Ｌｕｃｉａｎ Ｌ. Ｓｔｅｅｌ
======= ☠ ======= Lucian crossed his arms, unfazed by the hologram. Oh it seemed like a long history of blah blah blah space aliens. After it had finished, he kicked the cube aside. "Thank you R2-D2 for your boring lecture which I have no need of using." He replied thickly with sarcasm. Though of course, that ancient son of a Galactic Jedi continued to be stubborn and clingy. He snatched the note of the air and read it quickly with annoyance. He grumbled out his displeasure and crumbled the note, burning it in his hands. "That piece of useless meteorite." He grumbled as he left charred pieces of what was left of the note, falling down to the ground. Though, it was suddenly lashed back at him, smacking his face. "MERLIN'S BEARD!" He exclaimed wiping his body quickly.
A strong wind slapped himself backwards with leaves slapping his face as if he was a stuffed cardboard festival item. He had enough of this madness. He wanted to burn the whole labyrinth down for all he cared but he had to keep his word. So he set off, heading to the opposite direction the wind was blowing.

Maxus Eros Brightstar Maxus heard the thought that passed through Lucian's head and laughed in spite of its insulting nature. He had to give the man credit, he was rather entertaining when he was pissed off. He paused, reaching out with his mind. Whatever it was he had sensed was getting harder to pinpoint, because it was very faint and moving very quickly. It was close, though, he could sense that much. It was close........and it was evil. The hairs on the back of his neck rose. It was VERY evil. He swore softly in the Guardian tongue. " Quir et va noi, this isn't gonna be good," he said to himself, and tightened his grip on his blade.

 Gazing at the aftermath, He frantically flustered around the air thinking of how to fix this, but before he could move he faints and suddenly drops to the ground. "I can't believe this, why do I feel so tired?" Then he remembers that all the candidates who used the sword got enveloped by the flames as if the sword was consuming them. "So the sword needs that much mana hu.." at that moment he blacks out. Even so he could feel a force moving closer to him, he cowers sensing the amount of energy emitting from the encroaching entity.
He could try and teleport, but his whole body is numb from all the mana that was drained from him. He wanted to do something, anything even a twitch would please him, but he couldn't do anything even if he tried. Then he felt it, it was already near him, face to face, he could sense it looking at his face.
Mustering all his strength, he opened his eyes and saw...a stray cat. With frustration on his face, "To hell with it. If i die, I die. Besides when I wake up I could just use Fragarch" but then he realized it blew away in the storm. Without any strength left he completely blacks out with a gray cat staring at his face.

LEE.N.KLee watched the female teacher nod, a slight shrug falling from her shoulders with a sigh following. "I'm sorry if you find this uncomfortable at all, Ryu, but this is the only way I can be sure of the safety of both of you." She wasn't sure if she wanted to frown or laugh at the blush crossing the young man's face, but all seemed well. Thank goodness Miss Khryntonine is cooperating...
LEE.N.K"Don't drop me, okay?" Lee pouted, proceeding to wrap her left arm around his shoulder.
LEE.N.KSeeing that Ryu had picked up Lee, the teacher walked their way and positioned herself behind the boy. "I see we're ready." She took hold and flew them out quickly, a bit too quickly, causing Lee to freak out a little. The girl's other arm found its way to Ryu's neck and grabbed on tightly, a small yelp coming from her mouth. It was a steady, and safe, flight but they weren't exactly what Lee would call secured up in the sky. If she were going to be at a high height, she'd prefer it be in a tree, on something solid.
LEE.N.KDropping them off (not literally), Vienna returned to the maze to see if she had gathered everyone successfully. "Thank you, Miss Astos!" The girl cried out behind her, the teacher giving a light wave. Lee's eyes hadn't met Ryu's that whole time, her heart beating restlessly. It was hard to tell whether it was from the fly or if it was because, well, of the way he was holding her. She could hear his soft breath and feel the warmth of his body. Would she dare look up at him? No.
LEE.N.KTurning, she gave him a hug (to make things less awkward, but it may make things even more so). "I don't know if I've said it already but... Thank you, for everything." She blushed as she tightly hugged him before pulling away to finally look at his face.

Ryu shook his head as he tried to keep his composure. "It's... It's fine," Ryu said with a smile, "Nothing to worry about. Carry on." Ryu nodded as a silent response to Lee as she put her arm around his shoulder. Her softness was felt all around him as she seemed to hug him closely. "G-got it," Ryu said with a small blush. With the preparations ready, Ryu and Lee were cast up into the air as Vienna flew them out of the labyrinth. Ryu closed his eyes only for a moment as the wind force blew back his black hair. He caught a glimpse of Lee as he put his head down somewhat. "Heh, now that was cute," Ryu said softly as he heard Lee yelp. It was probably inaudible as the gale force from their flight masked most of the sounds Ryu could hear.
They arrived at their destination shortly as Ryu hit the ground. "Thank you, Miss Astos," Ryu said back as the teacher went off. Lee had grown quite quiet after that, probalby due to the awkward positioning the two were in. He let Lee stand on her own and smiled reassuringly at her. "Everything alright?" Ryu asked unsure if something had happened. Part of him wanted to keep Lee in his arms, but he knew that was simply naive thinking. Already thinking of where to go next Ryu didn't quite wait for a response. "So... now where should we-," Ryu began before suddenly being hugged by Lee. Her warm embrace caught Ryu off guard as he blushed deeply feeling her soft touch upon his body. "D-don't...," Ryu began clearing his throat as he returned the hug and wrapped his arms around her, "Don't mention it." The hug only lasted a brief moment as Lee pulled away. Ryu smiled nervously at her as he scratched his cheek in confusion. "So... what now?" Ryu asked desperate to break the awkwardness.

LEE.N.KLee had a look of relief settle on her face; her nerves weren't as tense anymore, giving her an opportunity to think clearly. "We could-"
LEE.N.K"WE?!" Parrot flung the flap open and sat in the rectangular box, staring down Ryu with grave eyes, a fearsome expression indeed. But, that expression on a bunny was, well, quite cute. It was hilarious. One would never be able to take him seriously. He was just so round and fluffy. "I may approve of you for now, Ryu, but if you hand around that much, I think we'll have a problem!"
LEE.N.KMentally slapping the pet, Lee sighed. "I think the reason I can't make friends isn't because of me but... because of you." She glared at the poor thing before returning her gaze onto the boy in front of her. "It's about lunch time, right?"

Ryu looked back at Lee as she began to speak her mind. However, the moment was a little different than he had expected as Parrot popped his head out and gave his two cents. "Heh, I got it I got it," Ryu smiled as he was glad everything went back to the way it was, "Awws, and here I thought you and I hit it off so well." The young boy chuckled as he petted Parrot somewhat, seeing as his bunny expression was just too cute. The small banter between Lee and Parrot was quite amusing as Ryu found. "Ah, that's right," Ryu replied, "Let's go to the cafeteria. I'm starving." His stomach grumbled somewhat as the battle he had with his clone cube was more tiring than he had previously thought. Unknown to Lee and Parrot, Ryu's appetite wasn't quite normal seeing as his powers required the fuel of something much more than his own. "Shall we?" Ryu asked as he lead the way with a school map from his pack.

LEE.N.KLee couldn't hold back her grinning lips as Ryu pet Parrot. She was glad he was playful with the runt.
LEE.N.KHe said "let's".... He puffed and pouted. The bunny was just too used to the idea of it just being him and his master. Never had she really gotten along so well with others- besides back home, but that was another story. Parrot hadn't even been with her much during those fond memories. He watched her nod in agreement and walk alongside Ryu, heading for the cafeteria. It was relieving to see his school map. She would remember to ask him where he got it later.

Ryu smiled a little seeing as Parrot wasn't fully accepting of him. Just as well, trust is hard to build, but easily broken. Turning his school map around some more, Ryu found a direct route to the cafeteria. "This way," Ryu said as he took the lead. The trio left the labyrinth without a second thought as now food was the major priority. Ryu wasn't sure what to do with the sugar cube he still carried, but he figured perhaps it could be useful to him later on. "Maybe i can train it to do all my work for me," Ryu thought, "Nah, it'd probably rebel and get me into trouble."
