"We should go out for eye scream more often then!" It was definitely Xiu's favourite treat, so she had to admit that she was probably a little biased. When Shun came up next to Mitsu and rested a hand on her shoulder, the Baku grinned and slipped her arm free from the lycan's, bouncing to Lizzy's other side.
"Ahem, yes, lead the way!" She chirped in agreement, looking excited. Despite the mask mishap, it had been quite an enjoyable day so far! ...Xiu thought so, at least, but if they were to grade themselves based off of how their mission target was feeling about this trip...
...This was really hard.

Waiting for Lizzy to take the lead, Shun soon fell in step towards the back of the group, listening to the others speak. A part of him had to wonder when the last time she had eaten eyescream before exactly. He could only imagine that she couldn't have it too often.
He didn't have it all that much either, but he also wasn't a huge sweets fan. The Reaper would eat it, but it just wasn't quite that substantial compared to other things.

She took Xiu's arm when the ghoul came up next to her, giving her a grin. Turning her head to briefly glance behind her to check that Shun and Mitsu were following them, she then made her way out of the arcade and down the street, towards a small eye scream shop tucked at the side of the street. There were some tables outside for shop patrons to use.
"Right... How about Shun taking a seat to reserve a table for us, while the rest of us go buy eye scream?" She smiled, figuring that Mitsu might need some help to choose her eye scream. Looking at Shun, she then gestured towards one of the empty tables, "Sooo, what would you like? Or should I pick something for you?"

It was amazing the difference from being in the arcade and then going back outside. The noise level dropped considerably to the point it was almost eerily quiet to Mitsu. Or maybe it was just the ringing in her ears that was preventing her from hearing the noise on the street that well.
When they finally came up to the eye scream parlor Mitsu looked up at the sign first before looking to the table Lizzy wanted Shun to save. "I dunno that I'll eat a lot of eye scream. With someone share one with me?" They probably put eye scream in cups too so it would be easy to share that way.

The quaint little shop was much more relaxing than the arcade was. At least, it was far less noisy, and there were less flashy seizure-inducing lights around. Nodding at Lizzy's suggestion, she gestured towards the counter as her gaze fell on Shun. "Just let us know if you have a preference!"
At Mitsu's question, Xiu hummed thoughtfully. She didn't mind sharing ice cream with Mitsu. Or maybe...
She glanced at Shun. HMMMMM. Trying resist the urge to grin like a fool, she cleared her throat and settled for a simple smile. "That sounds fine with me? We can figure out what flavours everyone wants first!"

Glancing over towards Lizzy, Shun nodded, ready to do just that. However, he paused as she asked about what flavor he wanted.
"Anything's fine," he said quietly before shifting his attention towards the other two for the moment, looking more towards Mitsu in particular.
"If the others don't want to, I will," he shrugged. He didn't have much of a sweet tooth anyway (with a few exceptions) so he didn't really care if he had less of the stuff.

Lizzy raised an eyebrow at Xiu's... Constipated-trying-not-to-smile expression, following the Baku's gaze to land on Shun. She paused, before she too shared the ghoul's expression.
"Sounds good to me!" She nodded, no longer able to resist the urge to grin when Shun volunteered to share his eye scream. Taking Mitsu's arm in one arm and Xiu's in the other, she then led them into the shop, "I'll let Mitsu choose it for you then!" It was a perfect plan!
Once inside, she tugged them gently to the display before letting them go. Pressing a hand against the glass of the display, she shivered at how cold it was before smiling, "Go on, take your pick! It'll be my treat today~"

"Okay," Mitsu nodded obviously not putting as much thought behind it as Xiu and Lizzy.
Arm linked with Lizzy Mitsu followed the demon spider inside to have a look at her options. There were...so many things to choose from. Of course there were plain eye screams like vanilla and chocolate, but there was also spookie dough, spookies and cream, rocky road kill road, and a few others. What should she choose?
Tail starting to wag a little from excitement Mitsu pressed her hands up against the glass as Lizzy had. "Oh! Thank you, Lizzy." Her tone was light and happy as she continued to mull over her options. Quite a few things looked like they might have chocolate though. As much as she wanted to try them she would have to avoid them or risk getting sick. So instead she finally pointed down into the case at a flavor she wanted to try. "Can I try some of the Monster Mash please?" It looked like it would be okay. Spookie dough mixed with caramel and marshmallow scream. It didn't look like there was any chocolate to be had though it did look like a mess. Probably hinted toward the name.
((It's a real ice cream btw biggrin ))

Xiu began to giggle a little at the offer that Shun extended, but she tried to cover it up as a cough, muffling the sounds with a mouth over her hand. Clearing her throat, she grinned at the reaper and nodded. "M-mmkay, well, we'll be back in a bit then!" She couldn't help but give Lizzy a big smile as the demoness led her and Mitsu towards the display.
Once they were there, Xiu eyed the choices with interest. There were a lot! But..."I think I'll take a vanilla." Okay, so it was kind of boring and very traditional, but it was her favourite flavour! When Lizzy told them that it was her treat, the Baku's eyes widened slightly. "A-are you sure? I have seeds with me! We can split the cost?"
Well, just to let Lizzy choose her flavour now!

Leaving the girls to figure out what flavors they wanted and whatnot at the counter, Shun went on and hunted down a table for the four of them. He seated himself at one of the booths by the window, scooting in. There, he waited quietly while staring outside.
Well.. today was.. interesting to say the least. He couldn't really say he had 'fun' but it seemed like the girls had enjoyed themselves at the very least. Most likely, he wouldn't be coming to the scarecade again in the future... at least by his own will.
It just wasn't his sort of place.

"I'll have... Spookies and scream, please!" She placed her order once Mitsu and Xiu were done with theirs, watching as the shopkeeper started to scoop up balls of eye scream, putting them into small paper cups before sticking a spoon into each cup. Turning to Xiu, she nodded, giving her a grin, "I'm sure, no worries!" She didn't mind giving her friends a treat, after all!
Taking the cups of eye scream and distributing them, Lizzy then paid the shopkeeper before gesturing for the ghouls to follow. Once out of the shop, she headed straight for the table Shun had found for them, having spotted him through the window while still inside. She made sure to leave a seat beside the boil for Mitsu; after all, they were sharing!
... Hehe. The shopkeeper only gave one spoon per cup.
It wasn't intentional though; asking for a second spoon had slipped her mind. Really.

Taking her eye scream as Lizzy handed it to her Mitsu nodded with a word of thanks to the ghoul. The eye scream looked good too leaving Mitsu excited as she left the shop to have a seat outside. She didn't really think about the fact that there was only one spoon as she sat down with her treat, moving her mask up enough to take her first bite.
"Mmm, it's good. Have some." Mitsu nearly chirped scooping up another spoonful to hold up for Shun to try.

Xiu was grinning. A lot.
She tried to look distracted by her eye scream, scraping away at it a little at a time so that she could savour the sweet treat as long as possible. However, in reality, she could hardly taste the eye scream as she was far too distracted by the fact Mitsu's cup only had one spoon. One.
And there were two people sharing at particular cup of ice cream.
Had that been done on purpose? The Baku shot Lizzy a side glance and a questioning eyebrow raise. Whatever the case was...she approved.

Shun's attention from the window broke when the three girls returned with their treats. He was about to take a spoon so he could have some of the one he was sharing, but he quickly realized the problem. Furrowing his brow some, he wondered if he should go ask for a second one, but paused as Mitsu held up a spoonful for him.
"...."
He stared at that for a moment.
Was she... seriously trying to feed him the ice cream?
"...."
He didn't know how to feel about this.
"......"
Very hesitantly, he leaned forward to eat it.

She winked (as subtly as she could) at Xiu before looking down at her own cup; she too, was distracted, and hardly touched her eye scream as she would occasionally sneak a glance at the pair seated opposite.
Lizzy couldn't help grinning when Shun accepted Mitsu's offer to feed him. She had tried to feed Mac once... That didn't go very well, so it was nice to see that it was working out for Mitsu and Shun. The grin on her face was quickly hidden, however, as she stuffed a spoonful of eye scream into her mouth, making a face at how cold it was; of course, it also helped to get rid of the grin... She wouldn't want Shun to catch on so quickly, after all.
