"If the criminal is allowed to continue doing the crimes that got them thrown away for, it is the justice systems problem. We just capture them and throw them back in. If it's one thing I've learned is that we have no right to judge these people. I've come across criminals who have stolen to protect their families. Criminals who do things, out of the goodness in their heart, or fear of who have threatened their lives if they did not play the bad guy. That and to be honest with my new friend I have learned a lot more in 2,000 years of my life than what your friend Arell could have learned in... what 30-40 years?"
Kai sat down looking at her injured hand once more.

Crystal landed the Batjet outside of Vegas where it wouldn't be easily spotted. She then got out and took her bike out of where she placed it and pulled her tablet out of her jacket. She pressed a few places on the screen and called Dundee. "Dun! Where is he? I'm gonna kick his scaley a**."

"Y'know for trying to convince me my own kin is an a*****e, petty insults ain't he- oh, hang on." Dundee said and opened his Cell phone to Crystal.
"Well, hey, Crys'. I would highly suggest trying the desert about . . . oh I dunno, he just left. I'd give him about five-ten miles from main drag. I'm also sensing he's going off primal instinct at this point. Congrats, he's about to go medieval on some corporate scuzzbag's a** . . . " he said, before pausing . . . this . . . this was gonna be interesting. "Wait . . . I got an idea." he paused . . . thinking for a minute, almost as if he thought back to a memory. Then he looked up at Kai and at the phone.
"Crystal, Kai . . . we can use this situation to our advantage. I'm gonna trace Arell's location via his computer and triangulate a possible vantage point for the rescue to take place. Crystal, Kai, I'm gonna need you two to get the rest of the guys out there immediately. We gotta hurry so that the less innocents get hurt, the better. Since y'all have the ability to do more, Kai, I need you to start getting peeps together to help evacuate. Crystal, instead of trying to take on a mad gunman, I highly suggest trying to talk him down first . . . AND DO NOT LET HIM CHANGE OUT OF HUMAN FORM!!! He slips outta that, we're all ********> Dundee said, taking control of the situation. Arell's gonna hate me for this, but this is for his own good. he thought.
"I'll have a beacon out to his location and be on my way out in about three minutes." he said and hung up the phone, typing frantically.

Kai glared at Dundee a little and waited for the conversation to end before nodding a little. After a moment of Dundee typing frantically Kai stood up and walked around looking at the monitor.
"Sounds like a brilliant plan except for the fact that you want me to go back to I.O. And it's a great Idea to sound all serious and plotting in a Hotel lobby, even one as big as this."
She purposefully picked at his plan to get a reaction, something that she could comment back to or add to her point of view.

Dundee smirked and looked up at Kai. "You don't have to STAY there, hon. Once the evacuation gets cookin' and hot-head's contained, we're pretty much done . . . unless you wanna see Arell punch me in the face." he said in a deadpan voice. Then he looked up at her. "Well, it could be worse. I usually do this sorta thing in an airstream trailer, hon. Not all of us have fancy caves."
"Wait, THIS IS DUNDEE?!? What happened to the idiot? He's thinkin' like a BAT here!!"
Shush! Remember, it coulda been YOU that got sent to IO. Matter of fact, I'm starting to think that if this feud goes on, that might not be so bad an idea.
"Psssshhh!! I'm about to go kick Savage's a**, then Fat Boy's a** . . . then go swat a psycho gunman upside the head for what he's doin'. Trust me. Nothing outside of a SAW trap would scare me."
Not even having to listen to the Black Veil Brides on a loop for three hours?
"You, sir . . . are sick. That's unconstitutiona- wait, go up a few posts. Did Dun' just kiss Kai?"
Yeah? What's that have to do with anything?
"Nothing . . . except I forsee a whole lotta ******** goin' on up in here. Gotta say though, they make a good couple!"

"I'm not going period. I think you've forgotten about the crystal that was pulled out of my wrist. I was able to do a lot, but now. I'm weaker than a human being and I don't know about you... but sending in someone in such a state to a base like that is not a good idea."
Kai looked at Dundee with a deadpan stare as well.
"It is a good idea however if you want to send a 'civilian' in to a suicide mission."

Dundee paused, and then sighed. "Alright then. I'll go do it. You rest and kinda guide us from here on the laptop. I trust you . . . but right now, don't think of it as suicide. I know Arell better than that. He just needs proper guidance." he said. Getting up to his feet, he handed Kai the laptop and gave her a hug.
"I do believe you and I need to talk later. Preferably if I live. If not . . . well I'm sorry for not getting the words out." he said, pulling a bluetooth device and putting it in his ear.

"I already KNOW where he is. My idiot brother's dressed like Clint Eastwood in the middle of the damn desert. Right now, that's not important." Dundee said. "A few clicks and he's got no targets or navigation." he said.
"Or, you could always give him a migrane 'til he caves in. Trust me, I know what I'm doing." Dundee said as he walked out of the hotel . . . then paused.
Okay, maybe I DON'T . . . I still don't even know where that place IS!!! he thought. Shaking it off, he started walking.

"Goodie- Giving Arell a headache... and when he asks I will just shrug and say 'wasn't me' "
Shrugs and then gets to the computer sitting in the lobby. Kai picked a particular spot in the lobby after Dundee left to protect the screen from being visible to any of the security cameras. "one, two, three..." She counted looking around the place. They had cameras spread everywhere. Of course she was quickly able to establish a blind spot where she could hang out with Dundee's laptop.

Around that time, a symbol that looked like a telephone appeared on the screen. It was Dundee on the line. In truth, he had made it a little further down the street, but it also didn't help that navigational skills . . . was not his forte. After all, he had this down TEXTBOOK, but this was for real.

Kai paused while digging in the computer. She was trying to figure out a way to give Arell the biggest sense of misdirection and a migraine to follow imaginable. "A call?" She thought as the symbol came up. She thought for a moment and what course of action to take before finally deciding to answer the phone.
"Miss me already? Or is Arell not going to IO..."

Dundee smirked. "You're really gonna exploit that idea that I like you? Stay classy. Anyways, I kinda figured it'd be easy for us to work on this if we communicated. I also kinda need directions to there from here." Dundee said with a slight chuckle.
"Although we can still set up the signals when we get there though."

Just as she was talking with Dundee a stranger walked by curious as to what she was doing. He asked her what was happening his faint voice could be heard. Kai held up her reciept to the room she had.
"I need a wifi signal to talk to my friend while we Roleplay... Role playing, live action roleplay."
She explained to the side before the man nodded and left her be.
"Sorry about that Dundee... anyway, Directions-"

"Arell, IO, I find one, I'll find the other." he said with a smirk. Hearing the voice, he was curious, but glad that she cleared him off.
"Not bad. Anyways, there should be a positioning system to triangulate Arell's location to where we are. It's not AS accurate, but with the processor I had, I'm surprised it works. Mind activating it? I'm not gonna be able to see it, but you'll have something to read off if that helps." Dundee asked as he waited.
