When Avior was in the process of Defecting, he made sure that he was still able to continue on with his studying and working in the States by going in a round about way to become a real citizen again as Nischal Dwivedi. He has his work papers as well as passports and a social security number, so I don't think that it would be all that easy to find out that he suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I guess that's how it goes when you have plenty of money to bribe people in offices for a new ID and such. XD He doesn't just want to quit school and be a permanent 'fighter' you know? He aimed to make sure that even though he's no longer who he was, he still has his rights to an education.
As for him being Overzealous, I think he's calmed down alot since then, especially now that he's starting over new. Nischal is still very much excitable, but bitter to no one anymore, living day to day with no more confusion or the feeling of being lost and alone. Plus there is now the awkwardness of living the 'non-rich' life, where he has to ration his money out properly, so I can see him just being the perfect little worker who blunders every now and then due to being a bit spoiled back in the day.
