Chi slowed to a stop when they approached the mansion. Out of habit, she tightened her grip slightly when she saw the Hokage and a few of the ANBU recruits. I'm going to get my head ripped off... Then she took a deep breath and headed over to the small group, still pulling Vale by the hand. "Just relax," she said softly, her voice just above a whisper. It wasn't exactly to Vale, but more or less trying to calm herself.
"Hokage-sama, we need to speak immediately," Chishio said, her voice unwavering as she stopped approximately five feet from the group. She stood straight and stared back at the Hokage directly in the eyes, not willing to show any weakness or how nervous she was about this awkward situation.

Vale just stood there. He realized Chi still had his hand, but he didn't move.
Sukiru turned toward Chi, his eyes flicking to the fake ANBU. He remained eerily calm as his gaze returned to Chi. He already had a feeling he knew what it was about. "Speak freely but quickly. The Uchiha here is treading on thin ice just by being here."

"I know, sir, but this is important..." Chishio paused for a moment, glancing up at Vale before returning her gaze to Sukiru. "Sukiru-sama, this is Vale Uchiha... He is in fact the one who has attacked the village, but his thoughts were clouded by Taka's influence. It is believed that Taka still swears to take his revenge on the Leaf Village, but the truth behind that is because the Leaf itself has betrayed the Uchihas. The Leaf Village Council had used Itachi and sealed his and his clan's fate. It was only time before Taka and others would decide to strike and avenge the Uchiha name." She had to pause again, taking another deep breath. "I convinced Vale here to stop his attacks on the village, and even if he is to be put under custody, he's not the only one who wishes to right this wrong on the Uchihas..."

Vale glanced back at Chi when she looked at him before looking back at the Hokage.
The Sixth's eyes flicked to their hands, a subtle look, before he looked at Vale. "......I'll allow him to live. However, for a set time, he'll be held in custody after being disarmed, and under constant surveillance. I'll allow visitors, if he chooses to accept them."

Chi couldn't help a smile this time, nodding quickly to the Hokage, even if she forgot she was still holding hands with Vale. "Thank you, Hokage-sama! I'll pause my research on the cure so I can-..." She cut off, spacing out. She never told anyone but Sho and Shijura about the illness of her clan, even keeping it a secret from The Sixth. She was thinking about asking him about it but then things got a little side-tracked with the attack on the village and whatnot. Chi scratched the back of her neck with her free hand, a guilty expression flashing behind her eyes before vanishing. While touching her neck, she smeared a little blood on her skin from her hand, but she paid no mind to it. She just wanted to change the subject of a cure as soon as possible. "I um.... I know this might turn into an ANBU case, but with your permission, Sukiru-sama, I would like to take part in the investigation of the Uchiha History. I want to find out the truth behind these suspicions and lies. If what Vale says is accurate, I want to be able to stop it in a civilized way, rather than spilling blood again with a confrontation with Taka and his followers..."

Out Of Cookies: Yeah sorry about that. Anyways, the only thing that you missed was that during the fight with the rogue nins, turns out that they were clones. When the Hokage mansion blew up at some point during the fight, Chishio slipped away from the fight to help out with that. Then she was confronted by the actual rogue nin attacking the village (Vale). In the end, Vale gave in and the two of them are at the Hokage mansion (fire put out and all) with the Hokage himself.
As for Shijura, Sho, Asuka, and Yumiko, the clones that they were supposedly fighting had disappeared now, so regroup with each other then go find the Hokage?

Vale glanced at Chi slightly, taking an interest in what she had cut off.
Sukiru crossed his arms thinking. "I can't authorize that without you having another Jonin escort. At least. Chi, what do you plan to do with him, might I ask?" he said, refering to the Uchiha standing next to her.

"If you wish, he can be held here in the Leaf Village Prison or whatever. I'll probably visit him if he'll allow it, but I'm already in this issue and I won't be kept out of it, even if I am just a Jonin and the others will be ANBU. I'm just as good as a researcher as anyone else," Chi said stubbornly. She finally let go of Vale's hand, not really paying attention that she had held his hand for so long, but only so she could mimic Sukiru by crossing her arms. "But any help should be welcomed, including myself helping as well as him. He's not the only one that needs proof to show you and the village that the previous council has done such a terrible wrong to the Uchihas... Something like this must have been done in meetings, and meetings are well-organized and recorded usually on paper. Not everything can be done mentally. There's a chance that these papers and such are on files, and if we find the files, we can redeem Itachi's and the Uchiha's name."

The moment Chi let go of Vale, the ANBU around the Hokage walked over to him, disarming him, handcuffing him and starting to lead him away.
Sukiru nodded. "I'll look through the files over the last century on the Uchiha, see if I can find anything. Be safe Chi. And be sure you know what you're getting into."

Shijura bent over to catch her breath as the clone disappeared. It was a very tiring battle and she was glad that it was finally over. "Let's go find the others." Rhea suggested. Shijura turned around and nodded before hopping on Rhea's back. "Maybe we can go back to where we started. I'm pretty sure they might be there."
Oversized Oreo Cookies; Oh it's okay. I don't mind. I was just a bit surprised. >.<
Sounds good to me.

Chi glanced over to the side and watched Vale being led away. It felt like her heart dropped into her stomach when she saw the handcuffs. Why? Well, wouldn't you feel bad for someone being arrested for something he did only if it was to avenge his clan? Chi knew very well how precious a clan was to a person, seeing as she was the only one left of her own clan.
She sighed softly and returned her gaze to Sukiru. "I know quite well, Hokage-sama. Just... I want to be the first to know if you find something, please? This means a lot to me... I already lost my clan and I couldn't help them... This is my chance to help another clan, to right a wrong, and to reveal lies hidden within my own village, my home..." Chi then let her arms fall to her sides and dipped her head to The Sixth. "If there isn't anything else you need me for, do you know when the soonest is that I can see him?"

Yumiko bit her lip as her crystal clones disintegrated. She wasted no time in catching up with Shijura, seeing as it was easy to spot the Chunin riding the large canine (Rhea). "Are you and Rhea alright? What about the others? Have you seen them yet?" she asked quickly. It was an ANBU's duty to check on all the shinobi in the fight, and it's best done if it goes by in a flash.

The Hokage turned back to the mansion. "I'll be sure to let you know. If your attatchment to him extends past this, you might need to protect him. I can't gurantee his safety with the Leaf. He is an SS Rank criminal. There might be Shinobi who...would take justice into their own hands. And now, if you so wish."

Chishio looked up slightly when the Hokage turned away from her, remaining quiet until he finished. "Thank you Hokage-sama," she said quickly before darting off to find where Vale was being kept.

The ANBU hadn't finished transporting the Uchiha to a custody building when a few of the Genin and Chunin were harassing the captive Vale, just up the street from Yumiko and Shijura. Vale's eyes were closed as death threats were yelled at him, and even somewhat racial slurs about the Uchiha.
