Arlie honestly didn't know much about this PokeLot business. But after looking over the three different types she could choose from, she decided on Forest Grove as well. Currently she didn't have the resources to manage the other two, so a self-sufficient lot would be best for now. She approached what looked like the woman in charge.
"Excuse me, ma'am. I was told that this was my final step in being registered for the academy. I'd like my own PokeLot. Forest Grove, please."

"Yes, this is the place."
The woman would declare with a smile as she got the necessary items. Almost with a skip she would come back to her with the deed in her hands.
"Simply sigh your name and name the place, and it's all yours."
She declares with a big smile.

"Thank you." Arlie said, accepting the deed with a rare smile. All she had to do was fill this form out and she would be completely done with this registration business. And now she would have a place to store any future Pokemon she caught.

Tyson walked into the final room, after a brutal fight and a registration, he was finally ready to choose where he was going to stay while here at the academy. Tyson looked at the three pokelots and looked kinda confused. "i dont know what i should take." He said to himself. he read about all 3 and then thought of his pokemon. "Well i dont have a water pokemon, so i wont put Deino throught that. ill take the forest. He said to himself"

Yuna walked into the final place for her acceptance into the academy. She looked at the three pokelots she could choose from, a forest, an island and finally a wasteland type of place that would test both her and her pokemon. She wondered which she would be best in, Rikku was a water type and would be able to give her and any other pokemon the fresh water they would need. "Hmm I wonder which would be best for me" She thought it through and looked up to see that there was a woman there to help the students on their way. She decided on the Cresent Beach "Hello miss, are you here to get us on our way to our new place?" She waited a bit before she called out again "If you are, could you set me up with a cresent beach?"

Both of them would seemingly receive their deeds together. For the boy, he would receive the deed for the forest. While, the girl would receive the deed for the Island both were put before them.
"Sign your name for the deed, and also give your new land ....it's name."
The woman would declare with a big smile on her face.

Crescent Beach - is a favorite of many trainers! It is a small island secluded by ocean water, which makes it harder to access by wild pokemon and trainers a like. Though this security comes with a price, there is no fresh water here so any pokemon left here can die of dehydration if no water types are included in this place.

All pokemon store here gain+5 exp per battle
(If no water types are store here or alternative source of water found -5 hp each battle for all pokemon)

Yuna looked at the woman with a smile and nodded "Thank you" She looked at the form and knew what she would have to do. Catch water types for any furture pokemon left here. She knew just what she would call her new land as well. She walked off asbent minded.

With the two gone, the woman would figure that at this point they both would know to head to their classes. For a pokemon with a dark type ....the area they must be searching for is the Strike class Preemptive strike, while for a trainer with a water type pokemon ...is the Tactics class manuvering.
Hopefully both figure out where to go.

Molly smiled back, took the form and did her best to fill it out, while holding her Snivy. The girl did something of a bow. "Thankyou, miss." she said, and walked out of the room to see her new poke-lot.

Nakano arrivals as she looked around the area. She wasn't sure what to expect, but this wasn't it as she headed for the counter. She had thought this place would look more like a business then a hide away spot. But, then again ...maybe this was better since few people would think to look here for the agency that gave away land.
And thus, making the lands themselves safer.
She would stroll up to the counter like so many before her.
"I was told to come here for my own Pokelot." "I want to get it as fast as possible, because, I have a lot of ground to make up on those that have started before me."
"Now before I get started, the land I want is the Crater." "I think I want to try out a land that can best be fitted for traps, and a place that seems to give a clear view ...fits that better than any other."
"Maybe, except for the forest, but I don't want to have a place that is as hospitable to my foes as well as my pokemon."
"So, I am rebuking that one, and I don't want to be at sea." "It doesn't fit my idea of a good place well."
The girl declares lightly to what she hope wasn't thin air.

A voice would declares as the owner of the voice would come from the back. A deed in her hands as she seemed to be almost dancing in place as she put it in front of her to name.
"Simply write your name as the owner and the name of your place, and it's all yours."
The woman declares with a even bigger grin.

Description of the place:
Upraising Crater - is a hostile land. It is a small area that is encase in nothing but rock and stone. There isn't food or water here, and food would have to be grown or left in order for the pokemon to be able to survive here. As for water, either a water type or another form of water source must be left behind or else the pokemon might die while the trainer is away.
All pokemon store here gain 1/4 exp from a battle.
(If no water types are store here & no food is left behind for all pokemon hp is reduced by 1/4 each battle)

There wasn't a lot of time wasted on talk after that as the girl would sign her name, and gave the place a name. Hostile Valley ....it fit because she didn't want to welcome outsiders to her land. Then she did a quick curtsy to the woman and was on her way to check out her new land.

Doug had a quick bounce in his step as he finished registering himself at the Academy and moved on to the final part before classes. His new home. Though he didn't know what was in store, the boy figured he'd be fine once he'd get the land for his Pokemon. "I wonder which one we should get... Dreiden, you'll help me choose, right?" The Pokemon nodded cutely as both stopped to read about each lot. The forest seemed to be best fit for Doug and Dreiden, plus Doug had already thought of a name and the forest seemed to fit it perfectly. "I think we're best suited for the forest." The boy said aloud.

The woman with her bubbly personality would come over to them, but before she could asks what lands they wanted ...it would seem she already had her answer as she clasp her hands together and smile.
"As you wish, let me go and get the deed, and simply sign for it and the land is yours."
She would declares happily was she went to gather the needed documentation as she places it in front of the boy.
"There sign and it's all yours."
She cooed.

Doug would smiled happily as he signed his name and titled the land. He looked down at Dreiden. "Tranquility sounds good to you, right?" The Pokemon cried happily which brought a smile to the boy's face. The boy would chuckle and thank the girl. "Lets head to class now, Dreiden. If we're re~ally good, we can go check out our Land when we're finished." The Pokemon nodded in agreement as the boy thanked the bubbly girl again and headed toward his classes.
