At any rate, Jordan fully intended to talk as little as possible until the effect wore off. Or could be removed. Either way, he still hadn't gotten any of Ferros's shield back. One more try.
He found himself on the floor a moment later, vaguely disoriented from having collided with the wall at high speed. "Ow," he muttered, and followed the statement with an engine noise. Ferros snickered.
Shut up, he told his weapon, and picked himself up gingerly. It was a small consolation that the mental statement apparently wasn't enough to trigger the sound effect problem.

One more try, and if it injured him again, he was staying here. But once again, he felt nothing. He clenched his teeth. Not talking. Who had made these things, anyway? And why were there none of the safer bandages that they got for missions?

The next one had him colliding with the wall again. This time, he just sat up, leaned back against the wall, and crossed his arms, scowling. "I'm not trying that again. Ferros's shield is down. Guess I'm staying behind. Beep beep," he said, and grimaced. Not funny. No, really. Not funny. Yes it is. It's hilarious, Ferros put in. It means we're staying here instead of going off to hit things, Jordan growled back. In case you hadn't noticed, those things just put us out of action instead of healing us. ... Okay, not so funny, Ferros conceded. HP: 0/40

Ryan entered the lab room to find that they indeed had found bandages, but unaware that it was because of these bandages that there was oddities going in the room. Just what on earth...? They had only left the common room minutes ago, but in those few minutes, something must have happened, because almost everyone was acting weird.
Had there been a fight here that caused side effects, perhaps?
"Did I... miss something here?" He started to ask, looking between people who were making car like noises, Marcus making doe eyes at Leon and some people who now had purple skin.

Tedan grabbed a random pack of bandages as he tried to ignore the weirdness ... even though he was pretty sure some of it was caused by the bandages, he could deal with being purple or whatever as long as he could still help out.
The bandages that he happened to were the Princess ones.
And as he applied the things, suddenly Tedan began to sparkle, but at the same time he could tell that his shield was a little better.... well, okay whatever.

Considering that the sparkling wasn't too bad, Tedan decided to try one of the other types of bandages too, just to see if he could heal a little more before something else happened.
This time, he grabbed the Cars bandages and stuck one on... though it didn't seem to do anything at all. Pfff, that was stupid.
"Are there any more of those Yeti things around, does anyone know? BEEP BEEP!!" Er, okay then.

"Who knows. We got attacked by a gorilla. Whole place has gone haywire," Harrison said. "And something's wrong with the crayon bandaids. Hah! Drugs. That sounds about right," he said to Jordan.

Harrison slapped one of those on.

He did feel a lot...prettier, suddenly. Royal, even. He snagged another one of the princessy bandaids, and some paper from a nearby printer.

Harrison slapped on another princess bandaid. His blonde hair was looking particularly lovely. It had a golden sheen, and his skin took on a benevolent sparkle.
Get more of those, B0nez instructed.
"Oh, nevermind. I found some tape in the drawer,"
He busied himself with the paper, until he had constructed a miniature crown, which he placed on his head importantly. Then he grabbed a handful of the princess bandaids.

Leon was going to forget what just happened. Marcus did not kiss him. he was.... just checking to see if his lungs were in peak condition. and his lips and tongue.it didn't stop him from screaming expletives afterwards, and making random honks and beeps And then he began to do the car alarm sounds

WHHEEEEEE___OHHHHH WHHHHHHEEEEE__OOOOHHH and then a band aid found its way over leons mouth by a daintily crowned harrison.
That was one way to stop the car sounds. The boxer gave him a nod of approval, with the tears still in his eyes and slapped a car bandage on the other cheek.
That did the trick, no more car sounds and he felt fit as a fiddle again.

"Eeer... Ok then!" Ceres managed to mumble out, taking a veryslow step away from Harrison... only to catch sight that she was not the ONLY one whom appeared late to the life room. Ryan! ...For once she was happy to see her rival, as she darted over in her barefooted glory and all but tackled the man. Someone SANE! Now firmly attached to the other hunter, she whispered in hurried tones... "I have no idea the hell is going on but is SEEMS..." She pointed towards the bandaids. "Life labs are having fun experimenting."

Eeeh, Tedan liked the Princess ones better. He quickly grabbed a handful and then put another one on, even as he snickered slightly at the sudden car alarm sounds coming from Leon. This was actually pretty freakin' hilarious.

Jerry glanced frantically back and forth between everyone, newcomers and team mates alike. "Er... W-well... just... stick tight, Jordan," He smiled weakly, thankful that at least his own side effects were merely... cosmetic as Marcus practically threw himself at Leon and Harrison donned a tiara proudly. "If... if anyone here IS able bodied and er... of sound mind? I think... the Mists needed some assistance... b-before er... something new tries to eat us?" He gave a purple-tinted weak smile, backing towards the door, about to say something further to Harrison, but shook his head instead.

Ryan blinked, as Ceres attached herself to his arm, relieved to find she was okay and disturbed at what she had to tell him.
"Wait you mean its because of those that--" He started, looking warily at the box of bandaids everyone seemed to be helping themselves to and then to everyone who had been affected by said bandages. He had wanted to find them, yes, and he needed treatment himself... but after finding out what they could do and how unpredictable they were... he wasn't so sure he wanted treatment THAT badly.
