Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: “Hello, I am Anaon. Let’s see, what to say, what to say. Hmm, well I am a tad bit mischievous, my sister would scoff at the tad part, but it is true, I have changed my ways since being that tiny little foal who loved to cause trouble. I still like to cause trouble, but not be there for the cleanup, if you know what I mean. I would do just about anything for my family, especially my mother and sister; they are the main reason why I am going on a journey here real soon. I think that is more than enough about me, even if it was a tad bit vague.”

-- Bones! I absolutely love bones; they are just so much fun to collect and to wear.
-- Stallions, since they seem to be more patient than females at times… or maybe I am just assuming all females are like my sister…
-- The Desert, the beach, pretty much anything that is sandy and warm
-- Nighttime

-- Tribal markings, makes them look exotic don’t you think?
-- The OCEAN! With its sparkling blue waters…
-- Masks
-- Flowers (I am a girl after all)
-- Armor/metal

-- And that is pretty much it.

What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? Anaon looked up at the sky, only a few hours before she had felt as if her heart was breaking and now she was asking the stars for help. It appeared she reverted back to her child self when she contemplated what she liked, “Oh Great Wishing Star I give you in offering one of my favorite bones in my collection. The bone is different from any creature I have seen before, for it has horns in the most strangest of places, but it has brought me luck on many occasions and I now wish for you to have it and help ease my aching heart. Thank you.” She bowed her head and in silence she reverently retreated, leaving behind her precious offering with the hope of something new.

A True Friend

Who is Wishing?: Sarei Stargazer (Kawani Persona)
Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Sarei, Sar for short, is a creative and energetic young woman. She indulges in sewing, crafting jewelry, and painting. She lives on her own in the central forests, in a teepee built there for her by a potential suitor. Unfortunately, this potential suitor was attacked in his sleep and were never to return home to Sar. She is happy, despite her loss, and continues to do all of the things she loves. However, Sarei longs deeply for a new companion, although she does not know if it would be human or fauna. The young woman has friends and family and acquaintances, but none are closer than a half-day's travel from her own small home.

She is particularly skilled at fishing as well, and knows anything you could ever hope to know about the trees, bushes, flowers, grasses, bugs, birds and fish. Sarei also collects berries and some other wild fruits and edibles, though she does not often hunt for herself (aside from the occasional rabbit or small deer, from which she also uses the fur and bones for jewelry).
10 Things I Like:
- Feathers feathers and more feathers!!! x3
- Fave colors would be diff. shades of greens/browns.
- I lovelovelove husky markings. <3
- I like trees and flowers. (My favorite flowers EVER are Saxifraga Tricuspidata)
- I prefer natural(ish) and neutral colors for pets generally, though I'm not really picky (nor have I a right to be. xD)
- I love necklaces! And all jewelry for that matter.
- For the Soquili, I really like the look of the braided mane/tail. ^^
- I really like tribal markings. =3
- I love steampunk/gypsy. Such an awesome style!
- And on top of all that, anything earthy at all, really.

10 Things I Don’t Like:
- I'm not necessarily a huge fan of overly brightly colored pets. I don't mind a bright color w/dark markings or dark color w/bright markings, just not bright on bright so much. ^^;
-I'm really not picky aside from that. Hehe. ^w^

What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow?

Sarei kneels before the wishing rainbow to leave a special, hand-sewn medicine pouch she has created in offering for her wish of an equine companion, like her friends. It is sewn from soft hide, with little fringes. It is sealed permanently with sinew threaded through the top of the pouch. Inside the pouch, Sar has put in; dried wild rose petals, a small token of rabbit fur, birch bark with moss on it, and a small, glimmering stone. The pouch is attached to a thin, braided cord of dark brown leather strip. There hangs from the front of the pouch a small length of cord with beads and feathers attached. The young woman holds the pouch in between her palms for a moment and closes her eyes, whispering a prayer in blessing the medicine pouch. She lifts it to her face and exhales over it softly, then places it in the offering spot.

Would you like for it to be tikified?: Sure, why not! All of the Soquili in the event are so gorgeous with all the items/ tattoos! @___@ <33

What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A beak-full of her feathers and a tuft of Chanda's fur.
Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask to find their relative? Rashmi looked back and forth at the wishing rainbow, fidgeting as she tried to decide. Did she make a wish and leave something? Did she really deserve to? Should she just blurt out what she wanted? It was very difficult to make such a decision! "Just make your wish already!" Chanda said in a huff, looking up at her. Well, that made it easier! She spoke, her voice with a light lilt to it. "I would like to fly with my brother again."

Would you like for it to be tikified?: Yes if the colorist wants to~

What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? a secret
Short IC Response: everything was still and peaceful after the rain. the earth smelled fresh, and a bright rainbow stretched across the sky, as if promising a new start. two soquili emerged from the vegetation, their coloring did not quite match the plants here as well as it did back home, but they were well trained and had kept themselves hidden from any prying eyes. together they stepped out into the open and glanced up at the rainbow. they had traveled far and wide learning many things about the world and its people. they came to the island to see for themselves the rainbow that was said to be a god.

the couple bowed to the rainbow god and Betula, taking the initiative, offered a secret that they had learned on their travels. he whispered it so quietly that only a god and his mate, the love of his heart could hear. Kagali added in a quiet but fierce plea, "for this secret please let us have children who we can love and teach." They bowed again and then left, two shadows forever together.

Would you like for it to be tikified?: sure, it would be a memento to the gods who finally gave them the gift of children.

Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing rainbow when he or she comes to ask to find their relative?

Anon was older now, and likely felt older than he truly was. The once proud care-free look he had, was now lackluster and worn. Time had not been kind to the stallion. He remembered when he first found the Kawani lands with his traveling partner, Kaim. Anon was young when he left his family, a small family that was torn between his a*****e kalona father, and his common... plain mother. He had a brother once, that he always had looked up to. He was just like his father, but only in looks.

Anon ran away from his broken home, one night in a fit of rage and tears after dealing with his abusive father and his mother who wouldnt defend herself. He soon hitched up with a stallion who was around the same age, but that was traveling to learn more of the world. Anon replaced his brother with Kaim, and never looked back.

Run as he would, Anon would never escape his own fate, and the older he got, the more he turned into his father. The first girl he met, he fell hard for. He mated with her, and soon she left him. His daughter from that encounter... his sons... he had no idea where they were. As the stallion stood on the hillside in the fading light of the setting sun, he tensed. Recalling these things from the past hurt more than he would like to admit. And for so long he always moved forward, trying to outrun the failure, the pain. his teeth grit and he continued his thoughts, recalling all of the memories. It was as if it were a silent prayer. His thoughts flashed to his loss, and how when he went to find Kaim again, the stinging feeling when he realized Kaim had found his own mate, and Anon was no longer 'needed'. Not that Kaim and he had ever talked about this, he just knew he would be in the way... that he was already replaced. Besides, they seemed happy... and his ego wouldnt let him admit his failure with his first love.

Time passed, and he met another along the way, she was just a fling.. he didnt even know her name. It was a random, drunken night, and all he remembered was pink.

The third...he cracked a cold smirk as his eyes closed behind his forelock. His third was a b***h. Kaim's daughter, it was ironic. Maybe it was to replace the friend who replaced his brother so long ago. She was twisted, lured him in, then stomped all over his heart and left him hanging. Why did she do it? Because it was fun.

Anon was left bitter, old and alone. Something he ran away from, or tried to. His head bowed as he finally spoke to the star others had spoken of that granted wishes.

"Im sorry. Forgive me. I have wasted my life, and I know I dont deserve a second chance... but I would like to see my brother please, if only once before Im gone."

His words trailed off, leaving a lump in his throat and he swallowed hard. He felt like a fool, an idiot for talking to himself. He didnt really expect an answer, he knew he didnt deserve one, but he didnt want to die alone. Not without saying he was sorry. Not without saying the goodbye he should have said so long ago.

(( Sorry if its long, and kind of scattered. I didnt want to make it horribly long with his entire story. This story isnt entirely made up, a lot of this did happen. Anon was always my favorite horse, even over Requiem. Sadly, his life never went as planned and this stems from my own regrets Ive had for him. Ive wanted to re-custom him, or make him a twin, idk, I wanted to save him somehow, but I havent figured out quite how to do that yet. Maybe I can find a redemption here for him. /end stupid sappy story))

Who is Wishing?: Sooleawa Yoomee (Kawani persona)
Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: I am of a quiet nature but many like to come to me for advice because of my connection with the spirits. I prefer to spend time in meditation and nature and feel a deep connection with the stars. My closest Soquili has left on a spirit journey and I feel it is time for a new friend.

What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing rainbow? I have put together a mix of the elements in a metal bowl for the rainbow. Ash from a sacred fire, dried seaweed from the ocean near my home, cottonwood seeds caught from the wind, and earth from under my feet. I offer you some of what connects us all to the spirits and some of myself. *takes a small bit of the mixture and holds it up in hand and blows it into the air* Thank you for taking my offering.
