Mysterious Box of Mystery Awesome, guys. Thank so much for checking in and I hope we all learn a lot about the different types of cancers this month. It'd be great if you guys came around and mingled with the awareness-raising community here as well. Although I don't know if it's likely to happen, it'd be awesome if Team Blue wins the Most Spirited Team thingy thingy. ^o^ Also, contests on the first page~ ^__~

I'd like to welcome all of our new members and I'll update the front page with Ayame's points and the names of our new team members sometime when I get home.
I'm actually at Texas Children's Hospital right now, one of the best Children's hospitals in the world. Something that caught my eye and left me in awe was that when I pulled up, they had a fence COVERED in blue ribbons. Just covered in blue awareness ribbons. I'll take some pictures when I go back downstairs but it just left me speechless for a moment. It has a sign saying that it was for Child Abuse Awareness month which is apparently also going on. I still thought that a wall of blue awareness ribbons appearing before me was still remarkable. I'm in the heart of the Houston Medical Center, a place that houses some of the leading hospitals in cancer medicine and research and durring the Daffodil Movement seeing a wall covered in blue ribbons. I just can't stop thinking about it. I defiantly need to snag a few pictures. Also I need to see if I can get a ribbon.

I re-sized the photos so that they aren't nearly as big as they were before. I still have the full-size though, if anyone wants to use them for anything. First, a broad picture of as much of the wall as I could fit in one picture. Now, the two banners on the wall... (I kept the one a little big as to make it easier to read...)

Sux to have cancer in the butt, no~? =(Yeah, but there's nothing we could do sad No! There is! That's why we're here. We provide a support group for them and raise awareness to make sure people who might have them would know what it is and know what to do. Colon cancer is curable but it's also lethal so if people keep ignoring it, it could cause death sad
