Alexandre walked into the clinic, holding Oralee. He say Faelynn and he gave her a small smile. "I take it you the other doctor of the clinic. Could you help me with how to set Oralee down? I wouldn't want to do it in a way that may worsen her injuries. And the way I carried her probably didn't help her any. It was the only way I could think of."
Lorne nodded to Godelieve. "I'm okay. My shoulder hurts a bit, but thats all." He said with a small smile. "So, Sohpie, was it, what can I do to repay you?" he said looking to the witch.

Faelynn looked to Alexandre and smiled back. "Dr. Cael at your service." She walked over to him and looked to Oralee. "So your name is Oralee. Nice to know your name. Thank you for your donations." She then looked back at Alexandre. "Place her down in a way so her body is straight, It'll set the ribs in their correct place."
Her face had gone from cheery to serious and her tone matched it. "Ms. Oralee, it'll hurt so you might want to brace yourself." Faelynn then turned to Slaine to make sure she was doing alright.
Godelieve smiled softly and nodded. She sat by his side and rubbed his hand slowly. She was glad that the antidote was working so well, and that was shown in her eyes. The forest green eyes of hers, turned into a light grassy green as she became just a bit happier.

Sophie listened to the girl and was about to reply when Lorne began to stir. She momentarily paused corking the bottles to give him a smile and a nod. The snake witch stayed quiet as she finished her task fo preserving her potions all the while her eyes glancing over to Lorne and Godelieve watching them interact with one another. As she placed the last cork into the final bottle she held it up so that it caught the sunlight. The light blue liquid shimmered as she inspected it. The glass bottles she had bought from an Auster-Stri merchant post and they lived up to their reputation. When Lorne questioned her on payment the bottle was placed gently on the table with the rest as she focused in on them once more. "Well you can pay me..." Her face grew grave as she cut off before pointing a finger at them. "WITH YOUR SOULS!" She said dramatically before bursting into laughter. As she clamed her laughter Sophie brushed her hair behind her shoulders. "I'm sorry I saw the opportunity to use that line. Anyway as far a payment goes I don't require any. Donations are appreciated and I'm always glad to accept a favor as payment." She explained though the last part caused her mouth to curl into a bit of a smirk.

Lorne froze when Sophie asked for their souls, but at her laughter he merely raised an eyebrow, "You have a very odd sense of humor. But at least you have one." When she asked a bout a favor he got a nervous. Her smirk left him confused on the matter, "What kind of favor would you ask of me? My skills are limited, to say the least. Though the fields I am skilled in, I do excel at."

Slaine gave a nod when Faelynn approached, flickering her a smile. "Yes. She received aid from a man, who was already carrying her when I approached. He's bringing her in now." Slaine gave a nod again when she spoke of the patient and records. "Good, good. Im sure you handled it great." Slaine frowned, worried. She didn't usually seem so nervous. "Is everything alright?"
Oralee stiffened again when he said her name, sighing and smacking her face lightly with her hand. "Again. Please stop saying my name. I don't tell many people it." Oralee was beginning to regret telling him her name- well, she thought she should. Really she was just tired. Oralee raised her eyes when the second Dr. Cael spoke. "Nice to meet you. I mean no offense by withholding my name." Usually Oralee would just scoff at the pain, bug right now she prepared to do as Dr. Cael suggested.
Slaine gave a nod at Faelynn words. "There's no real way to set her down without causing her pain, but she does need to lay straight." As he spoke, Slaine prepared something at the counter that doubled as their reception desk and potion preparation table. He walked over to Oralee offering it in a small cup. "Its a restorative and a mild pain killer, it should help-""I'm not taking anything that will dull my sense.""I'm the doctor. You're taking the painkiller. It will make you heal faster." Slaine's voice stayed calm and soothing, but he raised his eyes to Faelynn, and they were not. Oralee would not be their first stubborn patient. If they had to, they had their ways of making her drink it.

Alexandre narrowed his eyes at Oralee, "Then, pray tell, what am I supposed to call you?" He said flatly. "And you should listen to Dr. Cael. He is here for your benefit." He said "In your state its best to avoid unnecessary hardships." he said noting the look in Slaines eyes. He then closed his eyes and sighed, when there was a load noise at the door, "Could someone open the door, Tale is still out there."

Faelynn looked to Oralee. "I understand. What do you want me to call you then?" She smiled the went to Slaine and said shakily, "We gotta talk about me later okay?" She then witnessed their new patient refusing medicine. "Please take the medicine, if not then you'll end up having to be in wrappings that will hinder you in a fight."
Faelynn heard Alexandre about Tale and she walked to the door. She opened it slowly and let the bird in.
Godelieve tilted her head and looked at Sophie, chuckling at her joke. "And I can offer my skills as well." The smile set her off a bit, but she shrugged it off real quick.

Oralee rubbed her temples, a ferocious ache building . She spoke to both Alexandre and Faelynn. "Oralee, but only around people who ready know that's my name." She motioned to the Dr. Caels'. "Which is limited to the three of you." Oralee sighed a bit. "My second best kept secret is my name. I told my real name to you on an impulse, and within as many minutes you've let it slip to two people." Oralee's tone was soft and resigned- but plainly saddened a little. Oralee felt raw, stripped to the surface and couldnt quite get hold of herself enough to slip back into her impassive mask. She did frown at Faelynn though. "I already am, and he didn't say medicine- he said painkillers. I can't afford to gave my wits dulled."Oralee winced and rubbed her head again when Tale made those noises at the door.
Even as Faelynn reacted and went to the door, Slaine reacted. Too, lunging forward slightly when he saw Oralee rubbing her head. Damnit! Why didn't I think to check for a concussion?! "Let me see your eyes." Slaine said, and at Oralee's confused expression, elaborated. "You're rubbing your head after you were thrown from a horse- that is what happened, right?- so its possible you might have a concussion." Slaine checked her pupils, before he placed his hand on her head-lightly- and closed his eyes. A slight sigh if relief escaped him as he pulled away, looking mildly sheepish.""Nothing. I over reacted.' Slaine glanced at Faelynn, who would know his blunder. Had sheaf a concussion, letting her sleep could have resulted in her death, if they couldn't wake her up.

Alexandre sighed, "You never told me that you're name was a secret. Had you told me, I wouldn't have told Dr. Cael. And whos to say HE wouldn't have let it slip to....the other Dr. Cael?" he said a little confused. "Pardon my asking, but you two are siblings correct? And both draben.....Healers?" He said almost slipping into his native language again. Tale squawked when the door opened and quickly flew up to land on Alexandres shoulder. "And Oraleee, I shall not reveal your name to any others. And you are in a hospital. You will not be in danger. You should do what the doctor says." he said narrowing his eyes, "Trust me when I say it would be in your best interest."

Oralee sighed softly. "I know, I didn't really have the chance to, and I didn't think of it." Oralee was just glad she hadn't told him her full name. Of course, no amount of instincts could get her to do that. She paused when he spoke to the doctors, and refrained from answering for them. She had known Rafiki, and kept a close watch on his students. They had both grown into very honorable doctors, treating those refused elsewhere.
Slaine have a nod at the mans question. "Yes, we're siblings. I am Slaine Cael, and this is my younger sister Faelynn Cael. As for our professions... We are both doctors, but I'm the heart. She's a doctor based on study, not magic. Together we can treat most anyone who comes in." Slaine shook his head at little at Alexandre's next statement to Oralee. "We're only a small clinic, not a hospital."
Oralee shook her head. "Danger can appear anywhere, even clinics." Oralee paused to think about his next statement, her eyes a sad silvery green. "I'm afraid trust doesn't come to me easily...." Still, because it was Alexandre who urged her this time, Oralee yanked the bottle from Slaine's grasp and downed it in one go.

Alexandre raised an eyebrow, "I do hope that you needed to take all of that." He then looked to Slaine, "Now, where is her bed? I have yet to be shown? And I do beleive she rest rest better there, than in my arms."

Oralee just muttered under her breath, already falling under the effect of the painkillers. Oralee was mildly alarmed at how fuzzy everything felt, but at the same time too exhausted to do anything about it. After a moment, she rested her head against Alexandre 's chest, dozing off. This is nice...
Slaine nodded, and twitched aside the curtain they were standing next to, revealing the bed. Watching Oralee fall asleep, Slaine made a mental note to make the painkillers a little less strong next time. She plainly didn't have any tolerance towards them. "You two seem as if you've just met, how does she trust you so readily?" Slaine walked over to the counter, cleaning out the bottle he had placed the painkillers in.

Faelynn smiled as Slaine explained them and their professions. Some people thought that they were married since they had the same last name. Weird people, Faelynn couldn't understand how they jumped to that conclusion. Then saw Oralee down the painkillers and watched her fall asleep.
Faelynn's smile turned into a slight frown as she walked over to Slaine, touching his arm softly. She didn't know what to say to Slaine, at first she was going to tell him about her dancing - seeing as that was a small source of income that she had been saving- but then now she wasn't so sure. She didn't know if Alexandre had seen her dance and could recognize her or if she was worried over nothing. If he had seen her dancing, then she would tell Slaine. If he hadn't, then she could hide it a little bit more, at least for a little longer.

Alexandre laid Oralee down and turned to Slaine with a shrug. "I'm afraid that I have no idea. I met her running around outside, and I offered to help her." He said looking between Slaine and Faelynn. "As a gentleman and a soldier, I could not allow her to be alone, in her already injured state. It was a matter a chivlary and honor."

Slaine frowned a bit, glancing down at the girl. "What I don't get is why she left. At least without trying to get her stuff. " Slaine noticed the skirts still clutched in Oralee's arms. "Dear god. Don't tell me she left in that state to go after a piece of clothing." Confused in the woman gender in general, Slaine looked at Faelynn. "Why would she do that?" As Slaine eased the skirts out of Oralee's arms, folded them, and laid them by a chair next to herbed, he made a mental note to bring her other things out before she awoke.
