Auri watched as her little morsel grew. "This stuff must have a lot of protein..." she said with mouth agape as her teruu grew the the size of a golem.
"This isn't supposed to happen is it?..."
The teruu was angry. Maybe the food had given him an upset tummy. Auri wasn't sure nor did she care at the moment. All she knew was that now was the time to move!
The teruu lunged at Auri, but it seemed to have trouble seeing past his new easy bake helmet. Auri pushed off her fuzzy attacker causing it to stumble and scrape a knee on the rough sand.

The teruu got back to his feet and swiped at Auri blindly. He completely missed and ended up back to the ghoul.
Auri retaliated with a swift kick to the rear. "Take that, jerk!"

The teruu danced around trying to hold it bruised bottom. It adjusted the oven on it's head finally giving it a view.
"Baby got a booboo?!" she taunted at the beast.
It came at Auri with a low sweep catching her in the side.
"OOF!"
She punched him in the arm that had just swung at her, forcing him to step back. Her golden fistprint still visible on it's fur.
Auri hadn't been in a real fight since JD had left home, and it was showing. The teruu landed a good hit, she couldn't let him keep at her like that. "Come on fuzzbucket! You've got more than that? My girlly brother hit's harder!"
The teruu was starting to show he was hurt. It took heavy breaths and growled in a low rumble.

Auri was still a bit winded from the last hit, but she went in for a quick shin kick. It only grazed the beast and it retaliated with a thump on the top of Auri's head
"OWW oww oww oww oww!" she yelled as she jumped back from the monster.
Auri was getting a little scuffed up, but the teruu was looking tired. A couple more good hits and she would be done with him.

Auri ran for her tray and slapped the teruu up side the head. Sending both the monster's head and Auri's hands stinging.
"Yow! Ok, not my best idea." she said through grimaced teeth.
Little had changed from the last round, she barley made a dent.

The treuu was still ringing in the ears and flailing about. Auri took this chance to get in a quick bop on the oven helmet again and jump back to ready for another attack.
The teruu was looking pretty beat up at this point.
"You ready to give up cupcake?!" she laughed at the beast.

Angenora was astonished that he little terru began to eat her food without any problems. Until it began to make a humming sound which was followed by other terrus humming as well. She watched as her terru began to morph and mutate from her food. She frowned lightly before giving it a swift kick to the head. Even thought it hurt her slightly, she felt strong.

Angenora was kinda saddened by how weak this terru was. She gave another swift kick to the head, moving away before it could inflict damage.

Auri jumped back and bopped him on the oven again, this wasn't working too well. It was taking forever to go down!
In a last ditch effort the teruu began to spin wildly and knocked Auri clean off her feet.
"GAHH!" she slid across the sand. "WHY YOU BIG STUPID SHELLRAT! GO DOWN ALREADY!"
Auri clothes were starting to get torn from the fight. These we expensive, and Auri was starting to get mad.
The teruu looked like he was about to pass out. It wobbled on each food trying to stay upright.

JD watched the little creature as it ate from the tray, finally climbing fully into the oven to nose around for scraps. His eyelids felt heavy, surely it would be ok to-
The sudden humming noise interrupted his brief nap. What the...? He shrieked a little as his teruu suddenly grew in size and advanced toward him ominously. Skittering backward, he just managed to stay out of reach, kicking the creature and flipping it on it's side. It righted itself with an angry hiss.

Genora was finally able to tame her terru, but she did get like a scratch or two from the fight. She felt so much stronger after the trials, but had a feeling it was just a test. She picked up the beaten terru with a smile. " Seems that food didn't like your tummy very much." She said to it sweetly before taking a seat with it in her lap.

The creature lumbered over to Auri and made a weak attempt to grab her. Auri stepped back out of it's advance and punched it square in the nose. "JERK!" she yelled as it toppled over unconscious. She bent down and took the small oven from atop his head and placed it over hers. Auri put one foot on the ferrtles' crown and stood over her victory as the borrowed cloak flapped in the cool valley breeze. Today was a fine victory! The beast shrunk down to his old size and lay there. She threw the oven to the ground, grabbed her teruu by the tail, and walked over to the students who had succeeded in not pissing their little companions off. She slumped down in the sand for the time being. "I wonder If the meat is tender now. I did give it a good whooping," she said as she contemplated what the best way to cook it might be. There had to be a good bit of meat on those bones.  Auri 20, Teruu -2

((Attacking Reiko's/Song's Teruu) Apparently this was what was supposed to be happening, as Alex witnessed with a look of mock horror upon his face. After all of that work, after two days of toiling away in the almost unbearable heat, after forcing himself to put the tray of food in the hot oven, this was apparently to be his award; A strange creature, darting into his oven and gobbling up everything Alex had worked so hard to prepare, only to waddle out again, looking almost smug and content as it crawled towards the zomboil. It's suddenly chubby belly was hanging low towards the ground, it's nose twitching slightly as it neared Alex, crawling into his lap and curling up as though to sleep. Was that it? Had he really performed all that he needed to just by cooking a meal that some creature he did not even recognize would enjoy? He had to smile down at the furry yet strange creature in his lap, reaching down to give it a scratch behind the ears which was apparently more then welcome as the teruu let out a small sound of contentment. Well, that had certainly been easy! Alex had a glance around at the other students, even as he continued to stroke the teruu that had placed itself in his lap. It became quite apparent fairly quickly that things were not at all okay in all of the cases concerning the teruu, Faintly, Alexander heard a comment made by the teacher, but at the moment, all of his attention was focused on the teruu that were suddenly growing, expanding so that the ovens that were once emcompassing them were now merely hats sitting upon their heads. "What the jack..." Alex muttered, even as he began to rise from his sitting position, the more then content teruu in his own lap tumbling to the sand. His eyes were locked on the giant teruu nearest to him, that of the ghost ghoul Reiko's. He could not have the ghoul being harmed, not after everything she had done for him this week, not for putting up with messages from an anxious boilfriend in the middle of the night. He made his way over, his face one of cool determination as his lip curled back in a silent snarl against the mutant teruu, just before he struck, lunging forward at the creature, throwing his entire six foot one body against it in an attempt to disable it and knock it to the ground. HP: 40/40
