Kairi walked to her "home" wear she would be staying and got into her bathing sute and a white short sun dress before running outside and walking to wear the shops were located.afterwarsds she may just go swiming.

Realine smiled at her friend and laughed."yes i love tuna and other fish, raw or cooked. seafood is great! and i also agree with you...this is an amazing school....its a great place to just get away from people and make friends." she smiled."its funny i think that thow because i havent ever had friends." and smiled kindly."your my first...well uncless a girl i knew for two days counts."

"Hey, Uncle Andy.." A soft teenager's voice rang out gently. The blue haired girl had been holding her unconscious uncle's hand since she had arrived. He had not been in the greatest of health and had kept it from everyone. So when he fell to the ground clutching his chest, his niece called for an ambulance. He was happy that his beloved niece seemed to have a good head on her shoulders and she was quite insightful for a kid her age. The teenager's favorite uncle slowly opened his eyes and groaned slightly. "Uncle Andy..! Welcome back to the living!" There was that warm smile greeting him. If he had been able to have kids, he would hope they turned out half as good as her. "I've got something to tell you. Mum and Dad are allowing me to go to a boarding school." Her tone was excited yet she seemed to realize that meant she wouldn't be visiting her favorite uncle at her favorite bookstore. "Write to me? Mum and Dad probably won't.."
The blind blue haired girl's uncle was more of a father figure than her own. Mostly because her parents were always busy and hardly ever home. Her uncle nodded and smiled, "Aura, Just go and be yourself. Don't worry about anything else."
Nearly four hours later, Aura was uncomfortably riding in a helicopter. Mostly because it was the quickest transportation and the school seemed to be providing it. Uncomfortably, because she had been explained that they were going over a rather large amount of water. She may not have been able to see, but the idea still made her extremely uncomfortable. It was enough just to get away from her underneath her parents.
Suddenly, Aura felt as though she were falling. "Kyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" The wind of falling from such a great height made her hair seem to stand on end. Her mouth curved into a smile and her eyes wide open-despite not being able to see. Had she fallen out of the helicopter? She had thought she had buckled up, yet here she was, feeling like she was falling to her doom. "I DON'T WANNA DIE! NOOOOOOOoooooo!" The blue haired girl screamed. This was not a fun ride for her. Heights weren't exatly her thing since she couldn't exactly see the ground. To be falling in darkness reminded her of when she had nearly drowned. Her hands moved to her chest. "I can't breath...!" She called out, though if the feeling of fading into darkness while in the midst of darkness was possible, the blue haired girl found it as she fainted from falling as she continued to fall.

Kin decided to drop the matter as Royce went ahead and began looking over Caligon. When he came over to grab his bag Kin politely jumped off of Glass so he could get to his things. When the matter with Caligon was resolved and everyone started off again for Royce's house Kin's ears perked up. It was the sound of a helicopter. Most wouldn't pay much mind since new kids were coming in all the time, but Kin still liked to see them flying in. He peered up at the sky and saw the chopper and smiled. That smile then turned to a look of pure terror as he saw someone fall out of the helicopter. Whats more they didn't have any wings and were screaming for help. Without a word (lol) Kin sprinted out towards the helicopter. He actually began running up the air as if on a huge flight of stairs. When they were almost level Kin ran ahead, turning the stairs into a solid floor in mid air, and jumped out to catch her. When his arms reached around her he held onto her tight and the two began to plummet together. Quickly the deerkin flipped with her, correcting them into an upright position, and pulled on an invisible cord on his chest. Their was a loud popping sound and their descent immediately began to slow. Kin had used his powers to materialize an invisible parachute. He looked at the girl in his arms and realized quickly that she was unconscious, so when they landed softly on the beach he threw off the parachute and laid her down gently on the ground. The boy shook the girl gently trying to wake her up, and even splashed a little water from the beach in her face.

The feeling of falling. The feeling of drowning. Falling and drowning into darkness. Feeling life start to fade.. This was her ever reoccurring nightmare and every time it played out, she felt lucky she was plucked from the hands of death. It didn't take long for the blue haired girl to come to coughing and then she moved her hand and wiped the excess water off.
"What exactly just happened..?" She seemed to stare off into space in a sort of daze as her mind replayed what had just occurred. She faintly recalled the feeling of beng in someone's arms before she could actually hit the ground. She could hear breathing and turned to face the sound of whoever was the source of it. "Are you the one who saved me?" She smiled quite grateful for still being alive.
"I am alive.. right..?" She felt the need to question it, considering it had felt as though she had fallen quite a distance. She started to wonder that perhaps when you die, you don't actually feel the pain or remember it. Or perhaps she had died instantly without feeling anything. But then if she was dead, she'd be able to see that. "No.. I must be alive.. Thank you."
The blue haired girl smiled warmly at her savior--or at least where she thought he was by the sound of his breathing. One odd thing about her that those who didn't know her, she was quite blind but seemed to have the talent of looking like she wasn't. It sometimes got her into trouble, when others thought she was faking it. Her eyes seemed to focus on him, though for being a human, she didn't seem surprised at how he looked at all.

when the girl came to Kin let out a relieved sigh, though no actual sound came out. When she looked at him and asked if she had saved him he smiled and nodded, feeling really proud of himself for doing so. To answer her other question he pulled out his notepad and wrote in it for a few seconds.
I saw you fall out of your helicopter and rushed to catch you, though you were allready knocked out when I reached you. are you allright? your not sick or anything? did the fall jog your head or something?
the paper read, his face a mixture of happy and concerned. He noticed that she didn't freak out when she first saw him like Royce had, but then again she had almost died so she probably wasn't even thinking about stuff like that right now.

The blue haired girl waited for a response. "Umm.. I'm Aura.." She then sneezed from the cold air. It was a little unnerving by the fact that her savior hadn't spoken yet.
While she waited for a reply, she thought about the weather. It felt a bit chilly and perhaps she had caught something small when she was in the hospital. Which led her mind to wonder how her uncle was doing. She could feel the wind on her, though not ideal with water on her and hopefully not a cold, she still felt happy to be alive.
"It's a bit cold here isn't it..?" Aura sighed. She wondered what it was like on this island. Would she fit in? As much as one could without sight? Her thoughts returned to the person she was with. Why hadn't he or she said anything..? Then it hit her and she wondered if the other person had a bit of trouble in another way. "Can you speak?"

Kin smiled when she gave her name, though it was odd she hadn't answered his questions at all. When she suggested it was cold he merely shrugged, the temperature was plenty warm to him, heck Royce had just been out fishing on the beach, and others were swimming, so it was actually almost hot out. He wrote down in his notebook again.
its actually pretty warm, maybe you have the chills or something?
However once again she didn't respond at all, which was beginning to frustrate Kin a bit. When she asked if he could speak he silently sighed and wrote again in his notebook, all this time all she would hear was the scratching of his pencil against the paper.
I'm mute, why do you think I'm using this notepad to talk to you? and why do you keep ignoring what I'm saying?
it read, he looked a bit annoyed, she was looking right at him, but she seemed to ignore everything he was saying. Was she just in shock?

Aura knew it. The sounds of scratches on a paper-why hadn't she picked up on that sooner. Aura giggled a little at the irony. "Sorry.. I can't read.." She smiled apologetically to him and waved her hand in front of her eyes to get him to do the same to realize she was blind. It was easier letting others see that she was truly blind rather than telling them. She smiled warmly at him with a hint of an apology for not realizing their situation sooner.
Aura sneezed again. "Maybe I'm catching a cold.." The idea of catching a cold just when she moved into a new chapter in her life. No cold was going to stop her from moving forward.

Kin cocked his head to the side in confusion when she said she couldn't read. It perplexed him that someone could be illeterate at this age. However when she waved her hand infront of her face to show she was blind he froze up, an "ooooooooooooooooooooh" expression locked on his face. He felt really, really stupid right now. This would definitely pose a problem. How where they suppose to talk if she couldn't see and he couldn't make sounds. He put his hand to his chin, trying to think of a solution, when suddenly a lightbulb went off in his head. Suddenly he reached out and grabbed her hand and began tracing letters on her palm.
S-O-R-R-Y
he traced out in full. He looked at her, a worried look in his eye, hopping she would understand him.

Aura smiled happily now that she had some way to talk to him.. "Ah.. there.. I should be the one apologizing. I can read that. Thank you-err again.." She blushed a little from thanking him so much.
"Now.. I really do owe you for saving me.. but before I can thank you I need to get to the office to find out where I am staying.. or something. I'll treat you to dinner at my place once I get my place." She sneezed again. "Ah.. do you have a tissue or something..?" Her tone was slightly embarrassed.
"I really hope I'm not catching a cold. Maybe its an after effect of falling from such a distance?" The blind blue haired girl half joked. "Ah.. Now that we have a form of communication, what might be my savior's name?"

Kin smiled, finally being able to reach her. When she talked about treating him to dinner and getting to the office he stared off back to the forest for a moment. He felt bad for just randomly ditching everyone, but this girl clearly needed help. Kin figured leaving behind a sick blind girl would be alot worse then leaving behind a group of demons and angels who all had plenty of food and all their faculties. He snapped back to reality when she asked if he had a tissue. It was then that he realized just how much she had been sneezing. He thought about it for a second, then smiled realizing something. He reached into his pocket and pulled out an invisible tissue and placed it in her hand. Most people were understandable awkward using invisible objects, but since she was allready blind it might have well been a real fully visible tissue for her. After handing her the tissue he grabbed her other hand and helped her up to her feet, throwing a warm invisible blanket over her shoulders after she was up on her feet to help with her cold. When she asked his name he smiled and grabbed her free hand again.

then he paused again, to make sure she understood he was moving on to his last name

(don't worry about writing so many sentences. Really quality matters over quantity. After all I'm the one who has to read it all and I would rather read a good small post then a crap ton of pointless filler and unneeded description and details. )

Aura smiled brightly and very warmly. "Thenk ye Kin. fur everythin'." Her Scottish accent seemed to suddenly pull itself into his name. She started to giggle a bit nervously from the fact that her Scottish flowed out. It took a lot to try and make it so others could understand her-when they weren't from Scotland., "I just realized that if I keep thanking you, I'll never be able to repay you. Though saving my life is already nearly impossible to repay."

Aura's smile seemed to brighten Kin's mood even further. It was a shame she couldn't see him smile back. When she suddenly began talking in a scottish accent he let out a muted laugh. It reminded him of Fin Finnegan, the circus's fire breather, who was also scottish. He would also do amazing things like take shots of flaming alcohol and spit it out in a massive stream of flames. When she noted that it would be hard to repay him for saving her he blushes and shook his head.

Aura sighed taking the first step on the island she'd call her new home. Once at the office, they handed her papers. "Oi.." She felt the papers, "Super smooth... Just what I love." She half joked. She turned to Kin. "Thank you for showing me here. She put the paper in front of her face for Kin to see, though she had the paper of the map upside down and flipped to face her. "So the lady said we're at the yellow highlight and we need to be at the pink highlight." The blue haired girl laughed, quite amused. "That lady didn't even seem to notice.." The fact that she was blind seemed to surprise anyone who she encountered for the first time. Perhaps it was because she stopped using her walking stick and started wearing thinner soles in her shoes. "So I'm hoping you know where to go.." She held the papers out for him to take. Little did she know, the address would be very familiar for Kin...
