He can cause ice to thicken or thin under a persons feet. Thus causing them to slip or fall through depending on the situation. He's been known to dump snow off overhangs and tree's onto peoples heads. Thankfully he hasn't the strength to cause an avalanche. I'm sure his goddess would punish him for that.
