Sorry my iPod hates me. When I wrote my reply, I put in () plot twist. It was gonna be like an elder dragon comes down to talk to both of them about scarlets blindness and the cure. And such.

I looked at Bryant. "oh hey Bryant this is elder mother she's here to talk to us." I smiled as I turned my attench back to the large dragon laying infront of us. The dragon looked at Bryant, she leaned her nose down sniffing him slightly before looking back at me.

Well she was extremely blunt about this. "Oh, hey, hre's a big elder dragon and she wans to talk to us! yayayay!" Is pretty much what happened.
I looked at the dragon confused, then moreso when it leaned in to sniff me. "Who... we'll talk about your embarassment later. Right now, what is this dragon sniffing me! And what does she want?" I ask, trying hard not to sound rude.

I shook my head at Bryant, "she want to tell you to something about this waterfall." came a growl of a reply from the elder, "now sit!" she ordered looking at Bryant. I bit my lip slightly, that voice didn't sound very nice. I thought as I grabbed Bryants hand.

I didn't trust this Dragon. And not just because of how rude she sounded, but because I've faced my fair share of these beasts in the past and the outcome was never good.
"I'm not sitting down. I don't trust you yet, so I'm not putting my guard down to something I've never met. Just speak." I said bitterly.

She growled before looking at me. I was looking away as I wiped blood from my arm. "this waterfall, my scarlet, is were you lost your sight, and it's how you can get your sight back." I stopped what I was doing and looked at her, "your lying, you told me when it happened, that I couldn't.. get it back as a.... Human....." I paused as I thought about it then shook my head, "no it's not worth it." I shook my head.

I already had my aura focused in my arms and feet. I really didn't trust this dragon now.
"Tell me what's going on. I don't understand. What do you mean as a human?" I asked, my aura already faintly glowing around me.

"what she means is that I can go with her, and be a dragon forever and gain my sight back, or stay with you and stay blind. Like I said not worth it, thanks but no." I said as I stood up, I bowed to her and she nodded her head, "if you change your mind my dear, you know where I am." she said and then took off flying away.
(okay so my plot twist isn't over, so don't freak out about that)

"Scarlet! But why? You'll be able to finally see! Plus, you'll be a powerful dragon! Tell me why, exactly, it isn't worth it? I can't give you site!" I said, my voice rather loud, but who could blame me?

I looked at him with a hurt expression. "why does it matter I said no!" I yelled back, tears were forming in my eyes, "me getting my sight back mean us not being together, and I really don't want to be alone again." I closed my eyes and put my hand over my mouth, trying to calm down. I knew him finding out about me being a dragon would blow up in my face.

"It does matter why you said no. Because I know you would give almost anything to have your site back. I know you'd love it. And I'm pretty sure you won't be completely alone." I said, then stop.
She knows she won't be as alone as she is now. There are other dragons, like the elder mother. "But I won't make you. To be honest, I'd hate it if you had to go too." I drop to my knees in front of her, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"You mean a lot to me and I don't want to lose you, but I thought you'd be happier with your site..." I said, almmost guilty.

I looked away from him, he had no idea. "be happier to beable to see, just so I can be turned into a slave. Shadows live in shadows." I looked at him as I placed my hands on the sides of his face, "there is no life without you." I said softly, brushing his hair with my fingers.

I couldn't help but smile as she brushed through my hair with her fingers. Did I mention I'm a sucker when people play with my hair? Well, I am.
Anyway, I feel bad now. She likes me a lot... I can feel it. But I can't get much past that thanks to her shadow magic. I love her, I can get that straight right now, and would die protecting her. "And there is no life without you either." I say as I lean in to kiss her gently on the lips.
