Tickets for raffle? Can you please expand on this a bit more? Well I was going to hold a raffle to help as a contest. To do that you sell tickets. I was thinking like 10gg/ticket. I was thinking that there could be a max amount one player could buy, that way the raffle isn't rigged and the same person cant win twice.

Rogue_Logan do we know how long this event is going to be? When Gaia has up their St Patrick's day event... If they do one if not It will probably start on the 10th. Going to Renaissance Fair this weekend. I will co through and make the rest of the banners post up the lay out next week. If anyone wants to do art feel free to do so.

I think that generally Gaia does not have an event for St. Patricks Day. They sell items associated with it but I don't think they have an event. But things might change! lol

Last year there was an event forum, but no special contests or anything like what they do for Halloween or valentines. I believe the forum was up for three days last year to give people a chance to get the item.

The item from last year was basically all I remember from that event. I think maybe Barton Town would suit better, unless you start right at the release. Three days is a perfect time. ^^

I dunno. Judging from being in attendance at the Halloween event we had in Barton and the Valentines Event that was in the Gaia event forum, I think we have better attendance and activity in Event Forums. More people frequent them checking out everything and are more likely to get drawn into something that's casual and fun rather than in Barton, where people are looking for a more serious Role Play (usually) or something specific.
Of course, that's just one difference between the two events but I do think that location made a difference. Even the Halloween Battle Royale thread Hikari made was more active than our Halloween event, though we also had more Ball Hosts and co-hosts posting in it as well.
