Description:
Tombz, after coming into contact with a person and seeing a skill used by a person, can copy and recreate the skil. The skill can be personal, as well as part of a talent, or race. It is then submitted as a custom skill, as [Skill Name] YDH, signifying that it has been both copied, and personalized. These skills tend to be somewhat watered down, or sometimes taken into another direction. The copied skil must be of the same rank as well. This can only be done once a week.
Skills: None, as of yet.

The beings over his story had been chosen to guild people to their deaths or create their death with their own hands. Over Noctis life his dark history has lead him to meet this being twice.... The second time Morganna giving him life again.... But with a catch. His Reaper body and blood has been changed... He has changed not to a bringer of life but a caller of death giving him the title of grim reaper. What does this do beside give a story? Well, this talent can only go into effect when has fallen and darkness has risen to the air. His body becomes covered in a dark reddish black aura. This aura gives him a black cloak and hides his face and body all to his hands.... His gauntlets no longer metal but a carapace looking claws...(This is permeant, they are no longer metal but something as hard as it, so metal rank stays same) And a Spiked Chain with an hourglass wrapped in chains around him. In this form his speed increase by two and his reaper skills cost one less. Beside the boost this form cause fear in others. The weaknesses to it is that it can only be used a night, his strength decease by 3 and his decsent into madness cannot ne used. Description:
Tombz, after seeing someone use a skill, may it be Race, Custom, or Talent, can mimic, and/or recreate a skill. If it's something simple, it can be replicated easily without a machine. If it is unusual in the fact it requires something specific (Black Blood, Reaper Arm, Anima's Exodus), he will need to make a machine that will take up a slot on his body to recreate the moves. Either way, the skill will need to be remade and submitted as a Custom skill with the Label YDH on the end. The learned skills require a rank higher to learn then what they actually are.
In the occasion the move requires a machine, Tombz can create his own moves with the machine as well as the copied version. Overall, this may only be done once a Week. It doesn't backlog however, meaning something he's seen prior to gaining this talent can't be copied. If a skill doesn't get approve, the week's use is not up, as that skill was never learned, thus, never used in RP.
If two or more machines are so closely related that their skills overlap, then Tombz can (re)make a machine, to be improved, that covers both copies, thus conserving some space.
Physical Moves do not require a machine.
Certain Bloodline Moves require a Machine
Most Talents require a machine
Customs may fall into another category, dictating how they are to be treated.

This is alomst exactly like the Sharringan, and from all my experiences in naruto guilds, it is constantly bitched about and whined over for being able to copy skills.
Yes, some skills take you building a machine, but this just opens him up to learn everything in the guild, which will not be allowed.

The way I see it, you can use any move an opponent uses against you....meaning you can take private customs, S-ranks, and faction skills as well....and dont try to pull the "Well, if I die it's over", cause with your stats and the rest, you're already strong enough to walk into a random fight, steal everyone's move and be done with it... I'd be okay (semi at least) with this, if it had a heavy limiter to it....this is just to broad a spectrum...

I can't learn Faction or Class skills I don't belong to. Talents, Customs, Bloodlines, and Customs. In all honesty, I could have duck dodgered this, and not made a talent. Then, made all these things to mimic people. Now, the next limit is in my Race. I can only have so many add-ons, and I don't happen to be of the larger size. Like your Chimera in Axiom, I have to pick and choose what I use. I can't use it all at once, unless I have so little that I literally can use everything at once. But as I go, I'm going to be making machines that I may want to use as well. On top of all this, I have to get it passed Jack, who'll probably scrutinze every word I write because of the things I made in Axiom. I also can't use them right off the bat. I have to learn them. I can only do it once a week. And I can only do it ONCE a week. You'll still probably say it's OP, but that's okay. Eveyone else is just strong in their own way.

I am overruling my decision about Urban's Talent and it will be reviewed by the crew and VC.
Any sign of you using it urban and its automatically denied and never will be accepted while I am incharge of Talents
