((Ha, fail... nope, all got froze by bomb... Tom's the only one of the squad to remain unharmed by battle what-so-ever. 3nodding

Tom continued his sprint before suddenly making a sharp turn to his right and began off in another direction to avoid being fired at, using his speed to his advantage to avoid the Command Wolf's aim... moving as if he was avoiding a rain of bullets, even though the enemy has of yet to actually fire at him a shot. Tom chuckled. "Yeah! Come and get me if you can."

Brain kept an eye on Tom, seeing him make a right turn. He shakes his head, taking steady steps forward for the Command Wolf to begin to get into an actual range of use against the enemy Command Wolf.

((Yeah, forgot that for a second. sweatdrop
... but it's still a speed-advantage, even if the other could move the same speed, to make a sudden bolt into another direction... like... he's using his speed to his advantage by switching his momentum from running to another direction and throw off the aim a bit... being a moving target vs a standing zoid aiming, he's got the speed advantage at the moment because he's moving faster than... well, faster than no movement. xp

Idk, too lazy to go back and change, finding an excuse to keep it there. whee ))

Tom shifts right again, now running back nearly towards Brain, as he notices the heat seeking missiles after him. "... well hell..." Tom says before making 'snake-like turns' in an attempt to avoid the missiles, which a few did get thrown off by little natural obstacles. He spots a large boulder and ultimately decides to jump over it and duck low to avoid the remaining missiles right as they were just about to light him up. He remains down behind the boulder thinking "s**t... I screwed up..." knowing one of two things to happen from here... the enemy Command Wolf to jump over as well to attack him, pretty damn quickly, to try to throw in a few solid shots onto him to perhaps get him... or it stops to wait for him to move from the boulder and get him while he's trying off... either way seemed like a bad thing, either being shot down or get into a CQB situation that'd give the enemy a firm 'first attack'... though CQB would leave the Command Wolf perhaps more open for Brain to make his approach.

Brain continues to make his approach, noticing that Tom makes a move for heading back his way, but due to enemy fire has to duck behind a large boulder, though from his perspective, that's about all he can see for the moment.

Well, that move pretty much classifies as going over to CQB... just... you fired machine guns in place of clawing at or whatever. confused

... Little does he know... Tom's not a Muslim! whee ))

Tom, caught off guard by the Wolf firing machine guns, receives a bit of a barrosh of machine gun bullets before he darts at the enemy Wolf with a claw swipe.

Brain finds himself nearly in range of the enemy Wolf. "Hold em off for a little bit more..." He thought as he watches Tom get shot at by the enemy Wolf.

((Yeah, so... not offensive to Tom. XP Well, I said darted for with a claw swipe, indicating that he's phyiscally moving for him then claw swiping when within a closer range 3nodding ... and btw, sorry for the short post and all... just all tired and all. >.>))

... and... can Tom even hear him? Eh, it's not much a ******** persay... it was more of a... idk, wrong choice of words.))

Tom finally decides to jump back over the boulder, using his CP-02 to aim his jump, and runs past the opposite end of the boulder to continue off in another direction.

Brain finally gets within range and quickly fires heavy fire for the enemy Wolf as Tom began off. "Yeah, take this you p***k."

Tom makes a turn, rushing towards Brain again, barely avoiding most of the heavy fire, though gets hit by a few of the missiles, but manages to remain on his feet moving even as he takes the damage. He then finally returned to Brain's side to turn around and finally fire back with his own barrage of cannon fire and missiles as Brain also fires heavy heat at the enemy Wolf.

Tom chuckles at watching the enemy run a bit for once. Brain shakes his head. "Kid, as soon as he starts actually running off, you go after him and take a stab at being the predator, instead of the damn prey… and if it doesn’t run off, well… be an idiot if he didn’t." Tom, though wishing to defend himself, nods in agreement. "Right." Elekildor, Brain's Assault Elephander, pauses fire to let out a 'woo' before taking its steps towards the enemy Command Wolf and resuming it's fire. Tom moves in step with Brain as he continues to fire as well.
