Through the ringing, Jerry heard a muffled voice, glancing over his shoulder back to Sasha to catch the tail end of her question, "Huh? Oh! Oh, yeah, I'm fine! And Clarice brought us Pizza too! Er... do you think we can just help ourselves?" Hopefully... it wasn't nepharious pizza, and there mostly to keep their stamina up, right? "Before, maybe you could help hand it out?" He seemed desperate for something to do. Maybe that would help give the guy some direction? He smiled encouragingly, although there were no sign of paper plates.

Julie was crazy. Absolutely crazy, and there was definitely no doubt about that.

Having forgotten her phone back in her room (way to go, Evie!), Eva hadn't noticed the text from Julie until the "repairs" were already well under way. By the time she made it to the kitchen at a run, she was greeted by a kitchen that had already been thoroughly destroyed.

...

"Guys. What happened to the walls."

Wilson had been working on destroying the kitchen floor the entire time, okay. His RPer had not just slept through the entire thing it’s all a figment of your imagination, okay. He actually did things.

He wasn’t sure why they were attempting to demolish the kitchen even further. It had already been destroyed rather badly before, so what was the point of practically reducing it to rubble? Maybe Julie wanted to rebuild the entire thing from scratch, or maybe Julie was crazier than Wilson thought she was. It was probably the later. The kitchen was probably ‘sadder’ than it was previously. Poor room, but at least they had finished with their ‘cleaning.’ His weapon mentally prodded him. [That Jewel person mentioned a surprise, right?] Hope it’s not horrible. Wilson thought of Allan’s Kon backpack.

…No.

Wilson looked over at Ami. “That uh, was an interesting ‘mission’ I suppose.” He shrugged. He grinned when Eva arrived and waved at her. “Julie had us destroy them.” He still didn’t completely know why.

Rep's attention as soon as the floor was done, turned to the pizza. It was amazing how fast food could smell like /food of the gods/ when you'd been on rations and cold sandwiches for what felt like forever. Besides, Clarice had brought it, that meant stuff was generally, as a rule, legit.

He was just loathe to help himself in case that crazy Julie lady got involved.

Well, they were just an efficient group, now weren't they? However, Cass seemed content to keep her weapon summoned and make a small face, looking ready for something else to just jump out and be ready to attack them.

Like a linoleum monster.

She was absolutely and seriously ready for that to end up happening.

That pizza smelled AMAZING right now. Her favorite food was french onion soup, but pizza? Oh my god did that sound good right now. Especially after pretty much destroying the kitchen.

"I dunno, that wasn't too hard. Didn't you say Julie was a bit ...," she looked around and lowered her voice, "Crazy?" Really, for someone who was reportedly crazy, the mission wasn't hard at all. Destroy a few walls? Not bad at all. Especially not compared to the mission with the sun leader. Or the artic mission. Ugh.

A girl came in, and Wilson waved. Ami immediately shrunk back, feeling a bit awkward. She wasn't very good at making friends; she preferred to be an epicurean about her friends- pick out the good ones and keep them, throw the rest away. Sure it left her a little lonely some nights, but it was better to have very few select people who knew your secrets.

Instead she just let Wilson talk to Eva. He'd introduce her if it mattered enough.

Eva perked up as she spotted Wilson, lifting a hand in greeting as she moved towards him. His answer to her question didn't surprise her, but it did earn a wry smile.

"And I assume she didn't tell anyone why she wanted the kitchen demolished?" The girl laughed, sounding not in the least surprised by this "mission". She already found it quite clear that Julie had strange ideas, along with the fact that the girl was, in fact, quite...terrifying when she wanted to be.

...Like that time they had found her chopping up minipets. That had been...y-yeah. Eva shuddered a little at the memory.

Shaking the thought away, she turned to look at Ami then, lifting her brows. A grin spread across her lips as she crossed her arms, looking back to Wilson with an expectant look on her face. "Well, Wilson? Not going to introduce us?"

He laughed a bit, though it wasn't really a happy laugh. "No, but in breaking this s**t apart, we still are going to have to rebuild." Looking at Julie he shook his head. "If anything, take it as a lesson in 'how crazy can a hunter be'. If she has a plan, or this is just some kind of prank is yet to be seen." He remembered his promotion mission.

Having Gale resume his sleeping position in him Marcus wasn't sure how to wake him up. He didn't mind the fact Gale was tired. Or half sleeping on him. But- It was 'technically' a mission. "Gale. Gale I will carry you around like you're five." He'd do it. "Also your pants are undone and you're flashing the girls." This was, 100% untrue. Marcus was just trying scare tactics to wake him up. Still, they had dismantled just about everything, but- Yeah. Yeah they hadn't build s**t. Marcus didn't know how they would at this point, so he just went to move the rubble and refuse into piles for actual clean up later on.

"Hm-hmm..." Julie watched as the demolition part began, absently ducking a few pieces of crumbling rock and debris. The walls and kitchen floor had effectively been shattered to charred rubble around them, an upgrade from their current status. The good news was that it meant there was room, plenty of room to expand the kitchen.

The bad news was they had sort of destroyed the floor, and while at first, this might have appeared safe and a great idea, when the floor actually began crumbling and collapsing entirely, instead of what the general public was hoping to be piping and maybe some solid ground, underneath was instead a black vortex that was slowly growing into a large circular cavernous abyss right under the trainees.

The good news was that for some reason, despite the black abyss right under their feet they were standing on a seemingly invisible floor right on top of it. Who knew that Deus Ex Machina came with invisible floors? Well it was a very good thing because if trainees looked down, as in really looked down, they would notice that the black abyss right under their feet probably lead to one of the underground caves, the ones that were notorious for keeping some of the more experimental creatures, though the drop itself was questionable as to how far underground this particular underground potentially experimental creature cave was.

Nonetheless, this was not Julie's problem as she walked over towards the table and picked up her shield, de-summoning it.

De-summoning it.

De-summo-

- The trainees dropped like a rock down into the black abyss right under their feet.

OOC: THE CAVE BELOW

- After the nice long fall down the rabbit hole, trainees may have noticed, other than the glow of their weapons, it is really dark. In fact, where on earth are they? The cavernous walls seem to stretch quite a way upwards, unscalable, which means the only option would to unfortunately, either wait for help, or attempt to pick a path outwards. The dark however, makes it very hard to see where they are or if, they should seperate, especially since well -

- Who knows what is waiting for them if they walk further?

- There also seem to be strange noises, the audible clatter of something rustling against the ground, a low series of growls, the scrape of metal against... well, that's just their imagination... right?

Yeah, that gut feeling as to why Cass hadn't desummoned Nicoemus? This. This right here was exactly why that had been. For a moment, she'd almost scaled the nest tallest person near her. A small moment. However, that didn't last for very long as she realized there was something like a floor underneath them even while staring down into the black abyss.

She tapped her foot against it experimentally.

"Well, that's not too baa
aaaa
aaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaa
aaaaaad....
GODDAMMIT JULIE!!"

It felt like she was falling for quite a long while, actually, frowning more and more as the abyss seemed to go downwards.

Just to hit something solid and stone-y, butt first with a loud "OUCH!!", laying there for only a moment before she realized that getting up and out of the way was an option.

"Rep? Marcus? Ofelia? How are we doing?" she called out.

Ami had just been waiting quietly when WOOSH there went the ground.

This was like a terrible (in Ami's opinion) eminem song. OH, THERE GOES GRAVITY, OH, SHE'S SO MAD, BUT SHE-

But she has her hand on Eva's boob.

Wait what.

After plummeting to the ground at break neck speed, Ami had groggily opened her eyes to find herself crouched over Eva's body, though how she was positioned was unavailable information to her. All she knew was that as soon as she had pushed herself up, something wasn't right. The ground wasn't squishy under Deus Ex, was it?

Holy s**t. "Oh my god," Ami said, flinging her hand off Eva, "I am so sorry." A cherry red blush crept across her face, and wasn't leaving any time soon. She heaved herself off Eva and began looking around for where Junpei had landed.

< Over here. >

Real descriptive Jumpy.

< Junpei. To your left, Ami. >

Her eyes immediately found the glowing yellow ruins, and she picked her glaive up off the ground, glad that it hadn't skewered anyone on the way down. < By the way, I totally saw that. >

Ami's face officially couldn't get redder.

When he'd woken up this morning, Rep had been expecting nothing much unremarkable. When he'd gotten to the kitchen he'd really and honestly thought it was just some tedious renovation work.

He should have known better. This was Deus.

So when he found himself standing on what seemed to be a glass floor he was mildly perturbed but ultimately grateful, figuring it was just some other weird aspect of this ******** up island.

"So, looks like its all done how about that piz AAHHHHHHH"

Mid way through his sentence the floor dropped like a stone leaving them stranded in the blackness beneath. He even got to watch the cooling pizzas drop down with them, almost in slow motion. Okay he was hungry, it had a very..focusing effect. They just weren't meant to have good things here.

As he summoned Tracey to use the faint red light of his runes to try and see what the hell was going on, he spotted a fallen slice of pizza, picking it up in his free hand. Okay they were ********, that was probably a given. But at least he had dusty pizza. He'd eaten pizza off worse floors.

So he tucked in. Let other people decide what they were going to do about this s**t. He'd hit things when he had to.

"Ah'm here. Are ya okay, Cass?" Ofelia never had problems finding things in the dark due to her love of playing in it as a kid. As soon the ground had given way beneath her she'd giggled like a child during the fall, not so much during the landing, and when everything was said and done she heard her name and had responded properly. "Looks like we not gonna get ta eat the pizza after all, huh?" Her legs and butt hurt from the fall but not enough to really stop her from moving.

The teen was still so creepy chipper despite the tumble and everything else, and she summoned her weapon to light the area. Both of her hands glowed, reminding her of someone with super powers, and as Ofelia made her way to Cass's side she was making 'pew pew pew' noises just for the hell of it.

Pizza pizza there was PIZZA. Robert had come down on the refreshments like a vulture, and managed to miss out on the actual 'clean-up' as he impressed anyone close by with just how much he could shove in his mouth at once. He'd barely managed to swallow when the floor disappeared underneath them, but they were still standing, so he felt safe enough to back away. He took one, two, three steps back towards the door, but something told him he wasn't going to make it; so he stared at it mournfully, and pouted as he waved goodbye.

The floor gave out underneath him, and he fell like a stone.

"OH MY ******** MY a** HURTS."

Harrison was all for removing bad tile. But doing it with swords, axes, and guns...he stepped uneasily towards the door. It was a miracle at this point nobody was getting shot. Chunks of ceiling crashed into the quickly-disappearing floor.

He looked longingly at the pile of real food Clarice had left, but there was probably a reason there weren't any real Moons outside of the division assistant around.

Maybe he just oughta...

He ran into an invisible barrier, and feeling a chill, turned around to touch the seemingly-empty doorway. What...what the hell...

The floor was quickly becoming a gaping abyss, and when the last of the flooring crumbled away and Julie retrieved her shield, Harrison plummeted with it.

B0nez cushioned the fall, muttering something about legs, and Harrison summoned him to get a better look at where they landed. He couldn't tell if the shuffling was other trainees or something else.

Was anybody hurt? He scowled. He hoped somebody was, bunch of dumb shits. They should have stuck with the broken pickaxes.
