Slishos on the railing looking down at the fight" hmph" he said in triumph" i wonder if" he said as he looked at his leg and said "nope" as he covered it up again and looked at the fight. " hey better show us what you got if not your not worth sh** around here especially to me" he said as he sat down.

Ogata didn't seem to hear him, but Neji sure did. "Are you sure of that Slishos?" He smirked and added, "I watched you fight. You're not exactly the toughest person hear." Neji said the last part rudely. That was Rin's qeue, who turned to Slishos and laughed at him. "I could beat you with one claw!" The rest of her cell laughed alongside with her and Neji.

Tadaaki got angry at them making fun of Slishos, him having been made fun of a lot in school, "HEY! Cut it out guys! Especially you Neji, you should know better than that!"

Neji crossed his arm's sternly and Rin stepped back a bit, closer to her group and their sensei. "Sorry, he was just picking on the contestants down there." Rin and Haru nodded in agreement and turned back to the match, waiting for the referee to start everything.

"actually neji your not the only one who have knowledge i memorized this completely" he said as he showed him a scroll and unrolled it, it was showing the human body and all of the chakra points" your byakugan can only see the chakra points but ive memorized them it may not be as effective but i do know where they are." he said as he got tired and turned to the cell that was laughing at him" lets see if you could withstand my new technique" he said calmly(i just figured out a good move that isnt realy a technique but its a strong move)

Neji took the scroll from him and grinned slightly. "This is only the chakra points of one person." He wrapped the scroll and handed it to him. "Everyone has different chakra points, even if the difference is one millimetre. This will never do." Haru and Rin turned to him and wondered why he was challenging them here. "Here?" Asked Haru. Rin stepped forward with her claws ready, but Neji pulled her back. "Easy there, let's just watch for now."

(actually i was just reading the manga and kakashi even said that everyone has the same chakra points thats why i chose it)
"hmmm i wonder if they know about it." he said as his right hand started to glow" first lets see if you could get chosen in my fight then we will see." he said calmly as his hand stopped glowing blue.

Tadaaki seeing that a possible fight could break out turned to Slishos and said, "Just cool it alright Slishos? You'll get your chance to fight soon enough just relax for now."

(((Seriously, what's with the chakra flow in your hand? And don't tell me that you know Gentle Fists now, that's pushing it.)))
Neji stared at the blue hand now and laughed, "The only person I wanna fight is Tessen." He stopped laughing and looked seriously at his cousin who was in the far corner leaning against the railing. Rin and Haru looked at Neji curiously, "Do you really think you stand a chance?" Haru asked. Neji nodded and replied, "The question is if he stands a chance. I have gotten stronger beyond your imagination, and I'll bet I could beat him now easily." He said arrogantly.

"fine but im still bored so" he said as he pulled out a demon wind shurikan in his hand and layed down as he spun it in the air faster and faster " i wonder how fast i could make it go" he said as he spun it faster and faster.

Neji payed no attention to all of this and turned back to the arena, where apperantly nothing was going on. He sighed and walked to the wall, where he sat down against it and began to rest. The two sensei's were nearby as well. Gekkou was smoking a ciggarete and Koji was read 'Come Come Paradise'. He had a sly smile and a blush on his face. So did Mokuso, who was reading the book over Koji's shoulder.

( no its a jutsu i made up called the seal lotus see in the lotus when the person comes spiraling down the user of the lotus covers the victim in milions of seals and when they hit the ground BOOM!! and no i did not but since he does know where the chakra points are if he hits them it is kinda like gentle fist but it isnt)
