It was probably ironic that Athene's first meeting with Juno had been during a spar back when he'd been just a senshi, although he hadn't known her name then and had ended up dubbling her the scary green-haired super senshi who had tried (and succeeded) in beating him into the ground - at least until Polaris had intervened.

Their second meeting had been as cats - she'd jumped on him - although she hadn't been quite as scary as a cat.

And now a third meeting, although this time Athene was the higher rank - although he suspected that Juno was better at this sparring thing than him.

He shifted so that he was was facing Juno, keeping in mind Ida's plan - he was acting as defence so he needed to try and push the green-haired Super Senshi back.

Moving in he swung out Juno flat palmed, no real power behind it, Athene's intention to do his best and try to keep Juno focused on him so Ida and anyone else on offence could keep throwing.

Scooping up another bean bag, Falias tossed in the direction of another person wearing a red bandanna.

It was a lousy shot however and ended up sailing over the head of a long-haired brunette with what looked like a sunflower on the side of her head (Aster).

At least Pompeii had some limited success: the mat she'd skidded away in her fall landed next to Sisyphus just as he was struggling to right himself again, and he went down in a tumble as well, surprised and helpless.

She was obviously not his best target. He scrambled away in search of someone new.

Horatio enjoyed the pet from the page (Lassell), as quick as it was, and flashed him a grin before she got tackled by her opponent! She huffed at the other Mauvian, waving her own tail with the two flags, one checkered and one blue, "It's not close-minded, it's just fair because he doesn't have claws and probably doesn't want to hurt a little kitty because humans are taught to be nice to animals and HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

Sharp teeth sank into her scruff of her neck, but if that was expected to her subdue her, her opponent would likely be disappointed! The Himalayan twisted and turned, trying her best to either wriggle free or to smack the other cat in her fuzzy face. "You think you can push me around, just because you're bigger, well, you're dead wrong. Put me down, put me down, PUT ME DOWN!"

The Eternal Senshi had spent the majority of her time staying near the hooded Senshi (Ida) and Athene, waiting for the word to throw a shield according to plan. She was nothing if not a team player! So, when a certain Senshi seemed to be causing her team grief, she knew she had to step in.

Pasiphae would not be able to use her ability in this manner in a real fight... but for sparring, perhaps she could? She pointed to the green-haired Senshi (Juno) that had targeted her little group and called forth her attack, "*Pasiphae Social Pariah!"

*Pasiphae Social Pariah
A more powerful version of Shameful Isolation, Social Pariah allows the energy shield to exist for a longer period of time, anywhere from 30 seconds to 45 seconds depending on the amount and intensity of attacks absorbed. The energy shield can now activate around one ally; if Sailor Pasiphae chooses to do this, she cannot shield herself. Whoever Sailor Pasiphae shields will find their mobility restricted and unable to attack as long as the shield lasts.

In addition to shielding Sailor Pasiphae or one companion, whenever the weapon/her attacker comes into physical contact with her shield, it induces a deep sensation of shame which can actively affect the enemy for as long as the shield lasts.

NOTE: How each opponent experiences this shame differs based on their personality. For example, a proud warrior might feel shame at attacking a purely defensive opponent, whereas a chivalrous guy might feel shame for attacking a girl.

Pompeii wasn’t surprised that when she looked up the senshi she was fighting had left, it actually looked like he was hit at some point from the mat that she fell over. No matter how much she just wanted to stay on the mat until this whole thing was over Pompeii knew that she couldn’t. Not only would Maia pitch a serious fit but Pompeii herself would be disappointed… the thought of a another fiasco like the carnival pushed her too her feet and with a few steps was off the traitorous mats. It was time to get back into the thick of things.

On a quick glance around Pompeii spotted Shang and with a slightly evil smile she ducked behind some equipment and worked her way in his direction. She was within easy striking distance and was about to attack him when a stray dodge ball came bouncing across the floor to struck her in the back with a loud ‘thwap’ sound. The unexpectedness of the attack threw Pompeii off her stride quite literally since her heels seemed to twist out from under her and she took a tumble nearly at Shang’s feet. She couldn’t help but mutter into the ground, “we really need to stop meeting like this.” Since at last count it this was the third time that she ended up in a face plant near him… and she was getting tired of it.

At least the pair of them were cats, beasts -- thick with fur and perfectly fine with a little bit of rough nibbling. Lee wasn't trying to break skin, and so she wouldn't, but even if she had...it would have been difficult. As the other cat protested, struggled and flopped, Laoise let go and rolled over her, flashing a toothy kitty grin back toward Horatio.

There was fur between those teeth. Well. What could you do? She shook her head and flopped onto her side to kick out at the Mauvian with her hind legs, pummeling against her side.

"We, too, neet to get our skills up. We need to practice." Kick, kick, kick. "So do it!"

With a red bandanna tied securely about her upper left arm Delphi had joined the fray, as best she could, as she worked on not tripping over anything including just flat out tripping. So many people and everyone seemed to be going all over the place, people working together, and things going through the air. It was at some point that something hit her, what she didn't know at the moment, but bending down she found it was a bean bag.

Taking the item from the ground she kept a hold of it before she looked around for someone to throw it at, some blue bandanna. It was not just a blue bandanna she saw but red hair - bright red hair. It was the female who was running the event, and she wasn't that far away. Smiling the long dark haired Page took aim and threw the bean bag at her, hoping her aim was true.

Chaldene had seen a familiar red haired Page coming his way and watched as they came for him. What was Shang planning to do when he reached him? Stepping backward he carefully watched, ready to defend himself. What he wasn't expecting was something else to handle Shang for him, that something being a ball. Laughing out right he pointed to Shang even as he bent and scooped something off the ground and threw it at Shang.

"Looks like luck isn't on your side." He said with a smile in place. At least this person he knew as a civilian. The man also worked at the hospital like his mother. He'd met Shang/Xander not too many nights back either. So he felt at least comfortable with him and teasing him as he'd just done.
