Vivian waved goodbye back, smiling. Apollo walked over to her meowing at her feet.
((s000, when do you want vampires to come after her, we could have them speak with Jaxom first, and then capture Vivian..orr o.e lol ))

(( Either works, the capture first or the talk with Jaxom. Or bad guys kill two birds with one stone, send one to talk with Jaxom and at the same time kidnaping. Lol but that is what I would do if I was head of some evil group. > biggrin But Im not.... totaly not evil.... *Looks around nervously*))
Jaxom headed for his home, mentaly yelling at himself. Breaking about how many rules. Then he laughed. " Why am I freeking out, those old bats will not find out." He smiled, nope not gonna happen. They probably have better problems like.... Getting humans away from junk food, or trying figure out how to use cell phones.

Vivian wondered if there was any laws for vampires at all. Maybe not. She sat down and turned the TV on, petting Apollo.

"And just who are you calling an old bat?" A little girls voice made Jaxom jump and spin around. A little gir stood there looking kinda like little red rideing hood. The only diffrence, she had bright red eyes and sharp fangs. " Better not be the councle..." She frowned.
"You know.... Its going to be really hard to take you sereously...." Jaxom frowned looking at her. She mearly giggled and shook her head.
"Dont make me mad son or I will not hesatate to kill you." She crossed her arms glareing. " I probably older then you by a couple hundred years.."

Vivian was still watching the TV when a fast being ran past her. She jumped and looked behind her to see..nothing. Vivian shoved it off and turned back to the TV. Apollo was fast asleep in her lap. The vampire was suddenly behind her...

Jaxom sighed. " So what do you want?" He asked looking at her. " Im not buying any cookies."
"Stupid punk.... You broke the rules dumb one." She snaped " You have two choices. One we kill you or two we kill the girl."
"Abit harsh dont you think? Come on its the 21st centry, the dark ages stuff is abit old." He shruged. " Cant everyone just get along? Becides one human... You know how much humans believe in us....not verry much? If she told she would be viewed as crazy right?"
The girl raised an eyebrow. "You know thats not the problem..."

Suddenly, the strong bold man grabbed Vivian, one hand covering her mouth. Vivian squirmed, kicking has hard as she could. They dissapeared and left Apollo alone, not knowing what just happened..

She sighed. "You broke the rules and someone has to be punished....We realy would prefre just killing the human...."
"What diffrence dos it make? If i never go vist her again... hell hundred years maybe less she will be dead no problem." He snaped
"Well if thats the way you feel~. Your not gonna care if she is dead or not." She shruged and walked away.

Vivian was tied up and her mouth covered. She was in front of what is know the vampire government. Her face was tear stained from fear and she looked so tiny compared to the others. Vivian stood there helpless. Hell, she disnt even know what she had done..

Jaxom glared at the girl then turned to walk home then stoped. " Stupid troublesome..." He muttered turning around he went back to Vivians house. He wlked in sence the door wasnt locked. " Hello? You home?" he asked vefore he entered and looked around. " Probably worried.... bout nothing.... probably just out to the store or something...."

The couch cushion was out of place, and the vase on the coffee table was on the floor broken. Apollo ran to Jaxom, meowing his small head off. Vivian was too scared to move, as the vampire council decided certin things.

(( Yep, we have strange talks like that all the time... normaly lasting hours if we got nothing better to do... kinda fun XD ))
Jaxom picked up Apollo with an annoyed growl. " God damn.... stupid vampire councle...." He sighed and set the little cat down. " Alright, I'll go get her... keep your fur on..." He quickly made sure the little cat had water and food before he left. ~{Short time skip}~ Jaxom walked into the councle building seeing little red who gave him a smug smirk.
"So you...." She was cut off by him grabing her by the neck and slaming her into a wall.
" Alright you little anoying brat. You may got centries vs me but im taller and not afraid to break laws as you know... now be a good little girl, and bring to the correct room." He snaped letting her go and drop to the ground.
She coughed. "CANT YOU ASK NICELY?" She yelled at him.
((Lol you wanna be the councle?))

(( xD i dont talk to my dad like that so my mom is the weird one xD ))
While the council was talking Vivian over heard one say "Let us all drink blood from her, slowly draining her body dry, making it a painful slow death," and flash his sharp big fangs at her, after licking his lips. Vivian's eyes widen and she squirmed making any noise possible, only to be thrown back roughly against the wall crying out in pain from a booming voice telling her to be silent. Vivian fell to the floor on her side, pain shooting throughout her body.

[Sadly mu mom isn't as fun to talk to... mostly I have to struggle to get a normal (because talking weirdly is normal) conversation outta her.)
Jaxom kicked open the door with a grin. "Always wanted ta do that...." he muttered and held up the little girl by her hood. "Alright... lets let the human go nicely and I will not kill the kid." He looked at the girl. "And really.... I kinda hope we do it the hard way because this brat is annoying..."
"PUT ME DOWN! How dare you! You stupid inferior being!"
"See what I mean..." he muttered

((Meh..thats why I have friends. So then we can have out of the ordinary convos and it is the norm for us too xD i like being weird c:< ))
Vivian watched with wide eyes, pain in her eyes from hitting her back against the wall. "Stay out of this, Jaxom!" The head vampire said. "Go ahead and kill her, she is no use to us! The human girl will die!" They said, laughing. Vivian was picked up and thrown to the ground in a bowing position in front of the council. "In matter of fact, Jaxom if YOU want to live, kill her yourself!" He yelled. Vivian shook her head in panic, only to be smacked making her fall over, a red mark on her face..
