The scareon glared at jealous bat. b***h was totally jelly over this bat and the fact even when dead, it didn't smell as bad.

Jackdammit scowled, not really caring who had killed the damn bat, but it WAS a mystery, and if someone solved it before he did, he'd get mad. He looked up, seeing the annoying sprite girl peeking out of Roch's vest, a frown of concentration on her face. Usually he didn't bother to speak to the sprite girl, she was a ditzy annoyance, but now--

"I think it was Kevin," she said abruptly.

"What?" Jackdammit asked. "Where the hell did you get that idea from? It was clearly the demon lady, the one whose face was eaten by bats!"

"No, I'm pretty sure it was Kevin," Riff declared. "Look how short he is! And fat! I bet he ATE the bat!"

"But we saw the body, you moron."

"Okay, then he was PLANNING on eating the bat!"

"Why don't we save my sanity and I eat you?" Jackdammit snarled, trying to climb up Roch's pants to get to her. The little sprite let out a yelp and dove into the vest for cover.

Foofoo and Ballin were having an argument over the true murderer! To Mot, it just seemed like they were babbling minipet nonsense, and chose to ignore it as best he could.
FooFoo the foxfire growled at the intelligence impaired Mimic. "You dummy! It is obviously Caine! No ghoul would ever do bad things." Foofoo puffed his fur proudly.

The Mimic rolled back in forth. "GRUTELLAAAAAA~" It then attempted to lick itself.

The foxfire facepaw'd.

Raiden glared from one suspect to the next, nose quivering as if he were trying to catch the culprit by smell alone. The Scareon's red eyes locked onto Caine and narrowed, the fur on his back bristling. That vampire was good looking. Really, really, ridiculously good looking.

"It's gotta be him," he growled.

"A-are you sure?" his companion stuttered. "I don't know... I think that yeti thing over there looks more likely..." The Sealed Evil chanced a glance at Kevin and squeaked, covering his face with his stubby flippers.

"Don't be an idiot, Pillow." Raiden kicked at the other, mind already set on his choice. No one was that good looking without a few murders under their belt.

Galisprivk the Sprite Darter was flitting about, inspecting the body from all angles until she was sure of her assumptions, and then went to staring at the culprits, landing and folding her wings.

She turned to look at her companion that had tagged along, a small blonde cat that was part blueberry poptart and part orange tabby.

"I think it's the demon," Whispered Galisprivk, nodding firmly. The tabby cat glanced at her companion, curious.

"Why do you say that?"

"Well, it's a demon. Demons are bad."

"Marosa's a demon." Came the retort from the tabby, smirking slightly.

"That's neither here nor there. Besides, he's different." Nodding firmly, and her mind made up, Galisprivk would not change her mind. The tabby merely shook her head and gave a sigh, shrugging. There was no changing the Sprite Darter's mind.

While Demi spent his time searching for clues, His scruffle Regal already felt confident about his hunch. The calm demeanor of the runic mini went out the window as he kept a close eye on Grutella and growling to let everyone else know to stay away from her.

"Bat murderer, BAT MURDERER!" he snarled out and circled the suspect like it was one of those bogeyman shows on the skellyvision. "You reek of guano and shame." his eyes contained to stay locked on her, even as his comrade Tsar had his own hungry fangs set on the Yeti Kevin's stubby legs.

"he tastes like culprit!" the stray yelled out with his mouth muffled cuz it was full of yeti fluff. Regal could only sigh and avert his eyes from what his foolish packmate was up to.

Gideon and Elisha both agreed; it was Kevin the smelly Yeti.

"He just reeks of fresh blood and bat, it's gotta be him. Plus, he's a Yeti. Don't you know how prone they are to fits of murderous rage?" The Nanar Squirrel was quite proud of himself for knowing so much. Surely Artemis would be proud too, right?

"Oh, would you please quit showing off, Gideon? Plus, we all know that the only reason you chose Kevin is because I chose him. You're a parrot and a copycat." The Wishing Comet preened, looking at his comrade smugly. Oh, how funny those squirrels were.

"Hey! I'm a Squirrel, not a parrot or a cat! You're the cat, you big dumby!"

All Artemis heard was "CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP" and "MEOW MEOW MEOW". He sighed, facepalmed, and scooped up his pets. The rares were always so troublesome...

Mo seemed to have come at a time when the gym owner was going through a tough time. Apparently one of his bats was killed and he narrowed it down to four suspects. Mira was sitting on Mo's head then they both looked at the suspects. Neither one of them knew who it was and then mulled over the four. They guessed it was Kevin because he was jonesing for bat meat so it had to have been him. They nodded looking at the yeti but not showing their suspicion on their face just in case they were wrong.
