D'lin Tag Ceta, Z'fer, N'mol, Everyone
"Don't think I haven't already considered that." D'lin stated with a sour look that might have been directed at the somewhat absent Weyrleader but could just have easily be directed elsewhere. He was mulling over the problem when Ceta stepped up behind him and tilting his head slightly he listened for what she had to say.
"Finding the creature and keeping it from causing more harm is also important, but you are correct...both of you." He added with a nod at Z'fer whom had brought up something along the same lines. But there was only one wher as N'mol pointed out, a fact which made his expression all the more irritated - scarcely before he had mulled this over however, Ceta spoke up again and since he knew her logical and even tempered mind couldn't do anything but help he shifted to include her more firmly in the circle.
"Firelizards, good thinking Ceta." He told the greenrider with a sincere smile before speaking up again, "...Alright Who here has well trained firelizards capable of following good directions?" Hand up!" He asked, turning about to see if any volunteers came from the outer circle. "We'll send some firelizards, organize a flight of dragons that can evacuate any wounded they might find and help secure cleared areas. We'll handle this like we did the Revolution..clean sweep and secure the Weyr section by section.. just with Firelizard scouts." Finally a plan..thank everything that flew they had something to work with.

Set'al Tag Narisa
"Fantastic," Set'al mumbled under his breath, a frown pulling at his features. He recognized that having the Weyrwomen in the same place was a good idea - was it? - but he was guessing that that was where the rest of the Weyr's 'important' folks would be. Wingleaders were not a breed of rider that he loved, in general, although D'lin was alright. "Okay then. Let's go."
He kept tight hold of her hand as they moved through the crowd. If they got separated and something happened to her...he didn't really want to think very long over that possibility.
Pipith Tag Cepheith
No harm will come to them. Mine will keep Yours safe, no matter what. We will defend you both, Pipith pledged, drawing himself up to his full stature. And everyone else, too.
He never liked to see Cepheith leave, and he liked it even less when she left to go to another bronze. But of course she would - Plexith was a wingleader, after all. The smaller bronze wilted a little, and the croon that followed after her was tinged with sadness.

[Siata/Siask - tag Kleos, Adi]
Siata smiled at the two men, expression a bit tight although it relaxed some when they walked away. She hated acting like that - short and snarky. Those were for other people, not for her. She liked to be nice, and friendly, and everything, but time at Trine post revolution meant she had her 'I am touchy about this subject' gloves on. Finding discrimination all over the place became a hobby... and she hated it. They distrusted her, or at least didn't want her poor baby around, and in return she distrusted them. Most were nice, cordial, but...
But.
"Armed?" Siata laughed, no hint of bitterness or grump in her voice. She rubbed at her arm to get some of the stress away and shook her head. "Are you kidding? I get sharp looks for having Siask out without a muzzle on. Totally understandable, revolution, shocks, things like that. Pretty sure I'd get my throat slit if I carried anything sharp or heavy outside of the forge."
A sad state of things, to be sure. She hated it. She'd been born at Trine. This was her home and she was the invader... Ahead of them, Siask bumped his head against Adi once more and iddn't chomp down on her when she patted at him. Few touched him outside of Siata and while not a bad sort of touch, it stilled him so he would not bite or growl. Siata liked this little FlowerGirl.
"Trouble, eh? Siask, you big brute, stop it." Siask pulled himself away and slunk towards his handler. He smelled something, maybe the NotNormal, but could not be sure until he sniffed around more. She patted at his head and scritched softly, glancing to Cai and F'itz, grinned at them both because why not. But then! Little Adi. "Hey there, hun. You're looking quite colorful. You okay? ... well, Siask says it's probably not yours but, uh, you okay? We're going to go looking for the beastie so you stay safe."

Dizzian (tag Hekate)
Coming back to herself after further reassurances from Courath was difficult. She ached from where she'd sat awkwardly on the ground and there were hands on her. Blurry blue eyes blinked up at Hekate, the young weyrling clinging gratefully as he friend pulled her to her feet. She sniffled and tried to get her vocal cords working properly as she shook. Courath was right of course. She always was. Hekate and Mercy and the others needed her not to be a worthless mess right now. It didn't make it any easier though, especially as she caught sight of an enormous scarred bronze wher stalking through the crowds.
Dizzian's hands clenched on Hekate as her heart raced in her chest. She knew whers still prowled their weyr, and not all were bad, but that didn't stop her from being utterly terrified of them. Especially the large bronze. "Faranth!" She squeeked and tried in vain to hide behind Hekate.
Courath turned from her vigilant watch to look within at the crowd of people. ~ Mine stay calm. He is one of ours. He has been called to help as his sight is better than ours. ~ The green took another moment to send Dizzian's flits to her, pulling them from where they gossiped and shared information with the others.
Spazz managed to land on Dizzian's arm and crawled his way to her neck, nuzzling against her and crooning small comforts into her ear. The two greens, Tweaker and Freak, fluttered overhead vocalizing their own reassurances and love to their bonded. When Hekate sent Lady off to search for the creatures, Freak chirped and followed her mother, disappearing between when the others did.

Mercy Tag Dizzian and Hekate
Mercy was relieved to see Dizzian return closer to normal, though for a brief moment it didn't look like she was going to stay that way and Mercy glanced over to see what had frightened her. Easy enough to answer when she herself saw the huge bronze. "Not all of them are bad." She assured Dizzian softly, not even all of them on the other side she knew, recalling Fick and the way he had helped her escape. Some of them were..but then so were some dragons, it had been a silver that had nearly killed Aerith. But she kept those thoughts to herself for the time being before she caught sight of the handler and rider with the bronze.
"And look Wingleader Kleos is with the handler, if the bronze tries anything Moriath will eat him and Kleos will flatten her." She stated in a confident voice while one of her favorite dragon and rider pairs..although she had heard the rider and handler had become friends and so she was sure such a thing wouldn't really happen. The important thing was to reassure Dizzian at the moment however.
'Moriath could too.' Aerith chimed in, as ever a staunch supporter of her favorite dragon.
'I know dear' Mercy replied in kind before speaking up again "Perhaps we should move closer to the main group, I'm sure the Wingleaders and Weyrwomen have come up with a plan by now, and we might be able to help"

Ralae Tag to D'lin/Wykla/whomever
When she heard someone asking for well trained flits, Ralae stepped forward with her gold Cheer in her arms. Then she noticed Kleos standing as part of the larger group of riders. "I do, Kleos! It's me, Ralae. I have Cheer with me and she is gold. She could help guide the others."
Squinting a little, she realized that she recognized some of the other riders close by. If Wykla were nearby, then perhaps their fire lizards could work together. "Cheer, find Boreal. Find Wykla."
Zay, where is Kameth? Can you ask him to send Wykla to me? The green rider moved forward away from her group. P'zul had a couple of flits but they were kinda useless.

Adi Tag Siata/Siask
Who's an uglycute eyepatch wher~? Siask is! It had never entered Adi's mind that Siask might chomp on her for touching him while he sniffed at her, but fortunately for her, she was FlowerGirl, and this status - unbeknownst to her - allowed her to retain her hands. This was good, because she needed them to latch onto his handler.
"Siata!" she repeated, a little more quietly. "It's not mine, I'm okay, but...but I'm scared. I-I was gonna ask if I could stay with you..." But now she was torn, because they were going after whatever Bad Thing was out there, and this conflict was evident on her face. She was not good at that sort of stuff, and she knew it.

The man groaned as he was pulled from Adi, drifting in and out of consciousness. His chest rose and fell in shallow, rapid breaths that indicated he was on the edge of death. The blood he’d lost had left a trail behind him and now pooled around him like a murder victim – and for all anyone knew, he could be. The call for Healers went unanswered, an ominous sign from the Weyr itself, and in the night filled with the bugles, roars, and angry screaming of dragons in the distance as the Weyr roused itself. The rustle and thunder of dragons’ wings moaned in the wind, lending a particularly eerie quality to the night. Abigail remained where she stood, gaze unfocused and distant as the questions were fired at Brakiath and her people turned to them for guidance. The Senior Gold mantled her wings, talons digging deeply into the ground as she answered across minds – humans and dragons alike. Her mental voice carried a strangely double effect, as if two were speaking at once, Form up! Bronzes! Silvers! Browns! Crimsons! Protect our humans. Cepeith, Suunath marshall them. Greens, Blues, Blacks! To the air! Be our eyes. They were vague instructions, yes, but it was enough to give some direction as reports and emotions flooded her senses and she shifted through them. As she spoke, the Goldriders were ushered up to Abigail who remained motionless and unfocused, her gaze turned slightly up to the sky. Hands remained passively at her side and it was obvious that authority had fallen to Kindra and Narisa. Command of the humans were theirs while the Weyrwoman apparently had a fit. The Wingleaders that had decided to attend (and they were few, even the Weyrleader had chosen to refrain from attending after hearing the one to be awarded was the same Weyrling who had caused such a ruckus with Mercy not long before) had gathered around her, on edge and frustrated with her inability to respond to questions. GM INSTRUCTIONS 1 CHARACTER PER POST PER ROLL PLEASE
Bronze, Silver, Brown, and Crimson dragons roll 1d20. If your roll is MORE THAN 11, you recognize the scent as Jungle Felines. If you roll LESS THAN 11, you DO NOT recognize the scent. If you roll a 20, an escaping Feline runs into you in a panicked state but does not engage in combat, preferring to run away. If you roll a 1, you (or your rider) are somehow injured in the chaos of jostling bodies.
White, Green, Blue, Black take to the air for recon and roll 1d20. If your roll is MORE THAN 13, you see fire in the main Weyr. If your roll is LESS THAN 13, you DO NOT see fire in the Main Weyr. If you roll a 20, you hear a piercing, familiar scream of anger faintly on the wind. If you roll a 1, you collide/knock-against a fellow dragon in the chaos and are somehow injured (player’s choice).
Gold / Gold-rider Abigail is incapable of leading, command falls to Kindra and Narisa. These two riders call the shots. Brakiath seems to waiting to see what the younger golds do in response to this outbreak of chaos therefore each gold has 1 shop-sanctioned use of their Command ability at any time. PC Dragons are required to obey a Golden Command. The riders can also issue one veto (aka pull rank) each and substitute their own command at any point. PCs are not required to obey, however.
EVERYONE Every character has the following choice: A) Persue the Felines into the Jungle. They’ve gotten into the food stores and made off with cured meats as well as harmed an unknown number of individuals. You go to seek revenge and regain precious supplies.
B) Something has spooked them into running back at the Weyr. The extent of damage is unknown, the source of their terror is unknown, and the Weyr is on fire. You investigate.
C) Stay at the party where there is light, safety in numbers, and less chance of trouble. You play it safe.
THIS IS A METAPLOT-DETERMINING CHOICE. CHOOSE WISELY.

The air was not where Mazamath wanted to be, as it would put him still farther from His, but as Brakaith ordered, he would do. Adi was safer now than she had been, at least, in the company of the one-eyed wher and his handler, and feeling significantly better as a result. Heaving a great sigh, he bid the flits perched on him to find somewhere else to be and moved to find somewhere with enough room to spread his wings and safely take flight.
I fly, Mine, he informed Adi. Stay safe down there.

Iwieth had been resting near the celebration area before the chaos started. With a foul smelling man and the golds going on the defensive, the stoic brown took to the air. V'tur had been at party merely to observe but Iwieth worried not for his rider. They would make it through this challenge.

Daroth did not want to be away from N'ymi or the other smaller beings who needed protecting. The greens, the fire lizards, their much smaller riders. Still, the Senior Gold commanded and he would not argue. Yet. Flying high, he could see no noticeable dangers to Trine.

S'kiro and Neptanth
S'kiro turned as the man entered, confused at first of the stains. Until he saw the tears in the shirt. It couldn't be. The sound of Brakaith entered his mind and he moved closer to the rest, helping those who where in shock. A bulge sounded in his head as Neptanth took his place. Mine, I fly! There was a bit of sorrow in his tone as the blue dragon realized he yelled in His head. A fist into the air was all S'kiro gave before shifting to let others by him.

A'in and Troiseth
The joking blue was in the air before the Trine Gold finished her thoughts. He would show them that a Benden blue was a great addition to the team. Mine, stay safe. Protect the others! His tone was joking but serious. The Gold wouldn't have called to them all unless there was trouble, at least Troiseth believed that would be the case. Turning to the sky, he scanned every where.

Pipith
Obeying Brakiath was simple, since her orders were the same as what Cepheith had requested of him. He rumbled at the repetition of what they should do, shifting his wings and replanting his feet to solidify his stance. What was out there? He couldn't see anything, smell anything, and it was frustrating! He wanted to help more!
