Is there a limit on how many jutsus a character can possess?

Well of course but in case he wants to be a legend I have known some to go a little overboard. Speaking of that we need more genin... ._.

Question - Can this also be a Suggestion thread as well?
Suggestion - Should there be a limit on how many Jutsus/ Kidos per element if someone is using more than 1 type of element? Like for example: if someone were to use multiple elemental Jutsus, they would only be able to have about 5-10 for each element and doing the same with the Kidos as well?
