Selene didn't like seeing others hurt. Even if it was their fault, she didn't like it, not one bit! When the figure had left, letting them go she might have added if someone asked, all Selene could do was scuttle up to the boils and ghouls on the floor and check up on them. She slid to the closest boil, and pulled him slightly to check on his well being. It was d**k. This was not the person she would have hoped to check up on, but personal grievances were put aside for the moment. People were hurt. "Are you all right? Is anyone hurt?" She whispered, as loudly as she could - it was still just so hard to hear.. "May I be of assistance?"ANYONE who was knocked down and wants a useless ghoul to make them fee better idk

Skylar listened to the zombie's words, trying to get an understanding of the situation. But the more he said, the more confused the gargoyle got.
"Home advantage..? You think maybe he's been here before." The fact that the man was toying with the other students didn't sit too well with him either. Normally someone in his position would be trying to worm his way out of a fight. Not playing around and potentially pissing off his attackers. Or at least that's what a sane person would do.
Maybe the man was insane?
As he mulled it over in his mind, Zeke started up again, causing the corner of Skylar's lip to quirk a little. Watching Zeke around Ava was like watching a love sick puppy. He was always doe eyes when she showed up. It was amusing to watch. In fact, if there wasn't say--a fight going on, he would even be teasing him about it right about now.
Too bad there was.
"Hey Ava." He returned the greeting only to shrug. "Beats me. I was just asking the same thing." He doubted anyone in this cave knew who the sort-of-maybe reaper was actually. At least, no one was calling out the man's name anyways.
Fortunately, almost as quickly as the battle started it ended. The man left, leaving them all with a choice to make and leaving them free to go.
"That's it?" He asked, too stunned to say anything else. Was the man really letting them all go--just like that? Surely it couldn't be that simple.
"Err... are you sure?" He finally said, looking back at Murdoch, wondering if he should try and convince him not to go. "Isn't it kind of well... dangerous?"
Perhaps the only thing that actually stopped him was that Quibble had sent them all a text, asking them all to return to the office and to avoid any fighting.
"I guess that decides things. Are you guys coming?" He asked, since both were also members of DETH.

It was upsetting to say the least. Kato had left. Left for power? Was that it? Had the noble beast always been like that? He was skittish, arrogant, selfish... yes. Dis could see the boil's haughty smirk as he'd left them. Envy boiled in Dis's blood. Power was something you had to take, and Kato had it.
He had it, and Dis did not.
The reaper was still an unknown factor. He was certainly powerful, and if Dis could be that strong? Oh he wanted it. He dearly did. He wanted what they had taken? Dis couldn't force others to do anything. He was not that powerful. Again, frustration at his own weakness. His lacking.
Jinhai had left, and Dis was soon to follow but- He wanted answers. Not that he'd get them, that was clear enough. Looking to those lingering he spotted one Dabir. Grinning, the vampire slid his way over. "So what do you think, help, hide, or you and me in my coffin?"

d**k made a face as Selene seemed to be ready to check him out (shouldn't all ghouls have been...?), still going through the motions of flexing his fingers to try and get them working again.
"I feel like s**t." he answered stiffly. "But I'm not hurt. Just....drained, I guess is the word." he answered to the serpentine ghoul. Never the less, her offered her one of his hands so she could investigate the strange heaviness of the limb if she so wished.

"Well, I'm a coward. Why don't you fill me in on the details if I don't make it there in time, Murdoch?" Zeke winked at the fellow investigator type .. although he seemed much more daring than Zeke would ever be. But no matter, Zeke would get the information one way or another.
"I'm off to Prof." Zeke waved at Murdoch, exiting the opposite way.
"Hey Skylar and Ava .. Wanna walk me to Professor's room? Just to make sure I'm safe and all that? Ava's icy personality should just freeze all the enemies-- Maybe you'll warm up to me soon?"
Zeke always said that last line, every time. She never did warm up all the way. Ever.

Dabir heard a familiar voice and turned toward Dis. He didn’t look amused, but when did he ever not. “After what just happened you’re still trying to flirt with me?” The boil wasn’t sure whether to admire Dis’ persistency or call him stupid. Maybe he would do both. For once, he decided to pander him a bit. Arms still crossed, Dabir quirked an eyebrow at the vampire and leaned forward slightly. “I don’t know, what do you prefer?"

Westhor had actually spent a majority of his time in the cavern in the middle of the crowd of students; he did not want to stand out, nor did he want to be left behind. There was something... Frightening about this situation. It scared him so much that throughout it, he wasn't even thinking about hugs, or Arcana and Selene making love, or Tarot holding his hand, or his Thor-bros and him chilling out together... None of those things mattered, as his classmates got hurt left, right, and center-
-while he just stood by, cowering and watching.
It wasn't supposed to be like this; he joined DETH precisely because he didn't want to 'fight'. He didn't realize that 'fighting' meant things like 'protecting' or 'healing'... He had always regarded fighting as... What people do in the gym to hurt each other. It was not chill, seeing injured people laying around... Too bad he had been too busy being scared to do anything for anyone.
His Thor bros had always been the braver, smarter ones. They loved him enough - in his opinion - to take good care of him, and shield him from all the bad things during the past three years, and he loved them back. Equally, if not more... As the students split up to go their own ways, he whimpered, looking around at all the different faces, the different expressions that they were making - and realized that, for the past three years, maybe he never made the effort to get to know more than half these people a little better.
Maybe in the future... In the future...
Casting a quick look at the students he felt closer to, he bit down on his lower lip, gathered his courage, and typed a quick text to some people before trotting after the group of students heading towards the cave; he wouldn't fight, but he can still heal... He can still defend, right? Dabir must have been in a good mood to not tell him off from the get go. Dis had no clue as to why though. Truthfully the why didn't bother Dis, he could deal with the why later. Right now, Dabir was being playful, and Dis as usual, wanted to play.
"When do I not flirt Dabir?" Getting closer, he didn't hesitate to wrap an arm around Dabir's shoulder. "Mmmmm coffin. But we might not have time for that, we can cut it to a spidernotes version if you'd like?"

"Hmmm.." With the reaper boil gone and the rest of the students already exiting the cave, Ava rose to her feet. It was only a moment later when she received another text from the Prof. Looking the text over, she tucked the phone away and turned to see Murdoch already on his way out, along with Skylar. Looking to Zeke, she gave a small shrug. "Perhaps. But since we both are headed in the same direction, I will take you up on your request to walk with you."

If good meant intrigued by the reaper’s proposition, then yes Dabir was in a good mood, a good enough mood not to push away Dis’ hand. “I figured as much.” He leaned forward just a bit more. “I would prefer that actually.” The frown on his face was visible. He wasn’t particularly inclined to affection, but just one kiss wouldn’t hurt.
…right?

Like he needed to say more. One hand on Dabir's a**, another grabbing hair, the vampire slammed his lips to the other boil's, shoving his tongue in there for good measure as well. While he wouldn't be able to stick that part into Dabir, a tongue was a good substitute.

Selene looked at d**k's hand, and then back up at him. He seemed better than she'd assumed, and there were others who looked worse off than him. Besides.. she didn't feel comfortable touching d**k like that.
"You.. seem fine. I am glad. If you would excuse me?" Her voice was so faint, it was possible he hadn't heard a word she'd said, and she was just walking away without helping him at all.
How rude.

Tongue. The Jack, Dis? Dabir would let it slide, but just this once. He took a few moments to explore inside of Dis’ mouth before he said enough was enough. Dabir grabbed the vampire’s shoulders and pushed him away. He stuck out his tongue. Geh. “Alright, you got your Jacking kiss. So don’t heckle me so much anymore, alright?” Dabir lightly pushed Dis away before he headed for the Weeping Forest.

Malcolm, to be honest, hadn't done much; others were asking all the questions he wanted to ask, and since he had spent a majority of the time in the cave in the water with that Jacking Pyre who wanted him wet or something, he had no idea... What was going on. Really, the only thing that seriously bothered him was the reaper's parting words.
"It was located under Amityville, it's entrance was located in Amityville," He muttered, more to himself than to others, "It should belong to Amityville, and not some... Reaper with a glowing scythe."
