I decide to let go of Chi before she starts to feel overwhelmed and then turn to Jasmine. "So... what happens now?" I ask her.

Misaki:
"Honestly, I'm not sure why the transformation is STILL so gruesome," Jasmine Malone replies. "I think it has something to do with traditions..."
"You could look that up in the Hall of Records!" the girl behind the desk calls out.

Nekora:
Before your eyes, ice begins to form into a bowl. Once the bowl is formed, liquid begins to fill it. Soon, it is full of the liquid. Now to test to see if it really is sake!

Everyone:
Before your eyes, Nekora creates a bowl made of ice filled with some sort of liquid!

Ayumu:
"This is just the beginning," Jasmine Malone replies.

Jake:
"Once you're all ready, and Nekora finishes making her drink, I'll take you to your new home," Jasmine Malone replies. "There, you'll be cared for when off-duty and can relax."

"I just kind of reached out and... yeah. I don't feel any different now than I did earlier either, aside from creeped out at the fact that they couldn't have at least knocked me out before carving me like a fine cut of meat." I say to Jake, holding the bowl carefully. "Actually, come to think about it, I'm not really bothered by cold now... I can feel that this bowl of ice is cold, but it doesn't feel uncomfortable, even though it should..." I continue, finishing off the statement with a sip of the liquid I magically created. Maybe rice wine will help relax out my muscles like red wine does, my back was awefully sore from sleeping on stone floor.

Upon hearing Ayumu's statement, I can't help but give out a laugh. "Nice one, I better start riding the waves of the puns I'll be able to make!" Putting my finger over my mouth, I think for a moment after hearing her last statement. "Well, I guessed my power based on the theme of my costume, maybe you are the same way? You seem to be a charming lad... or lass right now, as the case may be! That might have something to do with it, you're too cute for your own good!" I say, returning back to sipping my drink.

She looked at Jasmine"But that is the beauty of names like mine, I do not have to change it!"she jumped up and down, then looked at Nekoro"Say, mind tasting that drink for me again?"she smiled as she thought of nekora not being able to taste anything.and focused to try and make it true.

"Umm... okay? I kinda planned on drinking it anyways... I reply to Ayumu with a confused tone as I turn to Jake. "Look, Jake just doesn't cut it for a boy's name, you are now Jade, get used to it!" I say to Jake playfully, now know as Jade, and will be known as such in my head when she's in magical girl form. I take another enthusiastic swig of my victory beverage.

Jake:
"Hmm...Jacqueline?" Jasmine Malone offers. "No...Jade, perhaps?"

Nekora:
As you take a swig, you find that your taste buds no longer register the flavor! Your mouth is filled with the sake, but not a hint of its flavor exists!

Misaki:
"Why don't you find out?" Jasmine Malone says sneakily. "It can't be that hard!"

I step back, shocked. I begin to panic a little before my eyes set on Ayumu, the one requesting me to taste my beverage again. I will not tolerate someone taking away my little victory celebration! I point a clawed finger at her, shooting her a dire, unblinking glare straight into her eyes. "YOU! What has you done to me? Why would you do that to me? You will fix this at once or I swear I will cryofreeze you and shatter you on the dragon's armor!" I roar with incredible fury. "And you will NEVER do something like that again!" Under normal conditions, I wouldn't have reacted this terribly, but she took away the one simple pleasure that helped me relax.
