Hardened leather met wood once again as Will kicked in another door in his way. And yet again, leather boots won out over wooden doors. Holding two of his recently procured pistols in a ready position, Will raced down the hall. He knew exactly where Mauser was to be found, in a control room on the other side of this floor, thanks to the guard he'd tortured for information. It took a bit of effort ignoring the blood splatering his clothes. This was another reason besides speed and stealth that he'd insisted on going alone. He didn't want any of his Hunters to see this side of him, the side that was cold, ruthless, and delighted in the bloodshed it created. He especially didn't want Krii'Ouse, Eden, or Lydia to see it. How would they react, learning that their friend, their brother, their lover, had a monster within his soul as terrible as any demon or supernatural creature?
Breathing hard as he ran, blocking out the urge to vomit at his own actions, Will kept repeating a single mantra, trying to keep himself sane until he could stop and get himself back together. "Exitus acta probat... The ends justify the means... Exitus acta probat... The ends justify the means..." Lord, he was going to be in the confessional with Father Michaels for a LONG time once this was all over.
Rounding a corner, Will suddenly came face to face with six guards, heavily armed and armored like those he'd seen pass by earlier. For a heartbeat, the lone Hunter and the minions stared at each other in surprise. It was so silent one could hear a pin drop. Then as one, they all drew their weapons, moving as if in slow motion. Sluggishly, Will brought his twin pistols to bear on the lead grunt, even as he knew the paltry pistols would never penetrate the thick armor. Likewise, the guards swung the muzzles of their heavy assualt rifles up, confident in their power to rip the intruder to shreds. Barrels were sighted, triggers squeezed, and Will had time for one last muttered curse as the hammers on his pistols drew back.
At that exact moment, the lights cut out.
For several seconds, the darkness was pierced by a multitude of flashes and the hall filled with the cacphony of gunfire and the acrid scent of gunsmoke. Thne the flashes faded and the gunshots died down. All was silent. The silence was broken several seconds later by the snap-hiss of a radio being turned on. "Command, this is Heavy Assualt Team Alpha-Charlie. Target is down. Please advise."
"Acknowledged, Alpha-Charlie. Supreme Commander Mauser wants the Hunter's body brought to him. I think he might be wanting to use the corpse for spare parts for futurue experiments, possibly cloning a whole army. Regardless, your orders are to secure the body and bring it here."
"Roger that, command. Alpha-Charlie, out." With another snap, the radio was turned off. Relying on words since none of them could see in this darkness, the team leader ordered two of his men forward to retrieve Will's corpse. "A-C 3, A-C 4. Secure the cadaver."
"As ordered, lead."
Footsteps sounded in the pitch blackness as the two soldiers moved forward to carry out their orders. Just then two glowing orbs appeared, shaped like eyes which were blazing with power. A millisecond later, flaming wings of pure white energy burst into existance as well, and a powerfully deep voice resounded along the walls. "THANK YOU FOR THE REPORT OF MY 'DEMISE', NOW MAUSER REALLY WON'T BE EXPECTING MY VISIT."
Six white hot beams of searing energy shot out, striking each of the soldiers dead center and bathing them in mystical flames. They screamed and wailed like banshess and damned souls, collapsing to the ground as the flames ate away at weapons, armor, equipment, clothes, skin, and flesh. Within seconds all that remained were half a dozen glowing white bonfires, each with a charred skeleton lying in the middle of it. And revealed in the light of the fires was the unscathed form of William Jackson, his full power finally unleashed. His powers unbound at last, he was no longer just a mortal man now with the fires of the divine pulsing through his veins so hotly they threatened to cinsume him. He was the Angel of Death itself made flesh. And Mauser would soon learn the folly of toying with death.

At the entrance of the building a man covered in a black coat stood. He popped a cig into his mouth and lit it up.He slowly removed the hood that covered his head and his red hair was revealed. It was Reno."Damn. Only a few weeks gone and what do I find when I get back? A distress signal telling me to come here." He removed the jacket completly and grinned as he walked in."As soon as Reno walked in he was welsomed with the heavy smell of blood."Looks like they started without me.Best find the rest of the team quickly." He ran to the stair case and started going up the flights of stairs.Around the 20th floor he was completely out of breath."Man.....you think they could pout an elivator in this place. He opened the door to the 20th floor and was greeted by several gaurds."Uhhh hey there heh heh." The pointed there weapons at him."Hey com on we dont have to resort to violence do we?" They opened fire and Reno dove through the door and leaned beside it."Guess we do." Digin into his coat he got out a flash bang and undid the pin.He through it through the door and covered his eyes as it went off. The gaurds screamed in pain as they were blinded.Seeing his chance Rebo ran in and attacked his rod electricutig them. After they were down mearly stunned he took there guns."Thanks boys, these weapons should do just fine." He smiled at them and continued up the stairs.

((Tyler, even to a Lycan, buckshot to the face would splatter your brains, especially as close as you described.))
Sethe looked around. The smell of blood protruding amongst everything. He looked down one path, Tyler had gone down that way. He took the opposite hall. 'Come, Sady.' he said, moving down the halls. Opening a door, he saw seven guards. 'Oh s**t.'
As the Hunter Lycan thought his life was over, he began to pray. *Lord, please, if there is mercy for me... let me survive this somehow.* As if on cue, the Lord answered his prayer. Darkness consumed the floor, and Krii'Ouse smiled. *Thank you, God.* The ninja loved this situation change, being that he could see, and they could not. He tumbled in as the guards fired at the doorway, and then rolled to the side. After a while, they ceased fire.
'Did we get him?'
'I don't know.'
'Is he dead?'
'Shut up!'
A cry echoed throughout the hall and a thump was heard against the floor. The sound of rending flesh proceeded another scream and a whump. Two more, and then a flipping noise. This time the sound of metal slicing clear through metal resounded, and no cry was heard.
'My god!' One of the guards fired into the darkness, and out of the brief light, saw Krii'Ouse to his side. 'NO!!!' he screamed as his head rolled against the floor. The last two guards simply followed suit, firing at the darkness, producing a minor amount of light. One of them caught a glimpse of the ninja, and shot at him. The bullet ricocheted off of his pauldron, and the ninja leapt at the guard.
Sliding against the ground, he chopped the guards legs off, spun around in a jump upwards, and chopped his head in half. The last guard started crying. 'My god... What the Hell are you?'
'I'm nothing to be trifled with.' he replied. The guards last feeling was intense pain shooting from his spine to his stomach, and then an even more intense pain entering into his left eye.

The rifle continued to burst rounds at the guards. Simon couldn't answer Albert's question, yet. There were more important things than whoever else was here. Two of the guards fell on the floor bleeding, whilst the last one was shot in the shoulder. "********!" The guard yelled, dropping his gun, and started to run off. Simon ran after him, pivoting the rifle, and swung it as he neared the guard. The butt of the gun connected with the guard's head, collapsing his skull onto his brain.
"Forget about whoever else is here," Simon told Albert, turing around to face him, one of the guards that Simon thought he had killed was twitching and muttering. "What?" Simon asked the guard. He swore that the bullet from his AK had connected with his chest. Well it did connect; it had been deflected by his ribcage. It would have hit one of his lungs, but instead he had two broken ribs, and had minor bleeding. "Lucky b***h," Simon spoke, taking his Glock, he dissassembled it, and put the magazine in his pocket. He left the rest of the gun there.
"Let's go get the other guy," Simon smiled at the guard and began to walk away. He'll let him live; no point in reversing his own mistake, that was the conduct of a sore loser. "Albert, lead the way."

((dogsoldures account, as in both the book and movie. one of the secondary characters takes a shotgun and fires a round of buck into a werewolf's face, it is unphazed and slaughters the man. now rather a slug would defanatly splatter his brains, example is in the movie cursed. a slug is clearly launched into the skull at point absolute blank (aka barrel is touching head) and splatters it. i'm using most of my refrences from dogsoldures XP that and some of the dracula books.)) it had taken him a while but his area was finaly clear, everything lay dead or quaking with so much fear they were incopasatated and were not a threat. the elavators had plumited to the ground level and had exploded violently. as the power went out tyler looked around, his eyes had yet to adjust. turning around as a shiver ran up his spine he sensed krii, with this path a dead end he decided to follow krii for the time being. walking back down his path of destruction he kept in his wereform. his white furr drenched in blood as he ventured through the halls. walking idoly through one of the bashed in doors tyler looked down the hall to where he could easly smell his friend. he's wait untill he was called to do anything. besides, he had a lot of rounds in him now that needed to be removed.

Sensing that she had fallen into something greater than she had comperhended, Saria drew momentarily closer to Lain to assure herself of her safety and that everything seemed intacked then followed the vampires. She went up to them and this time she was much less timid and she felt that an explanation of what she heard, felt and senced was in order. "What is going on? I may be even willing to help, but it seems regardless of what I may have wished I have stumbled upon something that I cann't just walk away from and am now a part of regardless of desires. I need to know what is going on. I am Saria Maru."Saria finished, holding out her hand. "And I wish to know what is occuring in this place Mistress of the Night." Saria Finished, addressing the vampire that seemed to be the leader.

After running up a few more flights of stairs the sound of bullets echoed. Reno hid himself beside the steps and was breathing hard. On his way up he had run into a few dozen gaurds. He checked the guns he had picked up from the gaurds. He had two handguns with half empty clips, an Ak-47 with a full clip still in it, and two hand granades. He took a deep breath and lept out and fire a few rounds of the handguns. He was able to take out two gaurds. When they fired back Reno winced and yelled as several bullets hit there target in his keft arm."Damnit......I cant handle them all!" He looked up."I gotta make a run for the other floors!" Holding the wound on his arm and making a trail of blood Reno got up and started running up the stairs again.Every step was a profound torture for him with the injury he now had.

The thing in Saria's hand that was clenched so tightly flared. "Something is wrong and someone is hurt and needs help! Please vampriess! Whatever may be happening more gaurds are quickly aprouching and much is happening without us included in the fray." Saria turned to see three more gaurds arrive from around a corner. Saria lept behind them and hit two of them in the base of the skull, triped the third and held him at the ground with a knife at his throut and her hand pinching the nerve at the back of his neck. "I wish to know why these fools are attacking us firstly."Saria stated, Pinching the nerve at the back of his neck and watching as he crumpled to the ground, then putting away her knife. Her last two fingers still refused to unclench from whatever lay clenched in her hand.

As Edith began her attempt to catch up with Krii and his group, Eden was suddenly surrounded in darkness. The lights, at first flickered, making her weary, and then they just completely went out. Eden was lost in the darkness, forced to move against the wall. Her magnum was held tightly and securely, ready to fire at anything.
Suddenly, Eden felt that she was at a corner, and turned along that wall. Soon after, her hip bashed into a doorknob. Happy she had found a door, she gladly opened it, hoping that Krii would be in the next room. Dead wrong... She was met with surprised yelps then a hail of bullets.
Eden, herself yelped, as she was hit with a ton of bullets. Luckily she had her vest, but she was still winded, none had hit her face. Unfortunately her arms and thighs were unprotected and they had neumerous bullets fired within them... Edith fell to the floor in a bloody heap. G-great Eden... You getta die now... W-Will, brother I have failed you... L-Lydia, K-Kerri, S-Sady, I've let you down too... And K-Krii... I... Suddenly Eden realized what she was doing, she was giving up! Hell! There was no way she was going to give up until she couldn't breathe any longer!
The guards, thinking they had annihilated their target scoffed at the simplicity of their supposed kill. However, when they went to retreive the body as they shone their flashlight by the door, no body was found...
"Wha- What the hell?"
"Where'd she go?"
"We killed her! She's gotta be here!"
"Ahhh!!!" Was the only thing the guard that had remained behind could utter before he was brutally cleaved in his heart, an instant kill.
The other guards swiftly turned their flashlight back to where the guard had been, nothing... "Be careful boys, she ain't dead..." Was what the commander of them muttered.
Eden used the shadows to her advantage, she was no ninja, but she knew how to use her sources... She hid in the shadows, making sure to cleverly avoid their flashlight. Suddenly another guard went down, followed by the next, both had their heads neatly, yet gruesomely cleaved off... The commander turned his flashlight upon Eden in horror. "S-Stay away from me you monster, you b***h! You're a demon!"
Eden smirked sinisterly, "No, you're wrong... I'm an eighteen-year-old woman, I have a family and many friends, but you, you have nothing."
Out of panic, the guard started firing at Eden. She nimbly dodged his bullets and first cleaved off his art that held the gun, next the one with the flashlight, and third, his entire body from the waist up... It was fairly difficult to make out the figures in the dark, but their flashlight had been their downfall...
Eden came out of her own personal panic and realized what she had done... "My God, I am a monster... I've just killed all these men without a care in the world, almost as if I enjoyed it... I couldn't even feel the pain... I shouldn't be able to move..." Eden took up the flashlight and inspected the wounds she had obtained. Her legs were covered in blood from many bullets that had contacted them as well as her arms... "Why am I not dead?" Almost as if someone was listening to her question, she felt a power growing within her. She was glowing with celestial beauty, just below her shoulders suddenly started searing with pain. Edith cried out and screamed in agony, it burned worse than hell itself ever could have... Eden suddenly lost conciousness...

*Rogue leaped through an office window, the glass shattering everywhere around her...her arms caught a guard at his vest. Rogue wretched a daggar into the woman guard's throat and turned looking to Shawn as he slumped to the floor.
"We only have to get through a few more hallways.."
*She reloaded her gun to which she had mutilated another few guards only moments earlier.*
"Come on, this way."

"...Alright, I'll lead. But, where are we going anyway?" Albert asked, he kicked the door to the next room open. The guy he had shot earlier was crawling across the floor, panting and holding the back of his head? Albert walked over, his right arm out and aiming for the guard, his other arm bent towards his head for defense. Upon closer expection, it seemed that not only did he hit his ear, the bullet went right through his ear and into the bottom of his skull and out another end.
"Oh you poor thing." Albert kneeled down, his arms now crossed across his legs.
"Ge...GET AWAY FROM ME!" The guard screamed, panicking and figdeting.
"Shut up. Now tell me, do you know who else is here?" Albert demanded, but it wasn't too long before that he started hearing footsteps coming from further down the hall, coming from the next room.
"I..I don't know! Just don't kill me!!" The guard screamed at Albert.
"Useless... but not for long." Albert muttered, he picked him up by his shoulders and began chanting in an ancient Canton Chinese dialect. A smell of something burning began to rise, a flame, starting from Albert's hands, were burning, searing into the guard's skin and burning his clothes. Soon the guard was on fire and screaming in pain.
"Heh heh... Run." Albert set him off in the direction from where more guards were coming from. A troop had opened a door to a match-stick man, literally. The burning guard fell on top of two of the men, whom which were suffering terribly from the guard's firey state. Soon enough, they caught fire. However, the other six guards behind the two fell back. One of them had gotten a fire extinguisher, and tried to put them out. They group of guards did, but they were already burned beyond recognition.
"Simon, your turn." Albert said as he smirked. He started humming a song called,"I Can't Be Cool," by Ilaria Graziano, a singer who was in his "Ghost In The Shell: SAC" OST.

Alexz appeared outside the building. Her silver eyes darted across the front of the building. Disappearing a flash of light she reappeared beside Rogue.
"Need any help?" she asked as they entered a hallway.
Seeing the guard rushing down towards them she sent a psychic forcefield which knocked to the ground. Removing the dagger quickly from her boot she threw it, lodging itself in between the eyes of a guard who was getting up. Walking over to the limp guard she pulled the dagger out and wiped the blood off on his shirt.
"Which way are we going?" she asked.
His armor clicked as they lifted out of their holsters and floated in front of her. A few guns, grenades, tear gases, nothing too special.

When the lights went out around her Sady placed her gunsin their holster and took out her dagger. If it was dark hand on hand combat would be more beneficial. She stood and listened and eventually moved her way behind a guard. She quietly took him by the neck and broke it and laid him down quietly. As the bullets raged, she was behind them and slowly took guards out in a similar fashion.
