Antarctica
Senior / 12th Grade Nix drifted silently into the dorm room. He was a little surprised to see some other people in there already. For reasons unknown, he seemed to find the black-haired man familiar looking, but just waved it aside.
He went over to his bed and looked underneath it. Just as he suspected, Rex, his Emperor Penguin, was laying belly-down on the floor.
Nix picked him up and, after whispering a quiet 'Goodbye' to the two others, who had not noticed his presence, walked out the door holding Rex in his arms.

日本 | Japan President of the Anime Club⊱ the senior who senses the mood ⊰Kiku nodded. "I ran into Thien-san and YoungSoo-kun at lunch today. Oh, and Kasem-san is attending the school now, apparently. The three of us ate lunch together...But that's about it," he said. Kiku looked up, a little startled, as someone whispered goodbye to him and Mei. He was surprised to see Nix picking up a...Penguin? Yes, it looked like it, though he couldn't figure out how it survived in such a warm setting...He wondered how neither he nor Mei had noticed that until now, but he gave Antarctica a small wave as the latter headed out. Oops...Nix probably didn't know who he was...Kiku had yet to tell him or Mei that he had transformed into a girl during the day.
Waving that thought aside, Kiku returned his attention to Mei. "And you?" he asked. "How was your day?" Smart move...He'd asked that already in the hallway, hadn't he? Or something close to it.Hajimemashite. Nihon desu. My hobbies are to sense the mood and refrain from speaking.

He couldn't say for sure what Yao thought of Mei exactly, as he hadn't been on great terms with the Chinese man for a while, but there was one thing he was certain of. "Yao-san wouldn't hate you for that - I'm very sure that he still cares for you. You know how he overreacts sometimes. It isn't the fight that determines how one truly feels toward another...It's how one acts afterward. And he came to you willingly to try to make up with you - I think that says something." He managed a smile at her. "So please don't worry about it. Unless he does something that suggests otherwise, I think you should trust him on his word." Yao might not be Kiku's best friend, but Kiku still believed that Yao cared for Mei. For her sake, he hoped Yao did.Hajimemashite. Nihon desu. She nodded as Kiku finished speaking and said "Thank you Kiku, you're right." She gently took her hands from his and hugged Kiku, kinda forgetting that he didn't liked to be hugged.
