Though as for the dark...
"I'm sure between the four of us, we can solve that." After all, three of them were ghosts and had a natural glow to them, which could get brighter if they wished it and Jack... Jack just glowed. "Too bad for you Reeen. You're just useless in the dark."

Ren decided nope, dark was not fun, not fun at all.
Jack decided that humming was fun in the dark. Or what he figured the dark was, since he glowed naturally from places such as his eyes, and his nose, and when he opened his mouth, he glowed too. It was very useful.
