settled on the ground before dying out. Adi kept her focus on the many but also on the singular, the necromancer was truly their main issue.
Even as her shoulder where the mark lay burned in complaint, growing steadily every moment, Adi ignored it. Rather focused more on taking down more soldiers that were getting in their way. With more dropping to the ground as dust particulars leaving just their smoldering armor behind, their souls even able to be salvaged were not able to be used against them. Feeling a sense of achievement in her accomplishment and that Zuriel was applauding her and praising her, Adi began to ascend the stairs of the Black Palace to the necromancer.
"Your darkness has no where to go when everything is washed in Divine light," came Adi voice but again there was a lower undertone of a males voice as well mirror her words.
With that, her rivers of golden shining truly turned their attention on the dark creature before her as there were less soldiers about. They flowed and flew about him, brushing against his body as if to inflict more harm and damage then to actually kill him.

Claudia Vesslia Everyone was outside battling their hearts out and she was stuck inside suffering Exsanguination. Her condition brought Darris joy and now she would get to eavesdrop on a certain bargain the two allies made. Claudia tried to resist the guards restrain, but her weak body gave way under their weight within seconds. Lose strands of her hair hung over her pale complexion in defeat as she closed her eyes to interpret the conversation. The irritation from Vincent's voice was clearly received knowing that being called a dog instead of a wolf was less dignifying. Slicking back his grungy brunette hair and scratched the five o' clock shadow on his chin that wasn't there before the transformation. The male wasn't the most successful shifter so furs got left behind. Plus the man wasn't wholesome now that he was showing his true colors making him ugly in the archers opinion. Still, she couldn't deny the aching feeling in her chest while he couldn't even sympathize for her. His smirk revealed his canine fangs embedded into his perfectly pink molars. Surely, Darris wasn't that forgetful to the point where it could possibly put him in danger?
"Do you envy the jewels on that piece of leather so much because I would be obliged to rip off the hand it's concealing." The guardsmen turned to Vincent really to unsheathe their swords when he raised his hands in the air and whistled. "Calm down boys, no need to fuss. Your little prince will be fine. Let me refresh your memory, Darris. The deal was I bring Claudia to you and you give me half of this land to govern, plus a small fortune and women. Your "defending the city," he quoted with his index and middle finger, "is not my problem. I will get what what I want even by-" He stopped when he noticed the blonde reacting.
"Sorry to interrupt." She responded in one breathless sentence before coughing and then opening her vast green eyes. "That line, "Defending the city" almost made me laugh. Tell me, oh wise king, a king is not a king without his people and a nation is nothing without their ruler. Who would follow you out of loyalty? This war is the example of an adolescent child stomping his feet to get what he wants." Her head elevated to see the floating lifeless puppet that is now Declasia and she prayed in her mind to lend her strength. "Declasia is twice the ruler you would hope to ever be!" Once she said that cocky comment she disappeared and reappeared in front of Darris with a sword she stole from one of the guards. The shadowmancer swung with all her might aiming to decapitate the false authority and end this charade.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
((I'm fanboying over both of you right now xD))
Adi stepped forwards with what would look like the confidence in her step, and Nyru couldn't tell what she was planning to do. He knew she had light magic, and it proved to be quite affective against anyone that specialised in typical magic of the land, yet he didn't know what she thought she was going to do, standing out amongst a gathering son-to-be army of the dead. But then she delivered her divine wrath, he watched in awe as her eyes began to glisten like the sun of the Heavens. When the magical essence left her finger tips the men found themselves swinging into the air but ultimately out-matched as it slivered into their bodies and left them as nothing but a fairytale pile of golden dust. Nyru and his family watched as the golden rays rushed from one person to the next, in many different directions as the men were utterly defeated, nothing but their cursed armour left behind.
The Necromancer saw this, he was calculating just how long he had left until he would be the next to die, and naturally he was become uncomfortable. Continueing his chanting, although too fast, the souls of the dead began to darken and sink back into the bodies as the golden flecks gathered. In that moment he could feel the toll that her magic had on his, the souls... they had become divine, graced by something so mythical he thought it to not exist. He then stopped the chanting suddenly, feeling the his life on the edge of surviving as he quickly tried to defend himself, changing his tacts and forcing his pwoer to form a blue, fiery wall around him as Adi's magic clashed. There was a roar of thunder then, and the necromancer was trying his best, but the weight of her magic was too poewrful, and before he could do antyhing else - before Nyru could fully take in the beautiful clash of gold crushing blue, it collapsed.
There was a flash of light, and thousands of flecks of gold flurried outwards as the necromancer was no more, his smouldering armour on the ground in a decrepit pile. Nyru uncovered his eyes as he stood up, and gawked at the gypsy. The way she spoke, and then the way she acted, he was shocked to say the least. "Adi-" he said, but being twisted on the spot as Isabelle grabbed his shoulder and asked him "Since when did you get that tattoo?!" "You can't just ask me about my tattoos, we're in a war!" "tattoos?!, so there's more than one?! Nyru Statem, that tattoo is a curse if any i've seen!" "By quiet you too!" shouted Anita from behind "Rur'Adika, that was magnificent! That's a rare magic in these parts, yet across the whole world! Come on" she then went on to everyone else "we have a palace to take back" as she began striding towards teh steps. Arubus walked past them and gave Adi a reassuring smile and thumbs up. Nyru meanwhile shook Isabelle off him and walked over towards Adi "I've not seen my mum so impressed for years".
"Caster..." came a quiet and mysterious voice from the shadows as Aubus stepped up the staircase. He was surprised, and brandished his weapon as he turned to find a mysterious man in dark robes, heavily decorated and with the ankh of Declasia on his chest. "Please, please, im not the enemy! The people of this side of the city thanks you... the shadowmancers of the city thank you. We've been in hiding, waiting for someone to overthrow Darris, and that day has finally come". Anita raised a brow behind Aubus as the father replied "We've done our part, but can we rest assured that you can reclaim the city now, with the -" "Therians? Why yes..." and suddenly 2 long rows of shadowmancers in different robes or tight fitting gear walked out from the shadows. "I think we can, now that the vampires are gone" "Vampires?" he repeated. "Darris has found a way to curse his men with Vampirism, he took the old cursed armour from the deepest catacombs of the city and whenever we posed a threat to him, they would suck our lives right from us. But now we have the upper hand" he chuckled slightly before saying "Thank you, once more". He then stepped backwards to link hands with the rest of the shadowmancers, and Nyru suddenly realised what they were doing, shadow resonance. They all touched hands and within a flash they were gone, that many shadowmancers combining their energies with the shadows of teh coming night to move with immense speed and power. Suddenly Nyru found himself staring up at arcs of purple electricity coming from the hand sof one shadowmancer on the rooftop and killing another guard o the wall, others had appeared right behind other guards and were back-stabbing their quickly, other's had appeared together and combined their efforts to create a giant fist, a giant sword or anything else they could imagine to take down their traitors. The one that spoke to Aubus was in fact atop the ledges of the outskirts of the palace and had found one guard in particular, surrounding him in a pitch black orb that collapsed on the guard and turned him into a shadow. To us, a walking, black figure, for the guard, he was in a world of darkness. The shadowmancer chuckled as he watched the confused and lost guard walk closer and closer to the edge before falling to his death. Nyru had to shiver, he recognised that man anywhere, one of the eldest shadowmancers alive... unfortunately not all that wise with his age, a little bit crazy. Anita then then ordered everyone inside.
Meanwhile, Claudia was taking her own bite out of Darris. Just prior, Darris was growing impatient with Vincent, he wanted half teh city, how could he forget such a deal. Oh, wait, Darris didn't, he was lying. He would never sign over that much of the city to such a mutt, he wanted the girl however, she must know a bit about her beloved Queen. But she interuppted the both of them, and made a mockery out of Darris' plans, making him grind his teeth, stutter in thinking and become outraged by her claims! She finished by stating how much a better ruler Declasia could ever be. "Now listen Here!" he said, suddenly seeing her vanish into darkness. In that fraction of a second he recognised the magic, it was the Prince's magic! He tossed to a side and as Claudia reappeared she managed to let her blade strike him across his back, cutting into his flesh throug his armour. "Ahh!!" he cursed in agonising pain. The guards then let Vincent be and began to run after Claudia as Darris announced "How dare you attempt murder on me! You're almost as bad as teh mutt! To the hells with him! He'll never get his part of the deal, as for you, missy! I'll see to it that i dig out every secret in your skull to help me discover Declasia's secret to longevity! He then raised up his blade and-
"With pleasure" Isabelle smirked, staring up at the great double doors leading to the throne room where Darris awaited. There were giant cursed chains on the doors, and dark markings that not even the Occult knew about. However, her own, burning symbols were lining the door in a circle as she spun on her heel and unleashed the wrath of her bracelets, coiling and unfurling into a giant dragon's head as it exploded through the doors and left a flaming explosion of smoke in the shape of a dragon's head into the throne room. Darris' men were lef tin shock, covering their faces, as was Darris himself. Soon, the smoke would settle, and the saviours would be coming in. However... Darris had an escape plan and they won't find him just yet.

((you're welcome?))
The Necromancer was no match...she barely batted an eye at him, let alone his demise. A sad creature with a sad death, nothing left behind but the armor he once inhabited. Reaching the top of the stairs at last, Adi and Zuriel with her human eyes saw the mass of curses armor at her feet giving it a cold even stare.
"Darris...your tyrant rule is coming to its end. Fighting nor hiding will save you," said the young woman softly, however her voice still rang out as if sounding next to every one that had an ear to hear. Cold and certain, it promised hope for those fighting and fear for those that fought against them.
At the blast of thunder and light, Adi had managed to hide it, but the pain that burned in her shoulder was becoming harder and harder to ignore. Not it was steady throb and annoyance that made her want to grind her teeth together, which Adi was at the moment.
'Why does it hurt so much...' mentally spoke the gypsy having the feeling if she had actually verbalized it that her voice may give away more of her state of pain then she wanted to be known.
Zuriel made a huff like sound that was clearly one of displeasure. 'The Prince of Crow's power does not mingle well with that of my own. You wielding it causing it to protest and rage against the divine; burning it's it way to be noticed in the hopes you would use it.'
Adi glared at the armor not caring what Nyru and Isabelle were going on about. 'If Darris is using that same power like I think he is....I want nothing to do with it.'
Her firm answer was proof enough, but she had no further time to dwell on it as the Occult came the rest of the stairs and were ordered forward. It was Anita that praised her with honest and emphasized praise, that Adi actually felt a slight blush grow in her sun-kissed cheeks. "I-I...thank you..." she stuttered not sure what else to say to the praise. Nyru didn't help with his comment of awe regarding his mother's reaction. "...it really isn't that big of a deal...just works out for the better; light against the dark I mean..."
Much else couldn't be said at the time, as Nyru had said well before, they were in the middle of a war... a battle that would need to end with their victory or things would turn out worse in the end. Adi went with the rest of them, met the Shadowmancers with curious eyes but hung back as she knew nothing much about them aside from what she observed from Nyru and Claudia; who was still missing.
Reaching the throne area, or what Adi thought it was, they burst in with Isabelle with her own entrance. With her shock factor to startle and hindle the resistance of the hall, it was Adi and Zuriel that acted together to rush forward in a flurry of bright golden light. In the smoke and dust that filled the room it was just an ambiguous golden light come from its depths. That was short lived however as the dust was flung out and away but a sudden wind. There left in the center, a blade in her hand with its edge glowing golden was Adi...with two sets of wings made of that golden light. So solid the light the wings from her back seeming to be actual feathers as they hung in the air spread and unfurled for all to see.
Eyes facing forward toward the man that had caused all this pain and misery stood. "Darkness has no strength against Divine rage...hope and light will fall over this land Darris and your poor attempt at a rein will come to a abrupt end." Adi's mixed voice again rang out bouncing off the walls and the only sound in the silence the hall.

Claudia Vesslia Darris was now ferrous by her rude commentary and raged right as she disappeared. With a stoke of luck, she punctured through his armor injuring with with a deep abrasion across his upper back. The man had dodged her fatal blow, but was suffering heavily from the wound due to the lack of training he had in battle. As a guard posted at the palace night and day, not much exertion was required because it was rare that someone invaded the cathedral grounds. However, conspiracies against the former queen got around like no bodies business so maybe the Black Palace wasn't as safe as she thought. Nyru and her should have taken the occupation to become personal guards of the woman instead of wasting their efforts out in the fields. They could have prevented this tragedy from befalling the city, but how were they support to know this would occur. The power of seeing into the future wasn't exactly their forte and treasonous events happen no matter how hard you try to stop it. Maybe Declasia felt her time drawing to an end and didn't feel like it was necessary to change the order of the sudden assassination.
The screams of Darris' misery brought a smile to the freed wolf's face seeing the man was near his demise. He knew all along that the greedy b*****d wouldn't abide to the contract and deny him. He could let his anger consume him and rip Darris to shreds, but inwardly he didn't want to get his hands dirty. Claudia would do his work for him while he goes into hiding, and once this war calms down he'll seize the throne. Now all Vincent need was a cover to obscure him from the small group of soldiers and the king. The male backed into a corner slowly hoping no one would see him when he heard the crew arrive.
Isabelle was one for a flashy entrance and with her fire dragon magic the explosive part entered reality. The doors shattered open and the lose wood splinters were swallowed by the flames. Smoke filled the room and Vincent took the intensive to escape while the coast was clear. Besides, his allies don't know of his betrayal so they wouldn't dare stop his to interrogate him. Transforming into a Lycan, his hind legs sprung his body forward and out the nearest window. The sound of broke glass was disrupted by all the other noise the team created.
The blonde stirred at Darris pathetic attempt to fight and gripping the sword she had she elevated it a little. Her vision darkened more and she became less resistant to the dizziness. Her friends were here to save her and as much as she wanted to defeat Darris her knees buckled under her. Before resorting to unconsciousness, she saw the black haired gypsy emerge from the smoke surrounded by heavenly light. The arches eyes closes and her body turned limp right in front of the false prince.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
Without warning, the doors exploded and dust covered the ground, hiding the polished black marble beneath. From it though was the most intregueing. Although many of Darris' men in the room had been flung to the walls or had actually managed to ready themselves and aim their spears at the no missing doors, they were blinded by an outrageously divine light. Adi walked out from amongst the mess, and Nyru couldn't believe his eyes, she had glistening gold wings, as if she was some sort of descendant of the Heavens, if he had really believed in things such as Angels... then perhaps he would now understand why some Divine were so proud of their heritage. Her voice was mixed, it was like a vibration of different pitch's that worked harmoniously together to unify into one grand symphony of strings and choirs.
Darris was staring in disbelief too, and needd a way out, the coward couldn't go down like this! Not this way! Whilst a few of his other guards were taken out by Isabelle and Nyru on the way in, Aubus and Anita had taken the other corridors to stop any flanking. Darris found the now unconscious Claudia beside him, and quickly raised his hand as his mark glowed bright and Claudia's body vanished, then appeared in his clutches, holding her as a shield. "Go on!" he demanded, holding her tight and recklessly. "Kill me! I dare you! You might think you've won but you can't win! Luceal herself showed me the truth! And with my... surreal powers of the ancient vampires... no once can stop me!"
Nyru pushed himself to stand beside Adi and her vibrant angelic wings, he couldn't catch his breath but he had to shout "Lay another mark on her and not even the darkness will be on your side! I can promise that!". Threats were all he could muster at the moment, though, as Darris looked around at the balconi's with frantic movements and snickered "Fine, have her back, i have bigger plans!". And then, he raised his palm and vanished into darkness before appearing on an empty balcony, with a staircase leading up to the city's tallest and grandest tower. He proceeded to run up, leaving Declasia's floating body above the throne out of reach.
Nyru, running over to Claudia picked her up and held her head on his knee "Claudia, Claudia! Please, wake up!" he shouted, shaking her. "Adi, please, you must have something up your sleeve? Anything?"
Isabelle meanwhile noticed Declasia up high, and with wide eyes expressed her shock, She's not dead! she thought to herself, if they could save her... then they can reveal the truth with fact! But she had no idea on how to get her down, there must be a magical ward keeping her there, and she doubted that her skills would penetrate it.. no...
not until Darris was dead. After all, necromancy had its costs, and many spells were sustained, or broken by a sacrifice.
Above the darkness and the shame Above the torture and the pain Above the ridicule and hate Above the binding of our fate When it started All we wanted was a chance to live our lives Now in darkness Taking everything we want and we will rise

She didn't start or react when Darris took Claudia into his grasp. Honestly Zuriel was expecting such a cowardly move, while Adi herself thought it made rather a lot of sense; dead or alive, Claudia meant something to them . She was hoping though that Claudia only fell unconscious like it had looked to her. If not...the gypsy didn't want to think about it. It was them, the odd pair that spoke up but rather Nyru that played Darris' bluff.
As he dropped his short captive, Adi was leaping into a run to go after him when the gypsy's name was called. Stopping short, the young woman possessed with the powers and life force of a Divine, though no one aside from her knew that, gazed back at the people she was about to leave behind in pursuit of the enemy. Making her way quickly over, Adi examined the unconscious blonde and the wound in her side/back.
"We can save her form death...but not from pain; that requires more power then this body can spare at this time. Once we are done, have the healers here take care of her. Though know this wound hints at treachery; this wound came from behind and she would let know enemy sneak up on her in such a way... "
That simply said, Adi laid a glowing hand over the wound that still seeped a fair amount of blood. Her honey glowing eyes closing, it felt like forever for the job to be done, as the mark on her shoulder truly protested then. Adi feeling the pain and Zuriel unable to mask it, a grimace of pain crossed her face. Clenching her teeth Adi continued as Zuriel guided her and then it was done. Redrawing her hand the wound was mended, but not fully healed. By apperances having jumped a few weeks ahead in the healing process and all the internal damage healed up.
"We are done. Now its time to take care of Darris once and for all," came the harmonized voice of both male and female. Wings expanding slightly, Adi turned on her booted heel and rushing to the stairs that lead to where the would be king had fled.

Claudia Vesslia The pain searing through the woman's body was instance and could be detected as she was being used for a shield. Darris realized his actions weren't persuasive and dropped her to the ground before taking off. Of course, Adi had some remedy up her sleeve to keep Claudia alive, but couldn't reduce the pain. The archer didn't expect the gypsy to completely cure her know that she needed her strength to battle too. The wound's healing processes was sped up with new skin taking place, but she would be immobilized for quiet some time. Through the darkness, Nyru summoned her from her sleep and she had an idea of how she could help. She didn't know how long she would be conscious after this but it should be long enough to disrupt the spell on the queen, and kill Darris. Adi thick sole feet trotted away and became a faint clomping noise when she was a certain distance away. The ambassador of light sounds like the people to end this war, but Nyru and her started it, so they should be the ones to finish it.
Her eyes slowly opened and her pale face looked up into her partners. "You...better not...be crying...over...me..." A sentence was hard to form especially when your disoriented. A shock of pain slithered up her side and the blonde did her best to hide her agony. "You have to go. I was to weak to stop him. He's heading for the tallest tower I assume. That's the only place where these stairs lead, correct? Listen, I'm still not sure how this gift works but we can transport to places we were before hand. I remember being in that tower once, a long time ago, but can you transport there after a duration of time has passed?" Claudia limply moved her wrist marked wrist to his and smiled closing her eyes.
"I don't know if this attempt will hold consequences, but give it a try. Take whatever I have left to offer." Her green glossy eyes opened again hearing the group coming towards them.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
With Darris gone momentarilly, and the rush for battle continueing, the adrenaline pushed onwards as it forced them all to their limits. For a time though, there would be rest for their minds as Adi worked her divine magic on Claudia, giving her the chance to awaken once more and suffer less pain than before, the wound suddenly becoming less grotesque in a minute or two. Nyru couldn't believe his eyes, and as she woke up he couldn't help but squeeze her against him, but then she got up and insisted on lending him the rest of her power just like before... fighting Zoltan.
This time Nyru hoped he wasn't going to lose a friend just as Ruby and Laxion did. If there was a hero they needed now, the Doctor would be the best, but he wasn't here now.
Nyru didn't like seeing her trying to stand so quickly, trying to re'join the battle as fast as she did, so he reached out to her incase she fell down again. She spoke outwardly about the mark though, the mark that had been a gift as much as a curse the last few weeks. He had to admit, the powers the Prince granted them definitely aided them... but having to hide it al this time. And now everyone knows.
Nyru looked at his hand... and looked at the dark mark, "I've never used it to go somewhere i couldn't see before" he shook his head... "But maybe" he looked up to the ceiling "maybe together we can do it" he then looked to Declasia. "We need to get the queen back to safety".
He looked to Adi, and then his sister, who outwardly blurted "Do it! I don't care what magic it is, i'll stay down here, you three go after Darris and do the honours killing him, for everyone in your city." Nyru nodded... and held out a hand for Rur'adika, knowing her help will be important. Grabbing a hold of Claudia next, he looked upa nd focused his energy to hopefully bring forth the power that would take the three of them to the top of the tower.
You know what they say... fight fire with fire. Or in this case... fight the prince with the prince and divine light.
Above the darkness and the shame Above the torture and the pain Above the ridicule and hate Above the binding of our fate When it started All we wanted was a chance to live our lives Now in darkness Taking everything we want and we will rise

Determined as the two of them were, it was mostly Zuriel that was moving her body, as Adi wanted to stay and see that Claudia was okay. The Angel housed within her was certain she would live so the gypsy resigned to just following along. Course by that time, Claudia herself was getting slowly woke and speaking that drew both their attention. The offering of what power she had to offer at this time was inspiring but also reckless.
"You should be resting..." stated the harmonized voice of Adi, but her eyes spoke and showed wisdom older then the ages.
The lull of quiet proceeded her words, and that silence came from Adi herself as she inwardly was having a discussion with Zuriel about that they could be trusted and this was the best move they could make at this time. Everyone else soon was speaking up as well about being in agreement. Looking to Nyru and Claudia, he held out a hand to her and with a nod, Adi slipped her smaller one into his, curling her musically inclined fingers around his caloused solider ones.
"Very well...let's be done with this so order can be reestablished."

Claudia Vesslia Nyru must have been concerned for her life because his embrace was proof of this. She stood up slowly and her partner supported her as much as he could. To be honest, she would have fallen by this point if it wasn't for Adi and Nyru's assistance. Her plan wasn't thoroughly thought out and the shadowmancer had his doubts, but what other choice did they have? Darris was already ascending the stairs at an incredible and would escape if they followed him in the same fashion. If they wanted to win, they had to cheat and use the magic that the Prince of Crows gave them.
The gypsy insisted on treating her like an cripple, however, she was determined to see this war to the end. There would be time to rest afterwards for as long as events will let her. "I have to do this. Please, Adi. Let me continue on." She gave a smile of reassurance and then turned to the hotheaded sibling. Isabelle was obliged to take on the task of freeing the queen from her eternal sleep. "If anyone could help the queen its you." The blonde encouraged her teammates and then inserted all her energy into transporting.

Nyru Statem From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadows
As the energy sparked within them, the Prince of Crows' gaze peered through them, his powers sending them towards the top of the tower. Except his ability to move so far was unique against any other, it wasn't any momentary portal, instead they were speeding upwards like the world around them moved in slow motion. They became intangible and passed through the solid stone ceiling like ghosts until suddenly, gravity took hold again and the 'thump' of the floor on his feet took him back.
He felt like he was going to vomit, his insides felt al jumbled up and like an incomplete puzzle. He had to unfold his helm in order to get the fresh air as he looked around, and now all he could feel was rain drops hitting his cheeks. That was followed by the sudden rumble in the sky above them, and much to his amazement they were so close to the siwling clouds it was unreal. The top of the tower was so tall above the city that everyone on the ground looked like ants, and the tip was like a giant round platform in the sky. The wrapping black stone that swirled from the base up to the tip of the tower ended up here, where the giant women figure carved into the front of the tower extended her arms upwards to hold a great pale purple light above them. It made the city glow all night with its beauty. But Darris had defiled it, in it's core it was growing ever more red like blood.
Then Darris appeared at the top of the stairs and to his horror found them all waiting for him. Holding his fists tight, and with the sudden wetness of the storm covering his face he let out some foul words before saying "You're too late! You're city's precious light is on the brink of unlocking your queen's secert to longevity, and with the help of your lovely girl... even you... i WILL BECOME IMMORTAL!"
Suddenly, Darris' voice become horrifically distorted, Nyru held Claudia close to him and held an arm out to protect Adi. As Darris tried to stumble forwards, he kept repeating "Luceal showed me the truth. The truth! The light that would reveal all and show me the way!". But all the more he spoke it became deeper as his body became more grotesque and giant. As his arm seeped under his flesh, from his back sprouted bat-like wings, and his giant eyes become pitch black as inhuman fangs as large as swords erupted from his jaw. Swallowing, Nyru's helm recovered his face once again as he held out his blade, he nudged Adi and said "I hope you're ready, i don't know how much Claudia can take, and I'm not letting him touch her!"
Above the darkness and the shame Above the torture and the pain Above the ridicule and hate Above the binding of our fate When it started All we wanted was a chance to live our lives Now in darkness Taking everything we want and we will rise

At Claudia's plea, the gypsy said nothing, simply lowered her eyes to their all joined hands. It was her silent concent for the blonde to do this, she didn't have to agree, but Adi could respect it....just as Zuriel did.
Then they were flying upward, a very different flying then with wings. Still Adi felt her stomach doing flip flops as the world seemed to melt away into a blur slowly while at the same time oh so very quickly. Fast and slow seemed to happen at the same time and it was very disorienting for the gypsy. Zuriel however, was familiar with such a means for transportation, however the use of the Prince of Crows magic left him an uneasy feeling in him. The Angel noted that even with Adi consciously doing it, her own mark and dark magic was helping the trio to get where they were going.
And once there, the world became still and the gypsy and angel being was able to show no affects from the transport. Breathing in the fresh air, the crispness of the coming rain and rumble of the thunder was calming and very fitting. Adi admired the city from above and looked to the pillar they had traveled to; very different from up this high and close. Adi admiring was disrupted however, as Darris made himself known and was very much upset with the fact that they beat him there. His anger and outrage coming out to develop in a distorted voice and form that followed. Adi's expression was one of disgust at the image Darris now presented.
"You are not worthy of being immortal..." droned their harmonized voice softly clearly disapproving of such a man being 'immortal'.
A nudge to her side caused Adi to glance at Nyru and her eyes met his through the helm. "We are more then ready...this creature has done enough damage to your city and you both; it will go no further."
Stepping forward, Adi's hand raised into the air and in a flashing swirl of light, a lance like sword appeared in her hand, its medal almost a white color while on the edge was the glowing gold signature of the light magic that the gypsy wielded. Wings spread wide open and unfurled, the two sets were full and ready for anything as they gleamed in the gloomy light of the coming storm. Her light would signature a ending and a new beginning to this city.

Claudia Vesslia With Adi's consent the team arose in a jumbled matter of scenery within the velocity of time. The Prince's powers were remarkable, but the prize of usage was not ingratiating. Once they landed on the stone roof of the highest tower, they all looked sick to their stomachs. Nyru's face turned a sickly green and his eyes rolled back, but he maintained his equilibrium. The gypsy suffered the same effect but held a more dignified facial expression. The blonde, however, her physical state is a wreck and at the moment the nausea almost made her pass out again. The rain pelted against her face forcing her to come to her senses to see oversee that landscape below. The dark cloud coverage from above loomed over the hopeless citizens and Claudia swore she could hear their screams from that far up. Although, the purple light that danced like a flame provided hope and endurance for the fight to come.
It didn't take long for Darris to enter and declare that his quest for immortality won't end until he gains queen's secrets through her subordinates. He limped towards the trio with all his strength as a human, his strength as a monster was maximized. The voice was inaudible and Claudia could tell Nyru was scared by the way he retreated behind his helm and the way he held her. Darris called out to someone known as Luceal letting his grotesque creature form take over his body. Now that the girl saw his true anatomy, she recognized exactly who he was. Her tone was weak, but knowing their enemies identity may be used as a disadvantage against him.
"You've been using an alias. Darris doesn't suit you, Vladimir Dracula. I see why you want immortality now. Your only half of what Dracula was. A mortal decedent. You must be disappointed that you didn't inherit the gene." She said before tightening her grip on her partner. She knew he wants nothing more than to kept her out of his clutches but she'll slow him down. If he leans her against a wall she should do fine on her own. "Nyru you got to let me go. Your mobility is limited. I'll be fine." She figured if she was still conscious then she can defend herself. (I hope you don't mind the mythological history thrown in there. I'll erase it if you don't like it. I though it would give Darris a good reason to seek immortality.)
