Doesn't seem like this place has changed since I left.
Can't wait to start posting. I'm just waiting on a posting format. :3 welcome back! i'm not the only uchiha in the village anymore even though there are only two guys in the village now

Once again I should apologize for my inactivity. Life just doesn't let up sometimes. Nagisa should be back in the village soon, there will eventually be an official signing between the Raikage and Mizukage (since Nagisa is no longer the official Raikage) and the communications tower will soon actually have a purpose.
So, Nagisa the Raikage and someone else (probably Sosay) will be at the signing. However the mission to the sand will probably happen soon as well to find out more about our attacker.
another potential mission may be assisting in the construction of the Shimogakure watchbase, a low ranked mission, although it may be a collaborative job between villages.(you get to meet some Kiri people and have fun)

congrats. Don't worry, we'll have some interesting missions to do. As soon as Bakaschnitz finishes training people (or gives up and leaves if necessary) everyone will be summoned to the Kage's office for a meeting and stuffs. Probably at least one mission will take off shortly afterwards.

Yeah, I can't really think of how to word my post without metagaming. I want to give Laxus the chance to learn Chidori, or Lightning blade. Although, there are probably different ones that he could use. I just want a trump card for the chunnin exams. xD

First, you need to do more missions before any teachers under my control will teach any jutsu above your rank. Not only would it be odd for him to reach that level without performing many missions, but it would also fit better with the new direction POTS is taking.(Asking for a balance of missions and training instead of the training marathons of the past) I would of course be less demanding for a C-rank jutsu than an A-rank jutsu.
Second, The crew is rediscussing whether we should allow A-rank jutsu to Genin right now. It is probably going to happen, so training for an A-rank chidori would be a lot of work which might be revoked. (I gave my 2nd RC an A-rank jutsu... it'll really stink when all that training becomes for naught.)

Kennie, that is your choice of course. However there is no rush. If you would like to do a mission first just tell off Bakaschnitzle. That way I can laugh at the poor snot who upset poor little Sora Chan. In which case you can go drop in the Kage's office.

He's also learned the lightning clone, which is a C ranked tech now, so his RPC is actually ineligible for the A rank anyways.
Fun Fact: Things like this are actually why the A rank bit is being reevaluated. Chidori in the chuunin exams? I know Sasuke did it, but still, that's a bit much.

They are also more awesome though, so it balances out a bit. I just found it ridiculous that something that in canon was said to be rarely used because of the ridiculously high chakra costs was the first thing a new genin learns, and subsequently spams endlessly. It makes no sense. So I changed it.
