'Idiot.' When Skooge stepped passed the point of no return Zim tapped a small button on his wrist which caused the small balls hiddne to activated and creat a static restraint feild, paralying the other Irken in place.
Zim coudl wathc that expression for hours. Skooge's face was utter shock as Zim stared up at him with his one eye and all he gave in return was a dark smirk as if to say 'I Win."
The other Invader squirmed as if only realizng he couldn't get away as Zim extended a Pak Leg efforltyly and as the slicng sound of it extendeing echoed out he braught it back and suddnely lashed it forward.
A split second wail was all that Skooge let out as his head was removed and fell to the ground. Peices of the other Invader's pak legs shattered and fell to the gorund fallowed by the body. Teh bloody mess that lay before Zim as he stood up like he wans't even hurt and just stated at the bloody mess before him.
The head was ocmplety removed along with one entire up left side of him. bloody and intrails spilled and contaiminated the groung. Zim glanced over knowing Dib was there. "You cna come out." He said simply but not sounding like himself as he walked over the body of the otehr Invader with one Pak Leg still out and bloody.
The Pak was what he wanted.

"Thaguth you always wanted to see the inside of what I looked like." Zim said leaning down and turning the bloody half carved body that was once Skooge over. The Pak was still fully intake but black and blood splattered. Working carefully he pried the Pak from Skooges back and turned it over as if examining it. "i dont' think you want human finding out about what makes us tick do you?" He asked sarcasticlly while openign and fidling with the Pak.
Deletign vital inormation was only step one fo the process nroamlly it woudl be snet back tothe contorl Breaks to be recyled but Zim decided that was out of the queshton.
"Your oddly quit Dib. Arent you remotly curious? It's not disecting me but lsoe neough." He was more interested in making sure ntohign surived int he PAk before he would considered physcially destrying it.

"Origoanlly, you weren't worht it." Zim said matter of faclty sense oriognally eh considered Dib so below his notice he wans't worht killing. Later on than he decided other ways were better and evneutlaly he just stopped thinking of wya to kill him and simply faught him. "Would you rather I had? Because that's what it's sounding like Dib." Zim conintued to work on deleting date from the bloodied Pak, the body he would take care of seperatly.
Zim felt the shift and suddnely tensing of the boy's body next to him and he glanced up and over. "Would you have prefered I allowed him to kill you or tkae you back for disection?" He asked as he resummed working once again.
He didn't fully understand Dib's odd behavior all of a sudden. The boy was acitn gnearly afraid of him, he didn't midn or all togeather care, not fully but it was stange that Dib seemed nervous suddnely.
Hadn't he done his job in proteting his Tallest?

"So you prefer than that I do nothing when the next Inavader that comes around looking to kill one of us than? Fine." Zim thre wback finally getting the last bit of data complelty removed from the dead Invader's Pak. "That or maybe I should I have just let Skooge take you back to the Massive where Purple would have defently disected you simply to see what made you tick and to see why I inprinted on you. Which Zim is still confused by mind you!" Zim snapped back suddnely sounding angery with Dib out of nowhere.
"If you as my tallest have a problem with me defending you as I am supposed to do than you might wish to tell Zim now so he wont bother defending you in the future!" Zim himslef was suddnely angery, the spar with Dib that turned into protectign Dib andk kiling Skooge had put everyone in an odd mood. "And here's your alien proof Dib just like you always wanted. It's not Zim but I guess it's somehwat good enough for you right?" He demaned.

"Believe me it was a thaught we boht shared." Zim muttered sense even though being granted a purpose again was claming he had hopped deep down to nto be permanlty boudn to Dib, now though he was and he coudlnt do a thign aobut it. At least Dib was a tolerable chocie to some extent after Red and Purple .. Dib was the greatest thing to him. "Rather you than them anyway."
The Pak was eialsy enough disposed of however he couldn't bring the body becuase he had nothign to carry it with and no way to hide it.. he'd have to desoty it as much as possilbe. "Incineration might be the best option we have right now." He tinkered with a few buttons on his wrist seemingly looking for a particular setting. "Sense I'm certian you dont feel like gathering any DNA from it I'll being liquidating the remians .. dont' feel like have vultrals show up."
Vulters in every menaing of the word saldy/

"Good because I don't want to." Zim said finding the corect settign he wanted and unleashed a suddne blas of flames on Skooge's body. The pile of mess was gone in seconds leaving only ashes behind. The three of htem had... a difficutl past to say the least and he didn't feel like disclosing it even to Dib. Picking the Pak up that was at his side he felt there was no real reason to stay there anymore. "Persoanlly zim wishes ot return to his base Unless my Tallest has somehtign else in midn that is." He glanced over at Dib not in a mena way but more as in a 'Your My Leader And I Must Obey' sort of look.
Zim looked down at the Pak he was holding and handed it ot Dib suddnely. "Consider this my gift to you, Irken tradtion to give the trophy of a venimyt hat attmeptd to kill the Tallest to the Tallest." He explaiend.

At Base

Silance between them was somehwat unheard of and when it happned neither liked it. It started eating away at them till one or both broke the silance. This silance was different than the others in amny ways. Both were just not wanting to think aobut what happend tongiht for different reasona and two things were just hellish at the moment.
Zim had reassured Dib that Skooge's Pak was compelty dead and once a Pak was dead it did nothign from than on. The boy seemed somehwat reassured but kep thte thing at arms length, Zim inwarldy didn't blame him sense his own Pak nealry killed them boht nealry two and half years ago.
"You cna stop looking at it like it's a Xenomorph you know." Zim said glancing over at Dib while the boy kept looking at the contianed dead Pak. Zim was curenlty working on his computer deep int he lab and Dib fallowed, normally he'd hate it now ... well he wans't sure how he felt about it.
But he wans' bothered that was for sure.
