Wincing, Shun looked to Mitsu. It looked like that last drop had taken quite a bit out of her.
"Yes that's me.." he answered the ranger, gritting his teeth as his head started to pound once more.
"Alright. We better get you two back there asap. Come on."
The ranger pretty much just lifted them both up. One in each arm. He was a strong one to say in the very least. After some time, he returned to the Fear clinic.
"Hey doc! Got some wounded here!" he called out to fetch the doctor.

Somewhere along the journey back Mitsu had completely passed out in the ranger's hold. Whether it was because she felt safe now or her body couldn't hold out any longer it was hard to tell. Her breathing remained fairly shallow but at least constant to indicate she was alive.
As soon as the ranger walked through the door of the clinic and called out the patchwork doctor from earlier came running. His brows furrowed deeply seeing the state of the two, especially the girl he had told to stay put and rest. "Let's get them to the back room." He said reaching for the girl to haul her up allowing the ranger to handle the boy. "I told her to stay and she didn't listen. I'll probably need to re-stitch the wound."
The doctor looked Shun over quickly spotting the bites and the nasty bump on his head. He was going to need a fair amount of treatment as well. "What did you get in a fight with?" The wounds didn't look fresh but depending on the animal different treatment measures might have been needed.

"Yeah she looks in pretty bad shape," the ranger agreed while carefully handing over the girl, "Looks like they may have had some trouble in that storm earlier. That was a nasty one."
He hadn't seen the particular wounds the boy had. Shaking his head, he carefully laid him down onto one of the beds.
Glancing over at the doctor, Shun grimaced as the indoor light offended his eyes right now.
"Badger. And a rock wall," he muttered while placing a hand on his head. It was a little better now that he was laying down, but it still was throbbing a fair bit.

"Ah, badger. They can be quite nasty." The doctor nodded, placing Mitsu in a bed once they had reached the backroom. Thanking the ranger for his help the doctor went to work, calling for a nurse for backup. With the two of them they started to check over Mitsu first and when it was determined her wound was no longer bleeding he allowed the nurse to clean the lycan up while he moved to a small refrigerator in the room.
Opening the door it looked like the refrigerator held medicine mostly, stuff they no doubt needed to keep cold to preserve it, but it also had ice packs which was what the doctor removed along with a small vile.
"Put this on your head for now," The doctor said holding out the ice pack for Shun. "I'm going to give you a shot to fight infection and I'm going to have a look at your bite wounds." At least the doctor was quick at work. This wasn't his first rodeo. He was quick to get a syringe, rolled up Shun's sleeve and cleaned an area before giving him the shot. That done he first looked to the bite on the reaper's arm inspecting the deep cuts. "He did quite a number on ya. "He noted before loving to look at the claw marks on his leg. "You might need some stitches here and there but we should be able to patch you up."

Glancing over to Mitsu to see how she was doing, Shun was having trouble seeing her condition from where he was. Though, he soon looked to the ice pack, frowning. This was going to be uncomfortable. Taking it, he placed it on his head, hissing in pain as the cold bit into him.
While the doctor spoke, he didn't say anything in return. No questions were asked so he didn't really feel too obliged to say anything right now. Besides, his head was hurting like hell so he was even less inclined to speak than he normally was.
He just stayed still while the doctor did his work.

Despite Shun's quiet demeanor the doctor continued to make light one sided conversation. He knew that sometimes patience found comfort in the sound of a voice though his topics were a little random.
He worked quickly, despite the damage. The area's were first numbed to help ease the pain before he started treating the wound and stitching and gluing what needed to be held together. Shun's leg took a bit longer considering the long gashes but soon the reaper was patched up and bandaged.
His wounds treated the doctor checked the bump on Shun's head which now that he was examining it looked a little worse than he initially thought. "You might have a concussion. Have you been feeling confused at all? Maybe a little foggy? Sick to your stomach or maybe have trouble with your memory? I'm assuming you were knocked out."
"Doctor," The nurse called from over where Mitsu was. "The girl will need stitches again and she's lost a lot of blood." In her prepping the nurse had hooked Mitsu up to a machine to monitor her vitals, the heart monitor barely blipping. It was easy to tell from the noise alone that Mitsu's blood pressure was abnormally low.
Moving away from Shun for just a moment the doctor looked Mitsu over. "Check her blood type and prepare her for a transfusion. I'll stitch up the wound before we start. Grab some clean scrubs on your way back for the boil." It was a little troublesome trying to deal with two patients at once but apparently it was nothing new. The doctor moved between the pair fluidly only pausing as he restitched Mitsu's wound and bandaged the area.

Shun didn't really care about being spoken to, so he was just half listening to what the doctor had to say really. It wasn't until he was asked some questions on his condition that he really spoke up.
"Light headed. Little foggy," he murmured. Though, he soon took on a look of concern as the nurse spoke up of Mitsu's condition. With a sort of grimace, he looked over in that direction, even if he couldn't see her. He hadn't heard her speak up at all. Instead, it was just the nurse and the light bleeps of the heart monitor.
"Is she alright?"

The doctor looked up from his work, securing Mitsu's bandage in place. "We'll have to monitor her condition, she's put quite a bit of strain on herself but she should pull through." It didn't sound like he was lying. He was rather optimistic the lycan would have a good outcome but it would need careful attention.
The nurse came back soon after, a container with the blood packs that they would need on ice in hand and two sets of scrubs. They were both a little large but one set was handed to the reaper.
"Go change, the nurse will take you to a room to rest for the time being and I will let you know how the girl is doing." The doctor instructed, the nurse already laying out the scrubs she was going to change Mitsu into after she got back.
Walking back around she grabbed a wheel chair from the corner of the room and moved it over toward Shun. Locking it into place she moved to help him out of the bed and into the chair. It would be best for him to take it easy and not put any strain on his leg. "Up you go, just be careful."

That was a relief, but Shun wasn't too happy still. She had put that extra strain on herself because of him more or less. Once she came around, he'd have to apologize to her.
Glancing to the side, he frowned at the sight of the wheelchair. He tensed up as he was moved from the bed to the thing, obviously not content with this arrangement.
"I could have walked on my own," he grumbled.

The nurse smiled politely. "I'm sure you could but you need to take it easy." She said, making sure Shun was secure before she rolled him away to his own room. There he was left for the time being with some food, hot tea, and the dry scrubs to change into. It wasn't much but surely more comfortable than it was.
A good hour seemed to pass before the doctor finally came to the reapers room looking rather calm and relaxed. "She seems to be making a good deal of improvements with the blood transfusion. She might even wake up soon. If you want to see her she's in the next room over." He informed. "Is there anything you need or anyone you want me to call?"

Begrudgingly, Shun went along with it, if only because he didn't really have enough in him to fight it. Once in the other room, he changed into the fresh scrubs and ate his food. He was still antsy about Mitsu's condition, but after awhile, the doctor had finally returned.
"Nothing at all," he said quietly to the man before crawling out of his bed. Wincing as some pain shot through his leg, he started to limp his way to the room next door. Yes, she wasn't awake yet, but that wasn't going to stop him from seeing her.

The room Shun entered was quiet aside from the steady beep of the heart monitor. It was a little more stable than before and just looking at Mitsu it seemed some of the color had returned to her face. Outside of looking roughed up she was sleeping peacefully, blankets drawn up around her to keep her warm.

Seeing Mitsu there, Shun made his way over, standing by the edge of the bed. She at least looked like she was sleeping peacefully right now. With his expression softening, he placed his hand over her forehead, feeling her. A few things were running through his mind, regarding the state in which he had found her.
It seemed like she was hallucinating pretty badly before. In any case, he just quietly watched over her, waiting for her to awaken.

The hand against her head seemed to get a small reaction, Mitsu mumbling something softly under her breath. Her skin was still rather cool compared to what it normally was but no doubt after a few good meals and some rest she would be back to normal.
Shifting slightly on the bed, Mitsu's eyes finally began to flutter before they opened slowly. She took in her surroundings for a moment unsure where she was but that didn't seem to matter as soon as she saw Shun beside her. "Shun....You're okay." Weakly her hand lifted resting against the reaper in an attempt to hold on. Some sort of contact, that's all she wanted. "How are you feeling?"

Shun noticed that her temperature was off, but it didn't seem to be too bad. With some rest, she should be able to recover. At least that was what he figured.
Expression softening a little further as he noticed her awakening, he lightly ran his fingers through her hair.
"Of course I am.." he whispered before taking her hand into his, "Been better... but I'll heal. You're not feeling too bad are you?"
He knew it was a stretch to say she was alright after what she went through.
