"Hello, Amrita, Mandy," Barth said. He seemed to sink lower and lower into the floor at every word Zar said. Misery. Paperwork. What Zar meant to be reassuring only seemed predatory.

He cleared his throat.

"Returning your err- like I said. You left him at my dorm. Zar wanted me to build him something to help with traction. For hooves. And hard surfaces. Like here in the gym. You have them. Err. Hooves. perhapsyoucouldsuggestsomething."

And then he wouldn't actually have to build them, or have Zar visit his dorm again. Ever.

Roch gave Lark a grateful grin, then gently took Chuppi's hands. "Hey, c'mon, screech, it's okay. Breeeaaathhhe," he said slowly. "In and out now, real slow. I don't know what happened, but I bet you didn't mean it, right?" he offered, reaching up and nudging her chin with a forefinger.

"Lark, this is Chuppi. She's got a voice that can bring tears to your eyes--in a good way. Chuppi, this is Lark. She's pretty awesome, too. She's got a familiar that's a kangaroo! Like a sungaryuu, but a LOT bigger."

With a soft grunt Herryk wrapped his arms around Freya and straightened to full height. He looked down at Mort, visibly debating if he should pick up the undead boil as well and cart them off to a quieter spot. They were both reeling and Herryk felt awful.

"Ach, ladybird and Mort, what happened? Bad food, hmm?" It was baffling. "What can Herryk do to help?"

Herryk peered after Chuppi who had ran straight to Roch. Herryk gave a sour look to the guitar-bearing reaper before turning his attention back to Freya and Mort.

Still looking unconvinced, Christof cocked his head to one side, and something under his coat twitched on his hunch as he scratched the stitches of his cheek in serious consideration, still staring at Zar. He was just signing "Then-perhaps-paperwork-demon-can-provide-paperwork-proof-of-enrollement?"

His movements slowed as he felt the tug, glancing down at the girl to try to see what on earth had gotten into her. It was then his eyes scanned to the red hood and he tensed. Why... no, he KNEW he should have told Junko to dispose of those cloaks! Who was stupid enough to wear it around now? Trying to make a statement? He glanced around to see if he could spot Junko or Riley before someone got them all in trouble.

He smelled the ghoul before he felt her wrap her arms around him, so he was able to prepare himself for her affectionate assault. "'Ey, Savior," West said, scanning the crowd and trying to determine what was going on here. He caught a glimpse of Tomoko out of the corner of his eye and his attention turned to her instead of remaining on the red cloaked figure.

Blue fire. Not cool.

He didn't know when he had started holding his breath, but when he realized he was, he let it out in a huff. He had no reason to be... scared of Tomoko. Seriously.

"Oh, thank you so much Barth for bringing him back. You could have opened the door. Most of my Eponies return to me. I like to let them out of m dorm to do their business and to graze." He nuzzled the Epony before going over to hug his boilfriend.

As he released, he looked at Zar's hooves and then his own. "Oh yeah. I slip all the time here. I just got used to it. I once tried bubble gum, but it was just stick and then it was a pain to get off. I usually just walk carefully and hold on to things. It was a real mess during the Scarentine's dance last year though. Made dancing impossible. If...you don't mind me being involved, I'd be happy to help with whatever you two had in mind." He actually was rather excited to hear that he could help with anything and that meant Zar would come by.

"You should come over to Barth's place. We can talk about it." That way Barth didn't have to go anywhere.

Tybalt arched a brow confused about who Vaith was referring to, but instead shrugged it off.

"Guess I'll find out sooner or later." He answered with a snort, and waved at the little kitsune as she joined their small group. "Hey--Tomoko is it?" He asked. He had seen her about, maybe a couple times in class, but he had never really talked to the ghoul. "Grats on making it to knob!" he congratulated her instead before looking at Mei curiously.

"Calling Bul?" He asked, once she had finished texting. A small grin present on his face as he looked at her. It was still strange that both he and Mei were getting along. Just a year ago, they couldn't stand the sight of each other, but now? Now he could almost consider her a friend.
