his eyes traveled slowly with disinterest to the door where it made a noise against the wall- ( no self control) -looks at the teacher. When does class start? I'd like to get it out of he way.

Taking a cue from the other boy Lazarus raised his hand and asked the teachers "Are you both teaching this class?" Then realized that this school probably didn't have classes with two teachers, so he said "Which of you is the real teacher?" After he had asked his question his phone went off, glancing at it he noticed his girlfriend wanted to meet up. Raising his hand again he said "I have to go to the bathroom" before leaving class to go to the game store

The blind man turned quickly and bent a little, pushing himself against the wall to stay up when the loud noises hit him. He pressed his hands against his ears and tried to endure the pain a moment longer before it finally calmed down and the pain left. Another minute passed before the ringing sound in his ears left, where Leviticus smiled softly and nodded. "It's okay." he assured until the next few minutes of their words passed and forced a frown on his face. His ear twitched at the sound of a cell phone, and as the boy left, Leviticus' frown deepened. "Do I really look that old?" he murmured. He couldn't see himself, but Esther and Ezra said he looked young enough to pass as a high school student. He sighed. He should've known they'd lie...

"Class started twenty minutes ago," came her melodious reply. Standing, Leila stood at the chalkboard, facing the class. "Now, who can tell me the major first civilizations of the ancient world? Um, the boy with the blindfold, what's your name?"

Leviticus turned when he heard someone address him, well aware that he was most likely the only one with a blindfold on. "My name is Leviticus. Leviticus Mizaru." he nodded and felt his hand against the blackboard. He rapped his knuckles against it and listened to the vibrations go around the room so he could find the nearest desk. "As for the civilization. There've been many, but I lean towards the Sumerians." he murmured and walked over to the desk.

"Very good," she praised, grinning. "And Mr. Mizaru, can you tell me some of what the ancient Sumerian's brought into the world that greatly influenced posterity?"

"No offense, madame," Leviticus said as he found his way into his seat. "But I'd rather you be the teacher, if you don't mind." he smiled slightly and sighed with relief as he leaned back in his seat. Blind for thousands of years and still he wasn't used to his surroundings.

She chuckled, setting a hand on her hip. "I was trying to be one, that's why I asked. Never mind, Mr. Mizaru." Turning to address the class, she grinned. "Alright, the Sumerian brought many things but are most known for bringing in the first form of organized writing called cuneiform. Now, cuneiform was very advanced, but was still widely used in the Sumerian world. Can anyone tell me how long it was used?"

Leviticus didn't answer, he was too busy trying to feel his body out to see just what age it seemed, but he knew the answer. Let's see.... Cuneiform... Pictographs. Or in his case, long braille. It ended around the first century in AD, replaced with the Phoenician alphabet.

Hearing no answer, she sighed and answered herself. "It died off around the first century, replaced with Phoenician alphabet. Now, the Sumerians were also known for their use of bronze. With it, they created furniture, weapons, even houses. What metal did they also use regularly? Anyone?"

The attractive young teacher turned to the door, smiling softly. "Oh, it's alright. And yes, you're correct. They also made great use of iron." Returning to the board, she wrote down a title , "Ancient China". "Speaking of inventors, the Chinese created many things that we use today. Can anyone tell me a few?"

Zeus smiled back. He find a comfortable place to sit in. He still couldn't believe his eyes that the young fair lady standing in front of the class is the teacher. He then answer her teacher with a polite and cool voice. '' We still use paper and porcelain. Tea is one good example of a drink which the Chinese people introduce''.

Inventors? And when did they get into China? Perhaps that was what she was writing on the board. Lacing his fingers together in front of his mouth, Leviticus leaned forward in his seat and listened to the teacher converse with the new student. Judging by the boy's voice, he was sitting nearby him, and the teacher was near the chalkboard yet between them.

Smiling, she nodded at him. "Very good. They also created the compass, gunpowder, and steel." Picking up her class attendance sheet, Leila grabbed a pencil and searched for the missing boy, finding several missing kids. "Hmm, what's your name?"
