Captain of the squad 8 need to be active and I want to transfer another squad -.-
Edit:I looked at members There is no Crew who was a Captain of the squad 8 since Captain Tansen and new captain have no longer this guild. I was wondering who promote someone to be Captain or Vice-Captain?

The last captain of the eighth division had to leave for rl issues. The crew is currently trying to find suitable options for captaincy and from there the captain would choose their own vice captain.
Also, tip Haseo: Complaining about someone not being active, then stating you want to squad hop only tells the crew that you aren't ready for being considered for a captain, or vice captain, position.
