Maerchel while chasing Ayah lost track of the girl and ended up at the Harp's river. He walked to a spot where no people was and laid his body on the ground. The black haired young man closed his ears and listen to the flow of water from the river. It had a beautiful sound to it like a harp was being played.
However, a frown appeared on his face as he remembered his hometown. The place had a nearby river were they'll held a fishing contest or take a dip. Maer sighed and pushed the memories aside then covered his closed eyes with his right arm. Letting the darkness engulf his tired consciousness.

 AYAH EVANS Ayah is in the process of getting away from the pervertious neko.. But as soon as she stepped in at the Harp's river.. She froze.. For there at the banks, stood before thee the greatest idiot! Darn!
She was about to turn away when Ayah noticed something.. He's just right there being still and it seems he's busy doing all emo in one place.. What's wrong with him??..
Curious as she can be.. But hell! Why would she darn care?!..

Maerchel was few seconds away from completely dozing off when he sense someone was nearby. He moved his right arm a bit that were covering his eyes and looked at this 'someone'. At first, he only saw blur but the figure was of the girl yet he knew for a one glance that this 'someone' wasn't a enemy. But a friend.
Mel was surprise to the person who stood there as the image become clearer. Ayah?! He thought. He sat up and looked at the girl and said, "Sorry for what I did at the gymnasium. I just really want to know how strong I have become for the past years."

AYAH EVANS She had been discovered.. Ayah prepares herself to kick his arse off but drop it off as soon as he apologize.. Giving out a sigh and looking away, with puffed cheeks.. Then walks right to him and sat beside him... Prideful as she is, Ayah won't give a damn and apologize. It's his fault anyway!
"R-right.... And why do you want to know your capabilities then? Do you think challenging me would be able to measure your true strength?" Ugh.. Men are really a bunch of morons, aren't they? They would always cling to the fact of gender discrimination.. Those idiots..
Ayah gave a sigh.. Looking at the river.. Though she felt trembling on that sight.. But preferred not to let him notice about her fear.. "..Besides.. I don't want to hurt you..."

Maerchel looked at Ayah as the girl sat next to him. Hearing her questions, Maer pondered a bit and answered "I don't know myself...But I just want strength...Enough to protect my love ones. Because...I don't want that incident from ever happening again... Even it cost me my life.." with a calm expression as he gazed at the river. But every word Mel said was all true. Every single one of it.
Then, as the girl's words reached his ears. Maerchel smiled and replied "I know...You aren't the type to hurt people without a reason..." looking at Ayah. He picked up a stone then threw it to the river. Making it skip a couple of times before it sank to the water.

AYAH EVANS Ayah huffed and place her chin against the ball of her hand.. Sheez.. Looking back at the river..
"That's it? For protection? I don't see the point... You're stupid.." He doesn't know what he's trying up to.. Stupid jerk.. Flicking his forehead before returning his attention to the water..
"Tch.. pointless.. Do what you want.." She let her body fall backward and rested against the grass, looking at the sky.. Chose not to react on the last part, he sounds so boring..
After a few minutes.. Ayah opened her mouth.. "If you're still insisting to do it... Then... I should keep an eye on you then, more than it should be.."

Maer was deep in though for a moment thinking about the would the fishes in the river would taste like. However, his train of thoughts ended when Ayah flicked his forehead leaving a red mark. The ebony haired youth rubbed the red spot on his forehead and said "I will do what I want anyway and if your planning to keep a close eye at me. You should get ready me hugging you nyaa~" while staring at the girl smiling happily.
Then, Maer instantly turned to his neko form as he saw a school of fish passing by at the river. The neko then with lightning fast speed stripped most of his clothes(excluding his pants) and jumped to the water with a big slash.
After a few moments of swimming around, catching fishes with a spear made of his shadow, Maerchel emerge from the waters of the river with a black spear skewering a dozen of fishes. The neko returned to the land dripping wet and walked and sat next to Ayah.

AYAH EVANS Ayah's brows twitch while seeing Maer turned into a neko once more.. Not again... Those fluffy ears... Darn it! Trying to divert the urge to nibble them.. Why this... Is he really planning to make fun of her?!
She almost crawled away from the bank as a big splash almost reached her.. Dammit!.. Ayah almost trembles, good thing it didn't made contact on her!
"What were you doing?!.." She baps his head.

Maerchel rubbed the place where Ayah smacked him and answered "Fishing. I'm part neko so its pretty much natural for me to 'love' fishes nyaa~" while smiling gleefully due to the haul he got. The neko stabbed the spear he was holding at the ground then materialized a black towel from his shadow. He dried himself before he returned the towel back to its original form, a part of his shadow. Mel didn't bother to put on his clothes which he left at the ground since there might be a new wave of fishes would swam to his side of the river. Maerchel took hold of his spear again and asked Ayah "Want some nyaa~?"

AYAH EVANS Ayah twitch her eyes with disgust as she looked on those fishes.. Looking away, before giving out a harsh huffed.. What would she expect right? "I'm not into raw... Help yourself.. That way I can get more blood from you.."
Why would the heck she cared about him? He's just a handful of meal to her.. Once she's hungry again, Ayah would just kiss him.. No.. His neck of course!.. She won't mind hanging out with him as long as Maerchel would supply her all the iron she need..
"Once you're done, take a bath and I'll drew blood from you again.. Understood?" Ayah lay down and curled. She would just take a good nap..

Hearing Ayah's answer, Maerchel gave her a 'more for me' stare before starting to eat the fishes he caught. While he ate, the neko was deep in his thoughts.
Maer #1 : I feel like I'm just a food source to Ayah.
Maer #2 : Are we even sure that girl is Churuine? She might be just a vamp that can copy the scent of her victim. Maybe this vamp killed Churuine.
Maer #1 : Ayah is Churuine. Do remember her reaction when we called the girl Churuine.
Maer #2 : You got a point there. Anyway, we just hang on with our current relationship with Ayah....We'll just have to be patient.
Maer #1 : Never thought about that. Either way, the fishes caught at the river is really tasty. I wonder how will they taste after we cook them?
Maer #2 : Two word : 5 stars.
And the conversation above was Maerchel's thoughts of that time that ended when he heard what the girl told him. "Swimming I do as long as there's fish. However, if you want me to take a bath. You have to force me" Maer replied seriously while he looked at her. Although he really doesn't hates taking baths, his neko side well....doesn't really like getting wet without fish in line or Ayah. Maer finished every single fish then dissolves the shadow spear.

AYAH EVANS Ayah twitch her eyebrows as she heard tha tstupid response... She immediately rose from her slumber and glared at him... He won't??.. Why tha----- Hmmmm?... She started to crawl towards him and soon as Ayah reach Maerchel, the young girl reach for his cheek and bats her eyelashes.. Ugh.. disgusting really..."Look.. If you took a bath.... I'll give you what your heart desires...."
She gently push Maerchel against the grass and Ayah is on top of him.."I know what you want from me....." Her eyes turned red while guiding his other hand against her legs, gently moving it upward.. "I know you want me...." She purred against his ear....

Maerchel braced himself from Ayah's wraith hinting how she glare at him. However as the girl crawled to him, cupping his cheek, staring at his eyes with a alluring aura coming from her's and everything following in simplicity Ayah was trying to seduce him which surprised the neko, made him blush even though his a pervert and of course, he took the bait which was pretty obvious as his tail was wrapped around the girl's right leg and his ears twitching madly.
"F-fi-fine....I'll take a bath...nyaa" he replied avoiding her gaze in attempt to hide his flushed face. Maerchel gentle push aside Ayah then collected his clothes "G-give me a few minutes and I'll be back nyaa.." Mel told the girl still flushed. He turned to his shadow elemental form and sank to the shadows.
*After a few minutes*
Maerchel in his shadow element form returned to the spot where he disappeared and returned to his neko form, squeaky, clean, and edible. The neko laid his body at the grass, looking at Ayah "Here, drink..nyaa" then he tilt his head. His neko ears twitching.

AYAH EVANS Ayah felt his tail once more wrapped at her leg.. Ugh.. As expected once more.. But she would just have to convince him to take a bath! he smells fishy and awful... She just let him do what he wants for now.. Still on top of Maerchel, and let her eyes stare at those neko eyes..
What now?.. She's worst when it comes to seducing, thinking about her next move.. Darn! But before she could do one random move when he just shrug her off for a while and finally bathe.. Ahh! Great!
Ayah turn away and just waited for him to finish. She would just leave him be but as long as Maerchel won't throw that river's water at her.. He's safe..
Soon enough that he's done, turning back on him..
".... Where were w-----?!..." Loking at the container he had and ordering her to drink it?.. Confused, staring at him and back to the said liquid.. Smelling it.."What is this? You are not trying to poison me aren't you?"

Maerchel chucked from Ayah's words. "Its not poison. I don't poison people or vampires I would kill. Of course your excluded from my list nyaa~" the neko informed the ebony haired girl. Smiling, he continued "Its ice coffee which I've made myself and forgotten to drink it nyaa~"
He really did make the beverage and was planning to drink it when he was thirsty yet due to meeting Ayah and after a few scenes. He forgot it till then and well... He wasn't really thirsty and the drink was warming up. It was a waste to through it so might as well give it to Ayah.
The neko looked at the azure blue skies, Maer felt it was a great day to play his cello and with the sounds of the rushing waters at the river which was like somebody beautifully and skilfully playing a harp. He wondered what kind of music will be produced. However, he sighed as he forgot that he didn't bring his cello with him.
