 Kagome Higurashi Kagome watched as they neared the large mountain and when they entered the dark tunnel Kagome gripped the fake Inuyasha's sleeves tightly. Fear coursing through her as she dreaded meeting this dragon, although he'd been lonely he was still a dragon and she had no idea what his personality was like. as she sat in his arms she felt her muscles in her legs cramping and she sighed slightly before asking, "So do you feel any pain right now?'
This was her way to figure out if Inuyasha was hurt at the moment, she could only hope that he was alright since they were worlds apart. Kagome shifted uncomfortably in his arms and looked to the flames that now lines their path, relaxing a little but still as tense as could be.

A Shadow Shape Shifter || NPC ~_~_~_~_~_~_~ They soon reached a huge and vast cavern, so huge that one could probably fit the statue of Liberty in it with much room to spare. it is dark, save for light coming in through holes in the cavern walls from the outside. bright moonlight come in. there seems to be a home set up off to the side maybe a 3 room house. a large pool of moonlight eluminated the entire hut and what appeared to be a garden of soft glow in the dark plants. The rest of cavern seems very dark. Kagome asked him if he is feeling any pain now. He narrowed his eyes for a moment to consider and finally shook his head. "No." ~_~_~_~_~_~_~  States:

 PaarthinathxMoments after the fake inuyasha confirmed that he is in no pain and therefore Inuyasha is also in no pain, there is a deep exhale of breath of something very big hidden in the darkest part of the cavern. A moment later a deep rumbling sound like distant thunder and scraping sounds. "Who is it? Who has come to my domain...?" the voice is deep and rumbled in the air. Fake Inuyasha had set kagome down on her feet and faced the darkness, "Paarthinathx, Lord Takahashi calls upon your dept for what is owed." Hearing this the scraping sounds grew louder as the ground itself trembled as if under a great weight.
Then out of the darkness into the nearest pool of moonlight did a huge monsterous form come into view, it is indeed a black beast. Its head and back seemed to be made up of spikes and horns. The dragon has powerful hind legs but no front arms, its arms are instead its wings with 2 powerful talons at the wing joints acting as fingers. The dragons eyes were a deep orange and its breath is shimmering with strong heat. The dragon swung its great head to the side regarding them with one orange eye, its breathing deep and slightly harsh.

Kagome Higurashi Kagome was relieved when he said that at the moment he wasn't feeling any pain, but her relief turned to fear as the large beast crept from the shadows. With its deep orange gaze focused upon her and the false Inuyasha, oh how she wished she could turn and flee from this place at this very moment.
Kagome forced herself to look at the giant beast though and hide her fear, she now knew though that she was going to have to make the best of this for she could not escape him. She listened as the dragon spoke but she was too frightened to answer and she wasn't coming here by choice anyway so she'd leave it up to the shade to answer. Kagome did however wriggle out of his arms so that she was standing on her own two feet, which buckled because the muscles in her legs had fallen asleep. She nearly fell to her knees but she caught herself and stood tall and proud.

A Shadow Shape Shifter || NPC ~_~_~_~_~_~_~ Is aware of Kagome's discomfort and is surprised that she is willing to show a brave face to the large dragon before them. He had told her that the dragon is not as fearcesom as she might believe. He is still dangerous but isn't quite considered 'Evil'. He faced Paarthanixth and said, "The favor that you owe is to simply allow myself and my charge to stay in your lair, and to protect the lady from those who would seek her." that seemed to make the real Inuyasha seem like the enemy but for now this is just orders. When the dragon asked why is it that he must do this favor. Inuyasha would then explain the reason as very simply: "My master is useing this woman as bait to lure in the half-dog of whome which i represent. The goal is to get his fang to complete a deal with Lord Sesshomaru. A trap is laid at his fortress to recieve the heros, we hope to seperate the companions from the half-breed, then guide him to this place. It seems fitting that you, oh Paarthinaxth should test his worthiness for this maiden."

Paarthinathx The dragon heard the shade and rumbled as he considered the favor. Something so simple would complete is det with the black dog? It seems to be so simple and disbelievable. That the black dog would be interested in a human maiden's safety. It is well known that the black dog dispises humans, and only uses the most pretty ones as slaves while slaugtering the rest for his daily bread. "Why? What reason would the black dog have for protecting this woman?" The dragon rumbled, suscpicon in his deep voice. He narrowed his orange eyes on the woman and breathed in her scent. It is obvious that this woman is a Priestess, though her full potential has yet to be recognized. "Why would the black dog have interest in even an Apprentice Priestess? What is the catch Sha'fere of the Shades. You have the flesh of a half-dog welp. Explain." He will not deal favors without knowing the reason behind it. It is obvious by the favor alone that he is being used as a blade and as a sheild. For this he will learn the reason why.
When the fake inuyasha spoke of the plan, that this young maiden is bait to get a dog's fang from the the half-breed, and that his part in this is to test the hanyou when he should come to his mountain alone. "hrmmmm....So be it. I will test the worth of this welp when he comes..."

Kagome Higurashi Kagome listened as the two spoke and let out a small sigh, realizing that there was really nothing that she could do to help Inuyasha. She slowly wandered over to the small hut but instead of going inside she took a seat on a soft patch of grass in the garden. She stared, fixated upon a plant as she trailed her fingers the grass upon the ground beneath her.
She listened as the two spoke, just in case she did somehow get another chance to talk to Inuyasha before he arrived. At least then he could be aware of what waited for him. Kagome let out a loud sigh as she flopped onto her back and stared at the ceiling of the cave, wondering that if she'd stayed home another day if all of this could have been avoided. With a small sigh Kagome closed her eyes and just listened to everything.

A Shadow Shape Shifter || NPC ~_~_~_~_~_~_~ Once the deal is settled, there is a great rush of wind as the dragon rose up on its hind legs and spread its awesome wingspan to launch himself up through one of the many larger holes in the moutain side to fly outside to go hunting enough for his own big appitite and to bring back something for his guests. Once the dragon had left, fake Inuyasha turned and approached Kagome where she had settled down in the garden area. "This hut comprises of 2 rooms, a main room for cooking and storage and a second room is a bedroom for any mortal sized guests in Paarthinathx's Lair." He gestured at the hut then with a grunt sat down against a tree trunk to watch her idly.

 Sayu descended from the sky into the Southern Lands. She had gone to the nearest cattle barn to the barrier. Entering the building, she saw a couple youkai come after her. Spreading her wings, she sent feathers at them, pinning them to walls but not harming them... too much. "You are vigilant. A half breed will be coming this way. You will allow him passage but his companions that travel with him you may destroy." The leader of the cattle barn snarled. "Who are we to take orders from you?" Forming a whip, she lashed him. "You will lest I decide you die." The leader shuddered and then bowed his head. "Of course Milady." Turning, the feathers faded into dust as she left the room. Taking to the skies once more, she checked in with her copy cat. It was still in the northern lands. Satisfied, she head to her next destination. She wouldn't face them outright. Their passage would be very difficult though. Koto moved to the doors. Packs were placed near the door. Lifting one onto his back, he glanced at the others. "Grab a pack and lets get moving. The days are quicker here. For every two days here, one day passes in your world. We need to move quickly." Glancing at Rin, he sent a soft smile. "You have no need to worry. You will be back in your body at nightfall here in the Shadow Realm. We will be in the barrier, safe from harm till we stop for the night." Moving out the door, he set off at a easy trot.
Inuyasha grunted as he helped Sango on to his back. He didn't like this but it was necessary. It felt uncomfortable. Grabbing a pack, he held it in his arms. Sango would have enough knowledge to hold on to his back and not fall off. He could feel her legs tighten around his waist as she held on tighter to his shoulders. Taking off after Koto, he soon caught up and loped slightly behind him and to the side.

Kagome Higurashi Kagome glanced over at the two as they worked out a deal and when they were done speaking she watched the dragon take off. Her flowing locks of hair framed her face as she simply stared upward, listening to everything around her as she simply hoped that Inuyasha would make it here safely so that she could go home and so that she could see him again. Kagome ran her fingers over the ground not even bothering to pay the fake Inuyasha any mind as he spoke. Now that she was trapped here she was furious with him and would have nothing to do with him.

 Sango the Demon Slayer Sango carefully climbed onto Inuyasha's back feeling rather unstable on him compared to Kirara. Where as she used to sit upon Kirara's back there was support beneath her but with Inuyasha she had nothing beneath her and was forced to rely on his strength as well as her own to keep from falling. Sango glanced to the rest of the group and watched ahead as they made their way in their search for Kagome. If she still had of had her shards then Sango could have been able to assist a bit with her limited ability to sense shards but she now had Kagome's shards in her possession until they found her.

They had been instructed to grab a pack and then catch up, but the pack did not look comfortable. However, it did remind him slightly of that of Kagome's bag. Sliding over his head so that his strap ran across his chest he stood still for a moment to adjust his weight with the addition of the pack. Grabbing an extra pack for Touga he grabbed the kid and placed him on his back before running forwards. There was no way that the kid would catch up on his own at the pace that they would be moving at. In but minutes he would have caught back up with Inuyasha and Koto. Running besides Inuyasha and Sango who was on his back, he began to sniff the air waiting for the first whiff of Kagome's scent.

•Mine?: Acid Drake Robes & 1 Jewel shard "I have been alone for as long as I can remember...why should I start trusting now?" ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ When they had entered into the shadow realm through the gateway, Koto had led them to a bunch of supply kits, they were each to take a kit and follow him through this darker world. Inuyasha took 2 kits, one for him and one for Sango and would then carry the human along with her heavy weapon on his back. Kouga also grabbed 2 kits, and before Touga could comprehend what he was doing, the wolf demon picked him up to settle on the wolf demon's back/shoulders. Touga did on complain but took a tighter hold on Kouga's shoulders and held on as the wolf demon raced to catch up with Inuyasha and Koto. Tsuki and the other wolf demon catching up just as quickly. When they left the building they entered into a world where it is still night time. The sky is full of stars and the only other lights in the sky is moonlight from the full moon hanging overhead casting the landscape is pale white light. Most plants seemed to glow in the dark, and the ground lit up breifly as they touched it and ran along it. It seemed to be a much more alien world then the one they are all used to. Everyone ran at a constant loping pace through the forest due north and west.

A Shadow Shape Shifter || NPC ~_~_~_~_~_~_~ As Kagome ignored him, Inuyasha's clone closed his eyes and meditated, listening to the woman's breathing and heart beat, to the sounds of water dripping in the cavern and slight scraping sound. He could smell Kagome's scent and the scent of cold water and moss in the cavern, the wood and plants in the garden. He felt a distant weight on his shoulders, and after a few more minutes, a new awareness blossomed in his mind, a presence linking him to the real Inuyasha. Far to the east and south of here. Before the most he'd be able to connect with the hanyou is weather or not he is in physical pain. But now he could almost hear a whisper of the hanyou's thoughts, and beyond the scents and sounds around him, this clone could now smell and hear faded scents and sounds that no other could.
The faded scent of tropical jungles, of wolves and a fox and even another hanyou, the sounds of their swift loping pace through the jungle. Just as this clone sences these faded scents and sounds and could almost hear Inuyasha's thoughts, so can Inuyasha scent distant, faded scents and sounds of what the clone senses. He would be able to pick up the shadow of a trace of Kagome's scent but would not be anywhere near her. This link works in this way, the closer the clone is to the real thing the more their minds sync with one another. The closer he gets to his clone he would soon be able to see visions through the clones eyes and hear or smell the enviorment around the clone and in vice versa. "So it begins...tch, lets see...3 wolves, a fox, 2 humans, a cat, and another half-breed. I wonder how well they will play in this game of cat and mouse." He would comment aloud without opening his eyes, He would be able to keep a running comentary for kagome by what he can get from his link with Inuyasha.
