I rather like it as well. I think my favorite is the windows and the way they contrast from the rest of the vehicle. I even like your silly rubber gasket lol!

Shinobi_8745 Gettin' stuff together, I like! biggrin He's really full of character! Thanks! I'm working on the rest of his command squad now, as well as the Company Command Squad, so hopefully he'll be joined by his senior officer in the next week or so.

Just finished batch-painting a whole pile of Flamers, so let the galaxy burn! Got a bit of practice painting more even hazard stripes and the numbers are pretty regular, compared to some previous attempts. Sculpted one of the heads so that the shemagh looks a bit tattered and burnt on the one side. Also completed the command squad for 1st Platoon.

Vikki Stardust I'd paint over some of the excess wash you got at the bottom of the cloak. ninja The new washes do pool a bit more than the old stuff, simply because it requires so much more wash to be visible. The upside is that they don't dry shiny anymore.

Vets update! Had a power-weekend (plus Monday) and finished all ten in one go. Nothing says 'veteran' like a grizzled, scarred, bloody sergeant! The rocket launcher is a particular point of pride, because I feel like I've mastered the hazard stripes on this mini. Here's the kicker. I was planning to use skull decals for the squad symbol for the veterans, but I'm not sure I like it, and the decals are smaller on the shoulderpad than I expected. What are your thoughts?
